I love Applebee’s. Always is a pleasure eating here.

Overall it was a nice visit. We were seated right away which I didn’t expect since it was a Friday evening. The service was good. The food was good even through it did take a while to get it. We did the 2 for $23 (or something like that) deal.

No service at all! Stood there waiting to be seated, with not one employee in sight. Finally came out of the back. Then, wasn't engaging at all. Had to flag down multiple times, never brought water, asked how food was or anything. Our chips were super oily, colorless food. Thanks Leah, we don't be coming back.

Our waitress Lia was super nice. She was kind and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Lia!

Came in for a late night snack. The service was good, food was good and plentiful. Bartender was apparently AOL “the server told me that after she brought me my drink” but all in all not bad.

This Applebee's in Thornton is by far the best one I've ever been to. I rarely review anything unless a business goes above and beyond. Our server, Cheyanne, was extremely attentive and fast, she made sure to check in regularly and refill drinks, and was super kind and helpful. Everything else was much better than the average Applebee's also. Food from the kitchen was tasty, quick and correct, and all drinks from the bar were made well and tasted good. Bathrooms were clean, although men's was missing a mirror and needing to use a code was a bit strange. Overall, very pleased with my experience on Wednesday night, will definitely be back in the future.

Went in on Veterans Day, but I was sick, so I masked up and asked kindly for a to go order. They told me dine in only. I asked if i could ring it as dine in and just not sit down to avoid getting anyone else sick but they said no. Went to a different resteraunt in the area and they were kind enough to accommodate a sick veteran. This place could care less.

Great place to stop in - open late, visited with some out of town company. Caryanna was such a sweet, helpful waitress! Amazing service, and Happy Hour was simply delicious (drinks and apps). Will be back for another one!

Emily rocked it! We was nice and on top of everything. We have a 1 year old and Emily was very sweet and attentive to what we needed. My husband ordered boneless wings and she asked if we wanted a few plan for her? Amazing. When she brought the food out she made sure that the little one could not grab it. Having her as our server made the whole dinner enjoyable and not rushed. We will be back again for sure plus the food was good

Was starving after getting off work at my second job at 11:30 at night knowing the restaurant starts shutting down literally probably as I'm calling ( ive worked in restaraunts and there are many things you have to do to close the restaurant ) I called talk to manager Sergio at 11:45pm who is very gracious and kind and started a medium rare sirloin for me I got there 5 minutes later got an awesome steak awesome service this place is top-notch and cares about its customers thanks Sergio and night time bartender I don't remember your name yet Friday December 1st 2023

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 40 years. Use to be a great place to go. Have been going there ever since they first opened. We knew everyone by their first name and they knew ours. About 2 weeks ago we realized that no one was familiar. They got rid of everyone including the manager. When I asked the manager about the staff, I was lied to telling me that employees sometimes move on. The whole staff!!!!!! This was an upper level management decision. When my wife’s and my meal arrived it was over cooked. We sent it back. When it arrived the second time it was still over cooked. Not going to sent it back a third time. Never had this problem before the staff change. The cook is horrible. Even the salad tasted bad.

Excellent service as usual, Nuggets and Avalanche on TV, opted for the All you can eat menu, and I learned it's just not for me. The shrimp and boneless wings just had too much breading on them. I also would have liked more than a condiment cup of coleslaw. No horseradish to add to the pre-made cocktail sauce as it tasted just like ketchup. Food was hot and everything else was great.

It's an Applebee's. If you like continental food with a little flair this place is for you. Appetizer combo plate & 4 entrees & 4 drinks came out to about $100. The food was good. The service was mid. Pretty much what you would expect from Applebee's. I liked the blackened salmon dish. Big enough for a 260lb man to feel satisfied 😌

Dear Applebee's, Broken Ice Machine happen. However failing to tell your guests when they make their drink selection is completely within your control. Leaving them waiting for ice for their ice tea until after the meal has made it to the table is again not effective service. Finally, leaving the drink on the tab when it was clear it was not consumed due to your ice issues, failing to provide enough ice to properly chill their drink once you do them "some" ice was also your choice. As was charging me for the drink not properly served. Ice tea, should be iced! My server I hope was new, because she attempted to be attentive. She was not. She actually paid greater attention to me as I was wrapping up my meal than during it. To my annoyance I assure you. Being that I arrived before the dinner rush and was celebrating a promotion. You really managed to put a damper on what was supposed to be a special meal. Why was the ice reserved for the bar? Both customers are being charged for their drinks. Being able to pivot when the unexpected happens makes a huge difference. In this situation, it made the difference between my first experience with your location and celebrating a milestone in my career being spoiled and having a special occasion, staying special...I hope you will do better for your guests in the future! You will notice that in the photo I was served only one glass of ice tea and how much remains. I had to pour it over the ice I was provided and it was dripping on the carpet so I stopped...the second glass is the one I was served without ice ... Had I known there was no ice, I would have ordered water. Your server failed to give me this opportunity. It was interesting to have my 'to go' meal sitting on my table during my entire meal... truly it's the little things that add up to either make or break service. Historically that comes out with my check...

