    We LOVE their soups. A good soup plus chips and tortilla chips is really all you can ask for on a chilly, rainy day. They were busy and it was near closing, so it makes sense that they were out of baked potato soup and both sides of loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. I assume that the amount of crispy chicken in my entree was due to the lack of sides that were supposed to accompany my order. We ended up with fries for both of our sides (so we were down three sides total despite paying full price for the $10.99 deal per person). Again, the chicken wasn’t too bad despite some reoccurring gristle that eventually ruined my appetite. It wasn’t terrible though. That said, the service was incredible! Jacob was our server and we absolutely adored how accommodating, hospitable, and efficient he was with the positions that he was filling on the night we came in. Overall, it was a good visit and an okay place for a night out :)

    The food was served hot fast and it was tasty 😌 there was tiny mistake and a kind girl helping out our server Logan accidentally gave us the wrong sandwich. As my partner and I discussed there might have been a mistake Logan was already at our table fixing the issue. Amazing attentive employees thank you for this experience!

    Great service and even better food. Came at a slow part of v the day 1pm, and it was great. Food was cooked perfectly and it's a great value. I like chili's healthy options, margarita chicken, sub sides for broccoli and corn.

    Came to Thornton for a job. Went to chili's for lunch. Ored curbside. Waited 20 minutes. Finally called. They said they aren't taking out orders and I have to come in but it's not ready. I waited longer inside for the food. My drink was incorrect and the food wasn't very good either. Good thing I don't live here because this location is awful

    Really poor service, unfortunately. In general I am overly forgiving in service because I have worked as a server and I get that there are off days. But the service was exceptionally poor. We waited 45 mins for soup - SOUP! Only to finally be informed by our server that the soup was frozen, And that we wouldn't be able to get it. That's fine, but WHY did it take 45 mins to tell us that? We ended up cancelling the soup - but still had to remind the server at the end to remove the item we didn't receive from our bill. The manager was rarely seen and didn't seem to be doing much to support her staff in any sort of helpful manner. Had to ask for our drinks (water & a soda) multiple times. The place wasn't busy so it was hard to make excuses for such terrible service. The food that we did receive was good, thankfully.

    My husband and I and our daughter went last night at 8 pm. And from the start the host was very rude and kept trying to seat us in the bar we don’t know if they were trying to close the other side but we told him we didn’t want the bar, so he sat us on the other side. Things kept getting worse, we sat there for a good 20 minutes and seeing other waitress in the area not even coming to greet us at all. To busy with whatever they were doing. If you see customers stop what you are doing and greet them it’s not that hard. Also after 20 minutes we almost walked out but I wanted to give them a chance and apparently they only had one girl working that side last night. After I asked the host that we haven’t been greeted at all he was rude but got us help and she finally comes, and was Soo fake as ever, and was NOT friendly the whole time we won’t be going back. And we had to ask for refills the whole time. And when we complained to the Host she went up and whispered to him idk if it was about us but she kept giving us looks. The managers really need to know how bad of employees that have on night shift it’s not even ok to treat customers like that. But looks like from other reviews that they have lost a lot of customers and we will be joining that group of people that won’t be back until management cleans up their employees. Ohh and there was a family that came in wayy after us and she greeted them right away. She needs to not work there or get retrained. She is losing customers for you guys. So is the Host on night shift.

    We should know better but we really do enjoy Chili's but the one here in Thornton cannot get an order right to save their lives literally. They should be embarrassed I've even called the store to plead with them to start checking to go orders because I want to be able to order from them with even a little bit of confidence but I cannot do that now

    Arrived after lunch time. Stood at the entrance for awhile until a young man asked if we needed something. We allowed if we should wait to be seated. He said open seating in the bar area so we went and sat in a booth. One other person was sitting at the bar and the bartender talked with him for quite awhile. We eventually asked if he would be the person taking orders and he said he would come by after he was done talking. Since it had been awhile we just said ok we didn't know. He said its a bar and people come to talk, turned his back to us and continued talking to the man at the bar. We left without being served and will not return. Zero stars if I could.

    Very disappointed today with chilis. We were a party of 6 with an 18 month old child. We asked for a small kids cup of water with a lid, and got an adult size water mug with an ill fitting lid. Tried again with another waitress to get a Styrofoam small cup, but she didn't come back. One order was for a quesadilla explosion salad with avocados. I was told a shipment of avocados came in but were all bad. Then the waiter said we have a few but they are bad if you want some.. If all on hand were bad they shouldnt have been offered at all. The food was not good as it usually is. What happened to the kids menu? To get Mac and cheese for the baby had to get corn on the cob with it. The mac and cheese was not kid size. Our waiter never came back to do refills either. We came in shortly after opening before the crowd hit, but it did us no good. This is not the Chilis high quality food or service that we have been used to!

    Service was horrible! We had to ask for everything silverware, napkins. I order fajitas and had to ask for tortillas and the guacamole that I ordered. Chicken crisps were over cooked. Food service time was lacking. The waiter was an introvert & monotone. No Kalhu or Bailey's for my coffee. The restaurant was cold. We will not be going back.

