The food was pretty good except for a few things. Our server brought us a plate of dirty veggies, she was young so maybe she didn't know to look for that. There were clumps of dirt on the very obviously unwashed mushrooms. My glass also had hot pink lipstick on it. I wasn't wearing lipstick. I didn't notice until I was about half way through because I was using a straw so, I was less disgusted. But still, shouldn't a $160 meal have washed produce and clean glasses? The staff was friendly enough, our food came out quickly. The cheese and chocolate fondue was delicious. The entree one wasn't great. I have decided that I just don't like boiled meat. That's not their fault. Overall it was mediocre but better than the last fondue place we had visited.

On January 24, 2022, my husband and I dined at The Melting Pot in Louisville, CO, in celebration of our eighteenth wedding anniversary; and, in every way possible, our dining experience was phenomenal. As expected, the food was superior and delicious. We enjoyed our complete 4 course meal savoring every bite. Our server, Caleb, was extremely professional, hospitable, and attentive; and he elevated our overall dining experience with thoughtful conversation and hospitality. My husband and I were also impressed with the manager, Brandon. He made sure we were comfortable, receiving excellent service, and enjoying our meal. Additionally, as my husband and I were enjoying our delectable “Flaming Turtle” chocolate fondue, Brandon informed us that our entire meal would be at no charge- compliments of he and the restaurant, as part of their “Manic Monday” promotion. It was such an unexpected, kind, and generous gift. It made our special anniversary dinner even more special. I would also like to mention that my husband had pre-arranged and coordinated with the staff at The Melting Pot to have a bouquet of flowers on our table and thus, when we were seated, I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of roses in a vase and found rose petals on the table. It all looked so inviting, romantic, and beautiful. I knew we’d have a wonderful evening… and we most certainly did. Thanks, Melting Pot (and Caleb and Brandon, specifically)! We look forward to dining with you again soon and often.

First time coming to a melting pot and I really enjoyed the food and experience. The service was decent. The quality and taste of the food was scrumptious! Everything from the salads to the mains to the dessert was very very good. Got the big night out and didn’t regret it. Really loved the seafood it came with as well. Definitely excited to come back again sometime in the future.

This was our first time at The Melting Pot. Our server Gabby was extremely helpful in guiding us during our time there. The experience is worth every penny. Even with that being said, the food is phenomenal. Our personal favorite was the signature chocolate fondue, the Flaming Turtle. This was a great experience and will for sure be back some time.

This was our first time dining here. It was our 10 years anniversary and our experience from making reservation to services through the end was top notch. Never at anytime we felt rushed or had poor service. We were able to get the request that we asked for. Our server was the Best and was amazing. We knew what we kind of want and she was able to explain and guide us through the process. I gave her a heads up that we are going to make her work because we are going to ask her to take a bunch of pictures of us and our full set course. She was a champ and she did just that without any hesitation. She is also great with timing and was always there to clear our table and bring the next course right when we were done with the previous course. We had the 4 course dinner for 2 and it felt like we were on our first date all over again. We were there for almost 2 hours and the dinner style was engaging and fun. Happily we compromised with the selection of items for our shared meals. This was very rare since we are complete opposite when it comes to food. This night our experience set a reminder that times like this remind us that a little bit of a compromise goes a long way and taking your partner feelings and emotions into consideration have long lasting effects of peace and love in our relationship. As we ate, the food portions was perfect on every course. Every course we didn’t know if we were able to make it to the next because we felt a bit full. The food was very delicious and all we did was basically repeat,” Mmm… this is so good, try this. I’m getting full but I can’t stop eating.” Also at every course we cleaned our plates, the cooking bowls down to the sauces with nothing to spare except the 2 Rice Krispies treat and marshmallow. We had to to bring that home to the kids and show them we love them. I would recommend anyone and everyone to give The Melting Pot a try because it’s worth the time, experience and, money. We are now planning for a family dinner for our next dinning. We are definitely going back.

