If
it
weren’t
for
the
first
couple
days
I
would
have
posted
5
stars.
Lamar
the
CEO
and
Sara
tried
their
best
to
show
us
that
this
is
the
place
to
be
and
that
it
is
better
than
the
way
the
nurses
that
treated
us
at
the
beginning.
My
daughter
got
sent
here
to
get
weaned
off
the
ventilator
with
a
trach
tube.
It
was
so
scary
being
in
a
different
place,
but
I
wanted
to
trust
that
they
would
watch
over
my
daughter.
After
the
first
night
I
called
for
an
update
and
they
said
that
there
were
no
changes
and
she
was
fine.
I
went
in
the
morning
to
see
her
and
she
bit
her
tongue
and
had
blood
on
her
face
and
they
didn’t
know
how
that
happened.
The
day
nurse,
talked
down
to
me
and
dismissed
my
questions.
I
was
angry
but
still
tried
to
keep
the
faith
that
everything
would
be
alright.
That
evening
when
I
called
they
took
down
my
information
and
said
they
would
call
back
but
didn’t.
Again,
I
went
in
the
morning
and
I
noticed
she
bit
both
sides
of
her
lip
and
was
super
swollen.
I
was
infuriated
and
sad
at
the
same
time
and
still
hadn’t
received
an
update.
I
let
the
facility
liaison
know
that
I
wanted
to
move
her
immediately.
The
CEO
and
his
team
quickly
went
in
to
talk
to
me
and
I
broke
down
and
told
them
what
was
happening.
They
told
me
that
was
unacceptable
and
that
it
would
be
taken
care
of
immediately.
Lamar
the
CEO
offered
to
allow
me
to
stay
the
night
until
she
was
capable
of
speaking
for
herself
and
of
course,
I
accepted.
I
saw
a
drastic
change
within
the
evening
crew
immediately
and
I
made
the
CEO
aware.
During
the
day
everything
was
great
especially
the
CNAs.
Rosa,
Marta,
Maritza,
Rawnak,Tanya,
and
Tyler
were
the
CNAs
that
made
our
stay
there
much
more
bearable.
They
are
so
compassionate
and
just
go
above
and
beyond
to
make
you
feel
like
we
made
the
right
choice
by
staying
there.
We
were
there
for
about
a
month
and
I
would
highly
recommend
to
stay
overnight
to
care
for
your
loved
ones.
Do
not
leave
them
alone
at
night
because
not
all
nurses
have
a
caring
and
compassionate
bone
in
their
body
and
if
you
get
a
bad
one
I
am
so
sorry
for
that.
There
are
many
good
ones
but
they
can’t
do
all
the
caring
for
all
the
patients.
