Came here for new years day since most places were closed for brunch. Water was great, bottomless mimosas were great. But the quality was awful. Our whole party didn't enjoy their food at all. We had to smother it in hot sauce to eat it. My eggs Benedict said poached eggs and they gave me a dam Easter boiled egg. They also gave me a side of ketchup. Ketchup?! I'm not 8 years old. This is supposed to be southwestern?! Will not come back.

Joined them for breakfast. The food was good. Service was great. Decor is the best part. But... they could do some deep cleaning around the whole place. Entrance has that dark grease mark coming out of the main door. Pavers in the patio have weeds in between the cracks, tables and floors were sticky.

The Westin hotel is expensive. Breakfast for 3 people $96.00. Eggs, potatoes, coffee, tea. Nice Cafe. Lounge relaxing. Clean hotel. Very pleasant at night with outside lights. Reminded me of Orlando. You will enjoy your stay.

Good restaurant with outdoor seating. Friendly staff at the bar. I highly recommend the beignets. The fish tacos are also very good. Would be nice to have a larger menu selection and the quality of food for the high price is what made me put 4 stars.

I stayed at the Westin Westminster a couple of weeks ago and decided to check out Kachina one evening. It's a very spacious restaurant with a good size bar. I sat at the bar and ordered a local brew along with some chicken quesadillas. A perfect combo! The service was also excellent and the bartenders were very attentive and friendly! I recommend trying out Kachina if you're ever in the Westminster area. Pro-tip: The quesadillas are shareable but being the 🐽 I am, I devoured them all by myself. 😁

Very tasty food. The atmosphere is romantic. The salsa and guacamole has a good taste, but wasn't extremely fresh. The chips were warm and delicious. The cowboy skirt steak was enormous and reasonably priced. It came with roasted Brussel sprouts with salt and sweet combination. But the best part were the fries, which were the best fries in my life. They were warm, puffy and had paprika dust. Tacos has good puffy soft bread and had delicious sauces and grilled fish and shrimp. The service was friendly but slow. It took 20 minutes to close the tab despite restaurant was not full.

Kachina has delicious food and a lot of charm. Located adjacent to the Westin Hotel, and near the Westminster Promenade, is Kachina Southwest Grill. There is an elegant atmosphere, incredible staff, and delicious fry bread tacos. This is a wonderful place for a night out with friends, a date night, or even a larger celebration. Definitely one of the better restaurants in Westminster.

Four stars for atmosphere & comfort and overall experience. Decent food, really wanted to give it five stars but I could not. Free valet. Great service from our waiter, Nathaniel! Thanks Nathaniel :) We had breakfast: two adults, two kids. We are used to good food; The pancakes were not fresh, they were rubbery but everything else was okay: skillet, chicken sausage, oatmeal, and breakfast burrito. Coffee was good, presentation was excellent. After breakfast you can walk outside to a well-maintained pond, sit and enjoy fresh air with great views.

Surprising great Mexican food in a Westin hotel. The taco is amazingly delicious. I wish I can order more. It’s a great place to hangout with friends as it is well decorated and the vibe is very chill.

The food was exquisite and the view was gorgeous. We ate in the patio area outside. Friendly staff and good drinks! The only thing is my portion could have been a bit bigger. But all in all I would definitely go again.

We are regulars here, we come a minimum of every couple months but for some reason when we do, we come several times in a couple weeks. We are regular enough that JD in the bar knows and recognizes us enough to know our drinks! Tonight 8/25/23 we came in with our kids on a very busy night. We ended up needing to leave early because we had a sick child, so we got our food to go. The ticket times were a little long (again, totally understandable because they were busy and seemingly even had a wedding rehearsal) and then we had a couple mistakes in our order. Without going in to the whole thing, JD and the manager on duty 8/25 totally took care of us and made it right. We really appreciate the good and reasonable care in taking care of us and will be back as we have many times before. For what it’s worth, my company regularly uses the Westin Westminster as the hotel of choice for colleagues coming from out of town (our hub is in CO) and I always recommend they eat at Kachina and how much I love this place. I will continue to recommend it. Thanks for taking great care of us!

Fantastic restaurant! Love the hot sauces at the table that seem to be proprietary. Great selection of drinks and food, the fry bread tacos were awesome. Everyone had a great attitude and was very friendly. Super clean, cool decor, very chill place for dinner with friends and a couple drinks :) would definitely visit again if we're in the area!

I've dined here for many years and keep coming back for the delicious food, friendly service and amazing atmosphere! I enjoyed the fresh Scallop + Shrimp Ceviche, paired with their refreshing Prickly Pixie mixed drink. For dinner, I had the Two Taco plate (Santa Fe & Texan), with tasty arroz rojo and chicharron barracho beans. There was no room for dessert this time around.... Until next time! 🙂

Met some gals for brunch. While it was hot, we chose to sit outside. The wait staff was helpful in creating a shaded space. The food options were varied and delectable.

If you’ve never had a fry bread taco before, definitely order it from Kachina. It’s like a pita, tostada, and taco had a baby. They are both filling and full of flavor. The morita salsa was a bit bland, but I suppose I’d take that over heavily salted ones. My favorite tacos are the Texan and the Pueblo - give those a try!

The food was VERY tasty and quite attractive. That being said, after going through all the non-potato options for breakfast, the hostess said she would get my wife a fruit bowl, all berries. Her plate came out with potatoes. They fixed it, but it's always mildly annoying when you know what you ordered and that's not what shows up. Then I ordered a Texan Omelette. I'm guessing there was chorizo in there, but it wasn't obvious. Very tasty omelette, but it seemed to be all poblanos and onions. Lastly, we finished our meal, the server cleared the table, and ... we sat. And sat. The server walked by a couple times. Finally I asked for our check. Solid 4-star meal. I would give them a second chance to make a first impression.

Very nice atmosphere. Elegant but touch of coziness. Excellent service, friendly out going. Food was very good. Side comment: don't be alarmed if you call and ask about just be a walk-in versis needing a reservation. Got the impression it was busy as they said they could fit me in since I was only a single diner. Arrived and there was only one table of two in a place that could seat sixty plus. The impression of not being able to get in if I were a party of two plus, would likely have deterred me from going at this time, but was happy I did.

Highly recommened the Prickly Pixie, super fun twist and tasty. For food make sure to get the Taco Plate! 🔥 I chose each style taco so had the Navajo and Arroz Rojo taco. They paired perfectly with the Roasted Anaheim and Serrano sauce. Shreya was absolutely spectacular! She deserves a huge shout out!! She chose my meal and hands down it really was amazing. End your meal with the Beignets! The spiked chocolate cooked doughnuts are insane!

Great southwestern food in a nice ambience. Limited vegetarian options. Chile Relleno and the Pineapple upside down cake with ice-cream was delicious.

The service was very attentive. The huevos rancheros were very good, a medium spice level that was tolerable even though I’m a wimp. Sadly, the rice was quite undercooked. Husband’s American breakfast was good except the potatoes were dry. The beignets were delicious. I wish the vegetarian options for lunch/dinner had more protein, I couldn’t really find anything on the menu that would have been filling enough. Also the coffee was not good (weak and bitter), it’s definitely worth the walk to Carribou across the street for a dark chocolate mocha.
