Ordered online at 12:15am (closes at 1am) and app said food wouldn’t be ready until 10:30am next morning, so drive up to restaurant, I talk to manager, he was super cool everything, got my order through. The reason why low stars is, even after all that trouble they didn’t have cheese curds (had prepaid), so had to settle for mozzarella sticks, and They gave me boneless wings when I had ordered traditional. Would have left 1 star, but left it at 2, only because of the managers friendliness, however my whole order was just messed up and not worth $19. I essentially paid $20 for some fries in a tiny box as they boneless wings taste horrid and mozz are cold. Wing cave sounds good right about now….

Food was great as always but are service wasn’t the best to say the least. Took 10 minutes to get greeted. 30 minutes to get food and waited I don’t even know how long. Me and my partner weren’t sure why it was like this since it was very slow until we left and saw about 4 of the workers TAKING SHOTS outside next to the firehouse subs patio!!!

The service wasn’t great at all. The other servers seemed friendly and nice. They guy sat us (a group of 5 at a tiny booth…no problem fine, but literally wouldn’t take any of our cups that were empty or the plates. We had no room and it was so uncomfortable We paid and still he didn’t take the stuff out of our way. Food was good minus the fries, Those were super cold, and stale we had to get new ones. Also the floors/which is all carpet was absolutely disgusting. Straw wrappers and dirty napkins all over and random wings on the floor haha. It was not the cleanest BDUBZ. Won’t eat at this location again.

Ordered boneless wings 2 weeks ago and called because they weren’t even completely coated. I even asked for extra sauce so this wouldn’t happen. This happened again the following week as well when I ordered through Uber eats for the entire family. If I wanted chicken nuggets and sauce I would have gone to Wendy’s. Buffalo Wild Wings is about the sauce and tasty chicken but not here. Manager said they would reimburse me for my order and it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. Called and was told they needed ticket number and gave that to them and still nothing. When I have gone in to eat the staff is always rude and only tends to the guys who are with me. Apparently this tends to be a trend here from what I’m reading. This location has not impressed me and I will make the extra drive to the other locations near by that don’t have this ongoing issue.

Waited almost 35 minutes for a table when there were at least thirty tables open. Waited another 25 minutes to get waited on . Food was great when it finally got there . Just went to eat after my son's football game . No drinking. Just for food. It took a total of three hrs to get out of there. If my son wasn't with me keeping me calm . I would have left after waiting so long just to get a table when there were so many available. Loved the food! But never again

Wings would be good if they actually put sauce on them! We ordered 50 wings and did three different sauces. Majority of the wings had no sauce! Then when I asked to have some more we just got a snotty attitude and it was never brought to the table! So we paid for 50 wings and only got to eat about 30. We also got ultimate nachos and there wasn’t any cheese on it so we asked for more and then charged us for it even tho there wasn’t any on to begin with! Go else where!! Hooters at least puts sauce on their wings!

Got to love the hot wings. Though on our visit they were out of burgers they were out of hot wings they were out of brisket/barbecue as well as particular beers for my accompaniment of family. Still we enjoyed our visit. There are many TVs to watch. I enjoyed hockey,basketball,UFC fighting,and football, sitting in one spot. Food was delicious as I could have more than likely ate another serving. Staff was very friendly and willing to one's calling..... Recommended.

I’m so glad I canceled my DoorDash delivery because the food was coming from across town, even though this location is less than a mile from me, to end up with cold, mushy food anyway. Why have a tracker showing when the food is ready, if you aren’t actually going to use it?! You would think picking up my food 45 minutes after placing the order (with a 60 minute approximate ready window) would result in fresh food…. Instead I get fries so cold they are sticking together, I had to air fry my cheese curds and my wings were luke warm. I order out to give myself a break from cooking, not to eat food that my 11 year old can provide. To the owner, how about stop using a formatted response and actually do something. Someone commented on how a manager took the side of a racist patron over their server and your response is “drop us a line so we can address it with our staff?!” Disgusting!

My expectations were way higher. First I got a really dirty cup not just on the outside but on the inside! Why would you let a customer drink from a cup like that!? I know you wouldn’t! You could tell is wasn’t washed right because the water had some left over soda taste 🤢. The food came out and wasn’t even warm like it had been sitting out for a while! I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. I don’t recommend coming to this location at all what a waste of money!

was seated and waited for 25 minutes, received no custom service at all or at least water. after the 25 minutes, an older couple was seated at the table next to us but as soon as they were seated their order was taken. after the waitress took their order, we had told the waitress that we were seated for 25 minutes and had not received any service at all. after, we waited another 10 minutes and still hadn’t received any service. ended up leaving and going to gunther toody’s where there was much better customer service😂

Best Wings Ever!! Lol jk but everyone here rocks. Honestly I love this place. Shouts out to the cooks always dropping that fire and of course to my G’s in the bar ♥ never ate in the dining room but everyone there seems nice too. See ya!

As soon as we walk in, the lady working front of house just groans, ugh I do not wanna be working right now, so we awkwardly wait a few seconds for her to ask us something, then we have to ask, can we get a table for 3? Like she obviously did not want to be there, I'm sorry you look like Randall from the show recess, be nicer. Our server was amazing, she did great, but when you have someone at front of house,acting like that, that'll affect your whole experience

Better than a lot of local places, ngl. Service is always great, food rocks, never have to wait and affordable. Ive only been here twice but each time has been perfect. Chain restaurants aint so bad!