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a chain like Applebee’s, but my boyfriend and I have been to this one a couple times and the service and food is always beyond our expectations. I typically seek out local dining options, but the few times we’ve ended up here, we have not been disappointed! The food comes out hot and fresh. The service is AMAZING. We have always sat at the bar and that won’t be changing anytime soon! Both bartenders we’ve had were absolute GEMS.

Was there for happy hour, which even happens on the weekends. Great deal since several appetizers are half off, and there are drink specials too. Food and drinks were good. They don't give you a napkin in your utensil packet which is odd to me. Service was good, seated quickly at 5pm.

Amazing Service from the entire Staff last night!! Definitely appreciate them being able to seat 15 of Us @ the last minute. Not once did they make us feel out of place. Our Server, Vivian was very patient and accommodating. The Bartender (did not get His name) was super awesome. The 2 Gentlemen Greeters were very friendly and respectful also. Super grateful to the whole Applebee's Team, you guys rock!! Will be recommending to other's regularly.

The food was amazing, like always, I love Applebee's. It is literally my favorite restaurant, but when I went today with my family, I felt discriminated against because my husband was in his work clothes and I went in sweats and a sweater... The waiter kept ignoring what I asked. I asked for extra ranch for our salads, ignored extra fries for my son, and we got ignored. I ordered a RED BEER and didn't get the tomato jucie, i had to walk to the bar myself! To top it off, the lady walked right past me and didn't even say sorry! I ordered dessert and asked for extra icing for the Cinnabons to go and got ignored until my father in law asked, and she rolled her eyes at him, then got it after. If you don't like your job, don't be working here! Simple!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again!

Clean and comfortable with good quality food and drinks. Same nostalgic Applebee’s feel as it had when I was a kid. Our server was kind and attentive, and the overall service was pleasant, even dining late after 9pm.

Ordered via DoorDash picked up Asian themed tacos, which are good and they held up pretty well. Due to kids not playing nice on recess, I had to deal with a HR issue and I was not able to eat my takeout snack right away. Not a fan of soggy anything and this was still edible couple hours later.

9-26-22. very disappointed with the grilled chicken breast on my to go order. if i would of been closer, would of returned it. the chicken breast which was dried out & toughest i’ve ever had! year ago i received a substandard meal also. both were on to go orders. i called the store and was put on hold & nobody returned to my call. LAST TIME I COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! use to be a decent place…

A little slow to be acknowledged and seated initially. But we arrived later in the evening on a Sunday night. Other than that food was served in a normal amount of time and everything tasted good. Server was pleasant and attentive.

A bit understaffed when I went (Friday night of labor day weekend) but there was immediate seating at the bar. I just got the typical half price appetizers (after 9pm) so no disappointment there. Food actually came out super fast.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my curbside pick up. That was the whole point of ordering online is so I don't have to waste time. I got there on the time scheduled I called they said they'd be right out. I called after 20 minutes and they said they'd be right out. 30 minutes after they finally showed up. The person that brought my food out said they were short-staffed and they didn't have anybody to bring out the food. My food was cold and had been sitting there. I ordered Chicken wonton tacos and they were soggy very disappointed. I am sure they were short staffed and I understand but I will think again before ordering from Applebee's probably just go somewhere else.

Was just looking for something light, so we ended up here. It was happy hour and the appetizers were half off. We got a little of everything and left quite full for $20!

We had such a great experience with Jason B. His energy was amazing!!! He was one of the best server that we had seen. The food was great as well, loving the appetizers and the ribs. We will definitely come back soon!! :)

Kirsten is the absolute best!! She is so friendly and caring, and made sure that we were taken care if with everything we needed. Highly recommend this location simply because of her 😊

The food was great. But the server gave me a dirty coffee cup. I told her I would like to have another one she told me all the coffee cups we like that. I stuck my finger in the water and wiped it off it was not a stain it was dirty.

This place is incredible! First time to Applebee’s in like 15 years and it was so good and fun! Our waiter Dean was amazing and overall probabaly one of the best times I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time! You have to go here! Thanks dean!
