DO NOT send anyone you love to this disaster of a “ Hospital “ . The incompetence at this facility is seriously mind boggling. Patients get left for hours in their own urine and fecal matter. Hallways reek of it too. Doctors and nurses dismiss your concerns left and right only to be proven other wise by other medical professionals when you transfer your loved one out. These nurses and doctors do not care about the patients. They collect a check and go home. Nurses show up to work under the weather and get patients sick. This place is a joke on the highest level.

My mom stayed here after being released from North Suburban. She has a chest tube for drainage after having pneumonia. One day this chest tube was somehow removed from her chest. Vibra failed to notify us and called a non medical transport to take her back to North Suburban. This means we waited in the ER waiting room because we walked through the front doors vs them calling an ambulance for her and her being admitted to the ER that way. This set her back in recovery and ultimately this is where she took a turn for the worst. Ever since that day when her tube was removed, without explanation either, we never got an answer as to how, her recover halted and she declined in health. She passed away and I believe that if that tube had not been pulled out she would be here today. I hope no one has to go through what we did. Ever.

My dad is a patient at this hospital, has been for a while waiting on a hip replacement for 3 months. My main point is I live out of state but I like to talk to my dad every day. It is an EFFORT to get ahold of any desk or phone at this hospital. Every day I try to get ahold of him takes more than one call sometimes more than 10! And when I’ve said things about it I have had nurses hang up in my face. There is only one number for the whole hospital. Dysfunctional and ridiculous that simple phone calls can’t go through or aren’t answered EVER. ALSO it is ridiculous they won’t even tell him his plan for treatment nor have consulted with surgeons and made steps to get him back to living normally.

My son was 43 years old and was admitted to Vibra after a month long stay in the ICU. He was starting to recover so they sent him there. After only being there a week and a half, his heart stopped and CPR was preformed and he was transported to North Suburban with a heart beat. After a few hours later he passed away. Following his death we never heard anything from Vibra not even condolences or to get any of his personal belongings back. I strongly recommend not sending any loved ones there.

If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for them to answer a call light then this is a place for you. The majority of the nurses do Care the CNA's not so much It seems like it's just a paycheck not very well educated.

I want to acknowledge a few CNAs who go out of their way & take time to help with my fiancés care & truly go above and beyond. They take the the time to talk to him and have compassion. Thank you Rosa(Day), Alondra, Heaven, Sandra, Rosa(Night).

I am truly blessed that I wound up being cared for at Vibra! I nearly died in 2019 and after my coma and multiple brain surgeries I required some extra rehabilitation so I was transferred from Good Samaritan to Vibra, I wasn’t always an ideal patient and somedays my attitude got the best of me but my amazing nurses, doctors and the rest of the amazing people involved in my care made sure to let me know they understood and that they were there for whatever I needed. I will never ever be able to thank them all for the amazing care, compassion, and their encouragement because without them I wouldn’t be here 980 days later saying “I made it and I haven’t broken my pinky promises I made! I’m still sober!” The care I received there truly made the difference!!! Thank you Vibra!!!!!

I just wanted to leave a few words about my experiences at Vibra. I've been here about a month rehabing from illness, and although the time drags, (as being in a hospital usually does) the staff, from the case management, down to the kitchen staff, do all they can to not only make your rehab better, but to make your stay as comfortable as they can. The medical staff are consummate professionals, who give their complete attention to the patients. The P.T. staff worked with me daily to get me back on my feet, and for that i am immensely appreciative! My nurses and CNAs were amazing in their attentiveness, i never did want for anything! Vibra has put together a great staff here, and i recommend it to anyone looking for amazing people who love taking care of people. Thank you Vibra!!! 💝💝💝💝

My mom was here and we wanted to transfer her to Johnstown Facility and everyone was very nice to us the managers were super nice they helped us with everything! Lamar helped us with everything he could! When my mom was here, she was great, much better than before she got there! We couldn’t see her but she was getting better and better every day like much better! I appreciate everyone’s help ! I appreciate the people here, the nurses, everything THANK YOU! My mom is home now!:)

I had great care once I went to the care center but not on 400. I was there a long time I loved most of the staff . You are also very good at ur job. My problem is I got out in fed and the social worker never told ssi so I did not get my money coming back to me.

My wellness is alot better and super nice staff. Kitchen needs help, wrong orders most time. No smoking and overall, i recommend their services. Clean facilty and shows more effort every day in making your goals to be supported and wellness to be priority. TY Vibra 215

The nurses and some doctors are top notch however do not let case management get in in control of your loved ones. We were given advice contrary to Medicare guidelines. I was told to purchase a hospital bed for my wife when CM knew full well that Medicare B would cover durable medical supplies. They would not sign off on home health coverage due to an arbitrary decision by CM. I have done nursing care for my wife for 3 years but they decided that it was “not safe” due to her present condition. Have been trained in home care from trachea maintenance to feeding tube, meds etc. Had my wife shipped to nursing home against our wishes. Now we can’t get her home to safety and comfort. Be advised !