We went to dinner with friends tonight and we had a great experience. The restaurant is cute and each of the booths is it's own little cubicle which makes it private and cozy. Zach was our waiter and he was attentive and charming. One of us got the Classic dinner, two got the Pacific Rim, and I got the Steak Lovers dinner. We had more than enough food with each course and everything was delicious and nicely prepared for us. Our orders were taken and our food arrived in a timely manor. Zach described our options and carefully explained all the different sauces, warning us that the cocktail sauce for the seafood was heavy on the horse radish. We appreciated the warning. It was really fun to cook our food in the fondue pot. For dessert, we got the turtle option and the different selections for dipping in the chocolate were really yummy. We hung out at our table chatting for quite awhile after we finished eating. Not only didn't they rush us out, Zach checked in with us, refreshing our iced tea and water and making sure everything was still ok with us. All in all, a great evening and we will definitely be back.

Went to this very nice restaurant in Louisville for an early Saturday dinner as a party of four. We made a reservation, but it was not crowded when we arrived. Menu has a lot of choices - you can do a four-stage course, or order items a la carte. Great service and friendly staff, really good food, but expect to spend no less than $50 power person. There is a kid's menu, but it doesn't do much to lessen the bill. Parking is on the street.

Got lucky with a secluded table with a window overlooking the road. I am usually never full leaving a melting pot, but I didn't even finish the dessert this time. Service was good for a busy night; definitely recommend reservations. Fondue is always a great night out!

I have high expectations of The Melting Pot after going to the Littleton location. They definitely maintained those standards in the Louisville location. Our server, Thea, had a wonderful sense of humor and was very attentive. Food was just to die for. There is a reason I make a special event on it when I am able to go. Can't wait till next year!

It's a lovely sitdown place. Be prepared for a long visit with friends and loved ones because it is an experience that takes about 2 hours to get through. The staff was lovely and relaxed. I definitely enjoyed my time!

I came here for the first time with my boyfriend for my birthday, and it was absolutely magical for me! We had our own little area, blocked off from the rest of the tables, and the meal was just absolutely amazing. They gave me a birthday drink with my meal, and lit a candle on a piece of small cake that gets dipped in the fondue afterwards. The end was amazing when she created the sparks above the chocolate, and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return here!! Literally my only complaint would be the lights above the table were extremely dusty, and it was slightly unpleasant having it right above our food, but that really wasn't a big deal when everything else was so amazing.

What a great place for our anniversary dinner! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect - relaxed and quiet. We loved the old mine decor, down to the aged timbers. Adam, our server, was fun and helpful - he knew what tasted good and made excellent suggestions. This was our first time here, but it won't be our last. We are hooked! :)

First time here and we did the Valentines day combo for 2 and it did not disappoint! The first cheese dip we had was good but I think the server put just a little too much Sherry in it but that's literally the only thing I could negatively critique. The main entree of meats and veggies you cook come out juicy, savory and perfectly done to your liking. The drinks were also a perfect mix which doesn't always happen! Expect to pay around $100 for 2 but I personally felt that was reasonable for the entire experience you receive from the decadent food items to the participation in cooking them. A true 5 star location from my experience!

Bubbly server, Jason. So much scrumptious food, you pop! Well explained menu and instructions. Delicious drinks both alcoholic and non. Amazing experience to celebrate our wedding with just the 2 of us.

We absolutely love the Melting Pot! We normally go to the one in Littleton, but we wanted to try something new. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the Louisville Melting pot! We had the amazing Big Night Out for two with the bacon & gorgonzola cheese & original chocolate! Service was fast and engaging, Maya was so sweet and had great conversations with her! We enjoyed it all and can’t wait to be back!

Very nice romantic experience on Thursday Date Night menu option. Our server was very good, in the beginning of the night, then he disappeared for well over 20 + minutes ( we were done eating waiting on the desert course)

It was my first time here and we were here for my birthday. It was super fun and so nice. I even got a teddy bear 😊. I think it was a 10/10 experience. I am full beyond belief now though it was a hefty amount of food. Love it.

Always a great and overfilling evening:.. I love coming here because it’s such a treat. Our waitress was great and although it was a super busy night and they were running a bit behind they were so hospitable and still helped us throughly enjoy our evening. I’m so full - not sure I can shimmy out of this booth!

Been to this location multiple times and just recently came back for a 2 year anniversary! It was the best experience yet. We got a small secluded booth with privacy curtains and I opted for a $15 rose bouquet to spruce up the romantic feel (which we got to take home, vase and all!). Service was amazing, drinks were incredible, and all four courses were devoured to completion! The perfect spot for such an occasion.

