Not sure how this place has such high ratings. Visited recently for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant was dead; no one there. Also, be aware, this is INSIDE a hotel. Was shocked the menu seemed like a Covid menu still; very short/small selection. The steak was about 6oz and was reminiscent of skirt steak or even a thick carne asada. Tough, chewy, fatty, and only cooked medium. Comments I saw online compared this restaurant to Lazy Dog, but it's nowhere close. I've had a better steak at On The Border. Server was on point...food was just terrible.

WOW! I had the pancakes and they were soooo good I had to have them the next morning before we left. Three huge delicious pancakes. I have not had better pancakes! The syrup added a great flavor! I could not eat them all!! Will be eating them again next time we are in town!

We had to evacuate from our home in December ‘21 because of the Marshall Fire that devastated Colorado just as the year came to a close. We ended up staying at the Marriott in Westminster for several days. Not only was the hotel kind and quick in their response to the flood of incoming local victims, but Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar made the stay surprisingly comfortable! I frequented the restaurant. Whether I was there for pancakes in the morning, Brussels sprouts and fries in the early evening, or capping off the night with a crisp Old Fashioned [cocktail], Tiller’s consistently delivered! The food and drinks were great, but the icing on the cake was the restaurant’s service and the pleasant interactions with those who worked there - exactly what I needed. Big shout out to Kate, one of the restaurant managers, who is a Hurricane Katrina survivor and had recently lost her own home to a fire. Kate provided warmth at the restaurant, comforting the victims and reassuring them out of her own experiences with tragedy. If you’re in the area, you should hit up Tiller’s. You’ll see what what I’m yapping about!

Staying here at the Marriott and popped in for dinner. There was a giant table of like a dozen people. But Kate did an amazing job. She got me my drinks and food promptly and still made sure keep checking in on me regularly.

Kate and Alex were some of the nicest people we had encountered during a dining experience. Kate went out of her way to get what we needed and was so incredibly sweet. We will keep coming back for the good food and AMAZING SERVICE

Friendly service! We had few old fashioneds, mules and a bubbly bees knees. Pork shank and salmon hit the spot. Soy glazed sprouts and calamari for appetizers. Very good restaurant and it's attached to a hotel.

Me and my girlfriend made a reservation on open table about a week ago. When we arrived at our alloted time, our reservation wasn't found. But Valerie took care of us in a timely manner and our experience was great. The burger is amazing and my girlfriend loved the scallops. The service was excellent. Valerie is efficient and friendly! Will definitely be back

This food is some of the best if you are in town for a wedding or event and don’t know where to eat. Kate was an awesome server/bartender and made me a really good Manhattan (hard to get a good one around here). Will definitely come back!

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and really great food, wish the scallops were a bit fresher but still tasted great, and an amazing bread pudding. Service was absolutely perfect, just the right mix of attentive but not over bearing. Was really great for a relaxing treat myself night. Will certainly be back in the future.

Told the server at the beginning we needed to leave by 6;50 p.m. as we had a show to attend. At 5 minutes to 6 he had not picked up our checks. Dome of us had to go to the bar to get our cards run. He put one person's food order on another person's ticket. Think he missed one whole order. We were able to leave at 10 after 7. Barely made the performance. Great food though. Probably short staffed. Will go back.

We assembled a big group of family for my daughter’s wedding. Finding it more convenient to just stay at the hotel for breakfast we decided to eat at Tillers in the lobby of the Marriott. I am so glad we did! The food went way beyond our expectations - delicious! And the service was impeccable. Stephanie assisted us and could not have been a nicer, more knowledgeable and more accommodating server. Definitely going back tomorrow and I’d highly recommend eating here whether you do an overnight stay or not!

I have truly enjoyed coming to breakfast and eating great food while being attended by Steph and Kate. Both waitresses are incredibly attentive and will take time to talk to guests, creating a welcoming and warm experience. Omelettes by Chef Miguel are delicious!!

Loved, loved, LOVED this place, if you're ever in, ask for Katie to get your table because she knows what's good, i mean she recommended the Cider Chicken and boy was it amazing?! Best meal ive had on this trip, plus Bernabe at the kitchen was a gem, he was very nice every time i came in asking for an extra plate or just for a quick chat with someone nice as these two ◡̈ Great service, absolutely hope to see them again when im back in Denver.