Imagine being a host at a restaurant and then literally ignoring people that come in. Also, she gave us a wait time of 10 minutes. We ended up leaving because of how bad the host was, we couldn’t even imagine how bad the service would’ve been. We had already driven 20 minutes to the other restaurant, sat down, and got our appetizer by the time our “10 minute wait” was over. This happened Saturday early evening. Thankful this isn’t my main BBW or it would be a sad day

The burger was a little fragile but tasted a great, service was excellent by Patrick. It was slow for happy hour though.

Went here for a work lunch! Atmosphere was quiet in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Was honestly a great thing to see personally. Had some "always amazing" wings, a beer, and our bartender was awesome! The food came out quick, hot, and with the extra ranch cups I asked for! I usually have to ask twice at other BDub restaurants. He kept checking in on us to make sure we were in the best spot possible. Will go back to this one every Tuesday that I can afford to.

Nice place to go eat and catch some sports they had a lot of TV's playing different kinda stuff I liked the energy..!! The waitress was coo to ..!!

I don't know who orders the beer, but for years.. Years people, they always seem to be out of damn near everything, every👏🏻 damn 👏🏻 time👏🏻. Tonight, a FRIDAY, it was out of the first and second choice of beer. I'm not talking about some specialty brew, I'm taking the norm, Guinness, Budweiser. Place is dead, waited for waitress to get off her phone to come over, who was standing in a circle with the others, they all looked up when we came in. Longer time between visits because of this. Pre covid, this place was awesome. Now? I don't want to come back to this location between the beer and service, its always disappointing. We decided to go to a different location from now on. Thirsty in Thornton..

Waited 7 min up front for online takeout order. Nobody there to help. Walked up to the bar where the bartender (Tony) had 0 guests and was looking/texting on his phone the entire time. When I asked about the takeout order he briefly looked up and said "someone will be up there shortly" and just got right back on his phone as if I bothered him. Instead of walking 20 steps and handing me the order that was sitting there getting cold, or finding an employee who could give me the order, he was more concerned about what he was doing on his phone. I walked back up to the front and stood for another 5 minutes. When I saw a kitchen employee in the back I had to speak loudly to get their attention and asked how I could get my takeout order. They handed it to me. What a joke! Why couldn't the bartender do this since they had nothing else to do? Poor work ethic AND oversight if there was a manager on duty allowing him to prioritize being on the phone over paying guests. When you walk up to the restaurant the garbage can is overflowing and there is trash and food littered all over the entryway. I guess the bartender is getting paid to be on his phone instead of helping give takeout orders or keeping the restaurant presentable 🤷 This took place at 11:45am and there were no more than 15 people (all sitting at tables) in there. While I was waiting, 4 other guests walked in and were also waiting to be helped. They ended up sitting in the lobby because nobody wanted to help. The bartender didn't want to get off his phone to see what any of them needed or to seat them. Poor customer service.

Loved my experience, and Johnathan 😍🥰 our waitor, was so tall and dreamy!!! Made sure everything was perfect for us, stayed on our waters, and was just overall a gentleman. Going back very soon.

These have got to be the most pathetic order of chili fries I've gotten from anywhere. Wendy's does it better for a fraction of the price. Y'all should be ashamed of this coming out of your store.

Love this place. Usually great food and service. NOT today! Wings were sparsely covered with sauce. Server was the worst we've ever had here. She was full of smiles, syrupy apologies, and nice calm SLOW movements. Refilled water once after we went and asked at the desk. Finally brought the last 5 wings after we finished the other 25. First time I've given $0 tip ever anywhere. PS. I am sorry for dropping the bill and card. I wrongly assumed the girl's hand was under it.

Got a text that our table was ready at 2:40, false alarm it was 10 more minutes. No problem they sat us in a booth at 2:50 and we ordered our food with our drinks as soon as the waitress showed up. Our food showed up at 3:40 and it was all luke warm and some cold. Our kids ate their food because they were super hungry from waiting so long, but we returned our food. Our server was upset that we complained about our food being cold and took the food back upset. We paid for the kids food and left. Very disappointed. The wait was so long which is understandable because the place is busy but the food being luke warm and cold is not okay.

1 hour wait... For takeout!! During March Madness... These are the moments your business is based upon. I could not believe this. Loved your food a time ago... Not worth the halter anymore. I'll drive to Wing Stop instead

We are visiting the area from Dallas, TX for a wedding and stopped here for lunch today and while our waitress was very nice the food and quality control are horrible. All 12 of use had extremely cold food and 2 of us ordered the brisket sandwiches, they had almost no meat and the meat it did have was all fat. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it was really that bad that I couldn’t not say anything.

Poor fries quality and quantity, outdated l. Poor service, fried pickels are outdated and soggy Chicken got backed up and we have to wait so far more than 30 minutes for a 10 chicken wings, whee are you CEO and board of directors, you should come over and see your self.

Great food at a reasonable price. Plenty of flavors to choose from for the wings. You can even ask for your wings to be extra crispy. The fries are tasty but eat them while they are hot. There is a nice atmosphere there too with plenty of games available for viewing. The service was great too.
