For
the
price
vs.
quality
ratio,
this
hotel
is
one
of
the
worst
I
have
stayed
in.
There
is
no
pool
or
hottub
and
location
really
not
near
most
venues.
Maintenance
had
many
issues,
which
included
safe
door
would
not
stay
close
blocking
entire
room
passage,
light
switch
for
left
queen
bed
missing,
wall
paper
above
light
near
window
was
bubbling
up
and
AC
was
hard
to
get
room
cold
on
shared
system
with
motion
sensor.
The
desk
chair
had
no
rollers
that
created
loud
dragging
noise
when
moved
on
the
hard
wood
floor
above
me.
The
right
side
queen
bed
did
not
have
enough
space
to
get
out
on
one
side.
The
top
floor
restaurant
and
lobby
both
were
not
open
Saturday
morning
at
7
am
for
breakfast.
I
did
go
to
Syrup
across
the
street,
which
was
probably
better
anyway.
I
called
the
front
desk
to
get
a
refrigerator
brought
up
to
my
room
and
said
none
available
according
to
housekeeping.
I
then
went
out
on
12
floor
where
my
room
was
to
look
for
ice
only
to
find
out
that
housekeeping
was
not
working
and
had
to
go
down
to
the
11th
floor.
The
housekeeping
supervisor
who
helped
me
asked
if
I
needed
anything
else.
I
said
a
refrigerator.
Magically,
in
less
than
2
minutes,
I
have
refrigerator
front
desk
said
did
not
exist.
Like
the
MGM
Grand
in
Vegas,
the
bathroom
and
closet
have
shared
sliding
doors,
which
is
a
nuisance.
Can
only
access
the
closet
or
bathroom
one
at
a
time.
The
bathroom
itself
is
small
as
well
and
hardly
unable
by
2
people.
The
good
parts
all
center
around
housekeeping.
The
room
was
clean
with
a
fresh
leather
smell.
They
got
me
the
refrigerator
that
the
front
desk
couldn't.
The
front
desk
did
do
great
early
checkin
on
the
high
floor,
but
late
checkout
was
buggy
and
almost
got
charged
for
the
late
fee
since
the
app
was
lost.
The
mobile
key
was
broken
as
well.
Overall,
there
are
lots
more
problems
than
usual.
Hopefully,
some
of
these
get
fixed
in
the
future.