My cousin was here for a few weeks. The care she got was amazing and the staff was great! Housekeeping was always in the room cleaning and they take great care of the area. That is appreciated with all the germs that can end up in hospitals. Great place!

Very rude people I had asked a nurse to close my door due to PTSD and it came open so I asked again please can u close the door then she rushed through what she was doing to get out of my room and tugged a little on my IV and it hurt then continued to yell at me and tell me I need to leave the hospital

So far came from Saint Anthony's friday night. Seems like no one was prepared for my arrival and have been trying since then to get situated. Food services seriously behind the 8 ball

Vibra used to be a rehab center I could step in and sit down and talk to my grandma any time seeing her smile anytime me or even walked out but now I can't cause they didn't take good care of her I miss you grandma

If it weren’t for the first couple days I would have posted 5 stars. Lamar the CEO and Sara tried their best to show us that this is the place to be and that it is better than the way the nurses that treated us at the beginning. My daughter got sent here to get weaned off the ventilator with a trach tube. It was so scary being in a different place, but I wanted to trust that they would watch over my daughter. After the first night I called for an update and they said that there were no changes and she was fine. I went in the morning to see her and she bit her tongue and had blood on her face and they didn’t know how that happened. The day nurse, talked down to me and dismissed my questions. I was angry but still tried to keep the faith that everything would be alright. That evening when I called they took down my information and said they would call back but didn’t. Again, I went in the morning and I noticed she bit both sides of her lip and was super swollen. I was infuriated and sad at the same time and still hadn’t received an update. I let the facility liaison know that I wanted to move her immediately. The CEO and his team quickly went in to talk to me and I broke down and told them what was happening. They told me that was unacceptable and that it would be taken care of immediately. Lamar the CEO offered to allow me to stay the night until she was capable of speaking for herself and of course, I accepted. I saw a drastic change within the evening crew immediately and I made the CEO aware. During the day everything was great especially the CNAs. Rosa, Marta, Maritza, Rawnak,Tanya, and Tyler were the CNAs that made our stay there much more bearable. They are so compassionate and just go above and beyond to make you feel like we made the right choice by staying there. We were there for about a month and I would highly recommend to stay overnight to care for your loved ones. Do not leave them alone at night because not all nurses have a caring and compassionate bone in their body and if you get a bad one I am so sorry for that. There are many good ones but they can’t do all the caring for all the patients. Lamar thank you for keeping in touch with us, please thank your team for us!

The staff was is very friendly and helpful. The care and attention they gave me was excellent. I am very grateful for the service I received at Vibra. Basically they saved my life! I would recommend them to anyone needing their type of care. Thank you so much!!!

I've been at Vibra a few days after knee surgery at a different hospital. They recommended I come here for rehabilitation care. They staff from E. V. S. To kitchen staff nurses and doctors seem to all want to help me get better. I appreciate their care, kindness, and encouraging words to help me get through this painful time. Very positive experience so far

My wife was staying there she has been in and out of the hospital for most of the year and last time she was there she asked me to come cuddle with her I did non of the nurses had a issue with it but 1 but I still got down when told so I would not be kicked out well she ends up going back and the only way they would except her is if I'm not aloud to see her not a warning that they wouldn't talerate it if I where to ho p up there with her again I listened when they asked me to hop down I'm not a bad influence on her I'm showing up there to support her the only contraband I brought her is door dash food and do I get a warning no I get told for my wife to go go get the treatment she needs I have to go without seeing her for a few months I do not think this is right I listened when I was warned I was not kicked out at that time but yet when she is reemited back to the same hospital I don't believe this is. How u should treat patents and there lived ones

I worked for Vibra Hospital 8 years. Was asked to resign due to attendance. Put my heart and soul into this company. So sorry I have family issues. My husband had a bleed (stroke) he was not able to return to work for the past year. I am the soul provider. My daughter delivered my grandchild this week amoung multiple other family issues that were legitimate. Would have liked someone to reach out instead of being asked to resign prior to the holidays. My name is Aracely and my son came here for his rehabilitation after an accident they helped him get back on his feet. The entire staff is amazing from the doctors, the nurses and the therapy team, they are very empathetic and really listen to the needs of every patient. I felt I was in prison again and prison food is better..the nursing staff is wonderful but unless you are sedated and always a sleep and if you need mental help or been in l not the place as the due bogas room searches not for you period not for you

I was a patient at Vibra in 2021. My care was excellent and the medical staff were exceptional. The food was delicious and everyone was professional and courteous. could rehome.asa food was outstanding.