A fun experience for an occasional change. Food in the end is good, interesting but not great. Fairly expensive, $38.95 for The Classic for one. Waitress Emersyn was great. Would be fun for a group. They place a very irritating "surchange" on the bill (already high) for the kitchen staff. If you must raise the price, that's what is to cover backroom, overhead, supplies etc. Without the surcharge I'd rate it 4 stars.

What a fun dinner experience! Our group enjoyed the four course options and we enjoyed every bite. The chocolate fondue was a best way to finish the night. A shout out to our server Sarah B. she was so patient with our table and my husband who couldn’t stop telling dad jokes the entire evening. Thanks so much Sarah!

The Melting Pot is always a wonderful experience. It's VERY expensive so we only go on special occasions. I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't do anything for my birthday. Barely even acknowledged it even though they asked when we made reservations and before they sat us. That said, it was a great place to spend my birthday with my loved ones.

I consider it a very special occasion restaurant in terms of price, but the experience is great. The artichoke and spinach cheese starter was delicious. Salads are unique and tasty. For meats I especially recommend the duck breast. When cooked for the correct amount of time it is so tender and pairs well with the spicy fruit sauce. The cocktails are delicious as well.

We went to celebrate my birthday and Father's Day. Once again the atmosphere and fondue exceeded our expectations! Our server was Stephi. She made our experience even better! For dessert I requested chocolate fondue with a shot of Baileys Irish Cream. WOW! Talk about delicious. It was exceptional. The Melting Pot is our special occasion restaurant. Once again they did not disappoint! Thanks Stephi and Melting Pot!

If you've been to this location, enough said. If not, go! Never a bad experience from the time you step in until you leave! Food, service and atmosphere are top notch. Plan to spend 2-3 hours and some dough though! And, a big heads up our server, Danielle! She was fantastic and super helpful as we had two new comers to the Melting pot with us!

If you love strong cheessee and strong flavors this is your place, family of 4, 4 course meal the bread tasted stale , and the brocoli tasted like coins if you know what i mean like metal it was dissapointing. The meats looked good and tated good. The chocolate was super strong too everything was super strong in flavor. The service was slow but she was nice, the manager was polite and attentive. This place reminds me of casa bonita somewhere to go for the expirience not the food, def do not go if you are starving. Family of 4 we paid $290 for dinner plus tip. Its very very over priced in my opinion.

Very nice. Love the look and feel of the location with the cute old mining theme. Sadly, @ roughly $40 per al a carte item, it is definitely out of my price range.

Min was such an incredible and personable waiter tonight at The Melting Pot!! As this was our first time, we weren’t sure what to expect but we were so glad we had Min to take us through the menu, give us amazing recommendations, and even make us laugh! Thanks, Min, for making this birthday celebration the best it could be- we will certainly be back!

Wow where do I begin. Best meal and experience we have had in years. There were four of us for my birthday. We had Brandon take care of us and found out he was the manager. He was superb and a true professional. He was entertaining and helped out we every step of the meal. The food was over the top and everything tasted fabulous. We did not see an unhappy employee and everyone was happy to be there. We cannot wait to come here again. We all would highly recommend this restaurant for the food atmosphere and employees.

We always enjoy our experience at the Melting Pot. The food was great. The service was tremendous. They were very accommodating to my two children. Offering them fruit instead of the traditional salad option.

Not overly impressed, and very disappointed. Hosted our company Christmas party at Louisville. We love the old building and the atmosphere. Had a party of 10 employees, so you would expect to have good service. Cheese did not get very hot until I turned up the burners. Then 5 of us order the spinach salad, plates come out with some red powder covering it. Was told it was paprika. Not paprika at all, chili powder and it was to hot to eat. When we said something to two different servers they could care less. Then we were informed that we only had the table for a certain amount of time. It was a Christmas party and you expect to take your time, enjoy the company have a glass of wine after dinner just talking. When I made the reservations if they had stated this when I called I probably would not have chosen the meting pot if I knew we were going to be hustled out the door. We spent a significant amount of money because we wanted to treat our awesome employees to a nice night out. However we did not get the service you would expect from a Melting Pot. We felt like they need to get rid us us so they could get the next big dollar ticket. Will not be going back.

This restaurant was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Thea was our waitress and she made our night. If I have the chance I will definitely be coming back here.
