Today
I
experienced
the
most
awful
treatment
from
frontier
airlines
staff
as
well
as
one
of
the
highest
levels
of
disrespect
that
I
have
coming
from
a
customer
service
agent
in
my
life.
First
I
stood
at
the
counter
to
get
the
tickets
situated
as
me
and
my
minor
children
were
in
completely
separate
sections
of
the
plane.
I
waited
almost
10
minutes
for
the
gate
agent
to
even
acknowledge
my
existence.
While
waiting
for
the
gate
agent
to
speak
or
let
me
know
that
she
is
aware
that
I
am
standing
directly
in
front
of
her,
which
I
was
standing
directly
in
front
of
the
counter
and
was
the
only
customer
at
the
counter.
The
gate
agent
performed
some
duties
on
her
computer,
checked
in
the
entire
flight
crew,
and
by
the
way
was
very
polite
to
them.
She
then
badged
them
in
followed
them
onto
the
craft,
was
gone
a
few
minutes
and
came
back
and
started
back
typing
on
her
computer,
still
did
not
acknowledge
me
for
a
few
more
minutes.
Finally
she
says,
"yeah
you
are
just
standing
here"
and
I
responded
yes
I
am
standing
here
waiting
on
assistance
and
I've
been
standing
here
close
to
10
minutes.
The
gate
agent
goes
on
to
say
that
she
was
helping
another
customer,
there
was
no
other
customer
only
me
and
now
there
was
two
more
customers
behind
me.
I
tell
the
gate
agent
me
and
my
minor
children
have
been
separated
in
our
seating
assignments
and
she
rudely
said
well
how
old
are
they.
I
responded
3,5
and
9.
I
was
attempting
to
tell
the
gate
agent
that
she
was
very
rude
and
very
unprofessional
and
the
least
she
could
of
done
was
acknowledge
that
I
was
there
and
let
me
know
she
would
be
to
me.
This
gate
agent
automatically
accused
me
of
arguing
with
her
and
begins
telling
me
she
can
refuse
me
to
get
on
the
aircraft
because
I
was
being
disruptive,
I
never
even
raised
my
voice.
Moving
along
I
get
in
line
with
my
three
children
and
when
I
approach
to
scan
our
boarding
passes,
the
same
gate
agent
says
"why
are
you
in
line
I
didn't
call
you",
I
said
"you
called
families
with
children
age
3
and
younger
and
my
baby
is
3"
I
said
this
while
pointing
at
my
baby
and
the
gate
agent
says,
"well
he
doesn't
look
3"
immediately
lots
of
passengers
in
line
are
in
awe,
lots
apologizing
to
me
for
how
she
is
acting
and
saying
how
rude,
disrespectful
and
unprofessional
this
agent
was.
I
say
mam
my
baby
is
three
don't
you
have
the
birthday
I
have
to
enter
the
birthday
to
purchase
the
ticket,
she
then
tells
me
she
is
going
to
refuse
me
boarding
and
now
I'm
get
upset.
So
I'm
like
you
going
to
refuse
me
boarding
because
I'm
pointing
out
my
baby
is
three
why
would
I
lie
and
say
he
is
3
if
I
was
going
to
lie
I
would
say
he
is
2
so
he
can
fly
free,
what
sense
does
it
make
to
lie
and
say
he
is
3.
She
then
tells
me
I
have
too
many
bags
so
that's
why
she
is
refusing
me
to
enter,
so
I
point
out
this
is
our
food
and
each
child
has
one
bag.
She
then
tells
me
my
bags
are
too
big
too
which
I
put
them
in
the
personal
item
bin
and
they
all
fit.
I
asked
her
what's
the
problem
now,
she
states
she
is
going
to
call
the
supervisor
because
I
shouldn't
be
allowed
to
get
on
the
plane.
She
calls
the
supervisor,
the
supervisor
says
the
problem
is
I
have
too
many
bags
and
would
not
even
listen
to
me
when
I
was
attempting
to
explain
that
the
problem
started
when
she
took
10
minutes
to
acknowledge
me
and
then
said
rudely
"well
he
don't
look
3"
about
my
baby.
Now
I
put
my
purse
and
laptop
in
our
personal
bags
and
they
are
still
allowed
as
personal
items
so
then,
once
I
made
clear
I
wanted
to
file
a
complaint
there
was
a
third
lady
that
again
made
me
measure
my
bags
again
and
told
me
if
I
wanted
to
file
a
complaint
it
would
take
a
while
and
I
would
not
be
able
to
board
my
flight,
and
no
one
would
give
their
names,
no
one
had
a
name
showing.
This
was
the
connecting
flight
leaving
Denver,
Colorado