Kate and Abriana were absolutely awesome and wonderful hosts. They made the experience of being on the road more enjoyable and my meal a memorable experience. They were quick to serve. Attentive to not just my needs but all the customers around me. The drinks were solid and food was good.

Each time I’ve visited Westminster, this was home base for me. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant has a wonderful menu. Adrian, who is responsible for preparing and planning a lot of that menu is highly experienced and super kind. Above all, Kate, the Manager of Tiller’s, provided a special comfort for me and my friends. She’s also a source of endless entertainment. She’s truly the picture of going above and beyond for her patrons. If you find yourself in Westminster, this is a stop that is an absolute must.

My friend and I have visited this location many times for a swim lesson at the hotel pool. We decided to sit down for brunch one day and met the bar tender Charity. She is delightful, helpful and very attentive. We are now making it a regular hangout partially for for the location, enjoyable kids menu, environment, and mostly because we get to say hi to charity. Don’t be turned off by them not letting outside food in the bar area though, rules happen. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed.

The food is actually really good when it's cooked properly (so about 50% of the time). The front of house is overloaded and constantly scrambling, the kitchen struggles to cook a hamburger, and make sure to get here early! It takes about 30 minutes to get a menu, and portions are limited, so if you take too long to order they will run out of anywhere from 20% to 50% of meal options. If you want to roll the dice and don't mind getting a burned portion of your fourth choice of entree, it's a nice place to spend a loud, uncomfortable 90 minutes on a wooden stool drinking overpriced low-volume pours of mediocre ipa.

Food was less than stellar. Asked for a medium rare burger and it was well done. The portions of fries varied from hardly any to overflowing within the same party. The salmon dinner was a tiny piece of fish on some greens and nothing more. Pretty disappointing.

We had our 50th Class Reunion in this restaurant versus a banquet room. It was well received by our classmates.

I had two great dinners here. I travel every week for my job and it’s rare that I eat at the hotel more than one night. I ended up eating here two nights and am not sad about it. The cider glazed chicken and wagyu steak are not to be missed. The bartenders/servers are very attentive and I felt the love both nights. Will definitely be staying here everyone I come to Denver and look forward to the cuisine.

(updated breakfast and dinner) Let me preface my review by saying that I like a cheap breakfast experience and I'm not above giving a waffle house a five star review. Tiller's breakfast over promised and under delivered. First, I ordered a ham and gruyere omelet and it was more like ham and gruyere scrambled eggs. Next, the omelet came out with a ramekin of ketchup and upon request I received Pico de Gallo. At a restaurant that is trying to bring an upscale dining experience to a luxury hotel Pico de Gallo should be served and ketchup provided upon request. Lastly, the cutlery had a visually appealing art deco design but it did not lend itself well to the utility requirements of eating. Both the fork and knife had square handles that were nearly as wide as the tines of the fork. Cutlery is more of a tactile experience than a visual one so I would prefer an elegant and comfortable utensils over a visually stunning fork and knife. I went back for dinner and ordered the Bolognese. The Bolognese they served me contained no meat. I asked the server about it and she said they replaced the meat with mushrooms. They served me, mushroom penne alla marinara, and tried to gaslight me and say it was Bolognese. I'm a little insulted. 🍤🍅🌶️=Bolognese 🍔🍅🍠=Bolognese 🍖🍅🧅=Bolognese 🥩🍅🍄🧄=Bolognese 🐑🍅🍆=Bolognese 🥓🍅🥕=Bolognese 🐿️🍅🧄=Bolognese 🦞🦀🦑🍅🫑=Bolognese 🍗🧄🍄🍅🦣=Bolognese 🦃🐫🍅🐏🌶️=Bolognese 🍄🍅🧄🧅=Marinara

We love the vibe of Tillers and the atmosphere. We spent 3 nights in the Marriott and each morning it was a delight to have Alex greet us for breakfast and take our order. He is friendly, energetic and totally engaged. The outside atmosphere of Tillers is relaxing and reminds us of when we lived in Europe and enjoyed consistently eating our meals outside. One suggestion would be to have more staff in the evenings as the wait for meal and drinks was a little long. Having said that, the two servers/bar tenders were so accommodating as we wanted to take our meal to our room and they were working as hard as they could to accommodate everyone as it was very busy. This Marriott hotel is a cut above others we have been to and you will enjoy your stay here. Big fireplace in Lobby is very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable.