    Friday April 21 12:45 pm came in to eat and I was directed to seat. All of a sudden a lady came telling me that if I'm ok and I said yes then she added why did you cussed at my host and I was having a hard time understanding her why is she telling me that. She then continued telling me that I used F word which is ridiculous. The host was seeking attention. This review will be her last chance because next time when she made up stories then everyone will know it was her problem. Will call management for sure and will follow up

    Not a good experience and will not go back to this location. Went in for dinner and sat in the bar area. I ordered the 3 for me with chips & salsa and the chicken sandwich. The food comes out and I take a bite of the sandwich and noticed there’s a sauce on it (wasn’t mentioned in the menu) and it tastes a little sweet. I am highly allergic to honey so I stop our server as he was walking by and asked him if it had honey in it. He said he didn’t know so I asked him to check. I look up and see him at the bar getting drinks and then taking an order from another table. He then walks by so we stop him and ask if he checked, and he got very rude and he’s trying to. Then he stormed back towards the kitchen and threw his tray on the ground. I’ve already taken a bite and can’t continue with my dinner until I know.. after a minute or so a lady (manager?) comes out and says they can’t find ingredients for the sauce. She offers to get me something else or take it off the bill. At this point I just ask her to take it off the bill as my friend is pretty much done with his meal. We go to pay the tab and she only took $6 of $10.99 off.. Seriously?! At this point we just paid the bill and left. If you find yourself at this Chili’s do yourself a favor and eat at Famous Dave’s next door.

    Burger was not well done . Had some pink after asking not have any..the server was amazing, my water and my coke were never empty. Over all it was a good visit. The fried pickles were awesome.

    We ordered curbside pickup. After waiting 15 minutes while the order sat on a shelf, i went in to pick it up. I had $7 cash to tip the person bringing it out (on a $24 order), guess I saved $7!. Then discovered they put the broccoli side on top of the kids pepperoni pizza. Who likes broccoli on their pizza, especially a kid?!

    My last 3 visits have been for take-out orders. These could definitely go smoother. For 20+ years I've been getting the chicken fajitas. Over the years they've changed how they make them so I edit my order to get the original ones. No matter how many times I say "no salsa, no pico" it always comes. "No beans, no rice" it still comes. They've forgotten the bell peppers twice. But I'm so very glad there's no more cilantro butter! They skimp on the cheese and sour cream and it doesn't come with guacamole so this is much better as a take out meal. Of our 3 take-out orders recently, we've had to go back twice for forgotten items. Be sure to check your order before you leave because they won't. One of the three times we got the completely wrong burger. There's no quality control but the food is still decent.

    We came in for dinner and ordered a salad and burger, it took literally 1 hour for it to come out. There was only 3 other tables there. The server never communicated anything, never checked on us or asked if we needed anything or how our food was. My order was wrong wrong wrong. And I Couldn’t even tell anyone it was because no one was even around, they forgot part of my dish but still charged me for it. When I asked the server to take the extra money for the food we DID NOT GET off my bill, he said “really dude”. Yes. REALLY I’m not paying for something I didn’t get. What a slime ball… Little blonde boy also got an attitude when we asked for our check and told us to pay on the little kiosk even though we were wanting to pay with cash. Super lame 😒

    While I'm understanding of circumstances... forgot our appetizer till just before dinner came out. No ice as machine was broken. Short staffed. She did her very best under the circumstances. Meal was yummy.

    Worst chili's experience ever! Ordered for 3 people. For take away. Chicken sandwich was thrown in the box. Completely apart. The chicken was all cut up, like they used bits left over from other entrees. Cold and bland. The lettuce was old and wilted. The margarita chicken entree was cold and very tiny portions. We have ordered that before inside and it was double the size. The celery that came with the buffalo wings was old and wilted. They also tasted over cooked. They totally forgot a side house salad. For 50.00 this should have been much better. This location does not care about quality at all. Beware if you go to this location. Terrible food.

    To-go orders here are never good. We ordered one large salad for pick up on Sunday (Fathers Day) at 12:45pm. I placed the order almost a week in advance as well. The day of pick up, I called 30 minutes before and asked the to-go person if he could add a side of another kind of dressing to my order. He said that wouldn’t be an issue. My husband goes to pick up the order around 12:40pm. He waited for 20 minutes in the car after calling and letting them know he was there. Around 1pm, when the salad still wasn’t delivered, he went inside (shoeless) and waited for another 20 minutes before finally getting the order. However, when he got home, we realized that the order wasn’t made correctly (we asked for no tomato or onions) and there wasn’t any of the dressing that I called and asked for. I understand that they were busy and that it was a holiday but the icing on the cake was when the salad wasn’t made correctly nor did we have the dressing. My husband said that he refuses to ever get another to-go order from this Chilis ever again. Very disappointing. I also noticed that they never sent out a “tell us how we did survey” this time like they normally do.

    Was good had a slight wait due to staff change over and not enough staff. Ordered 3for 10.99 honey chipotle chicken crispers got mashed potatoes instead of fries and broccoli instead of corn on cob was hot as ordered and the hostess we had was asking very attentive to us so she was tipped well
