    The night "manager" (assumption made; I don't want to describe the wrong person if they are not the actual manager)is nothing more than an abusive person from what I gleaned from the experience I endured with my 11 year old daughter and the interactions we witnessed between customers and employees. She has no problem swearing and demeaning her employees and customers while throwing their orders at them...or towards the employee they deemed responsible for the "mistake" on the floor. This was supposed to be a great thing and my daughter was so excited to say, "Taco Bell is open!" but instead she said, "Why is that person so mad and saying those things to her friends (employees)?". I understand the stress of opening a new location but more training would lead to happier employees and better experiences by customers. Other than this one person, the people at this location were the nicest I've ever come across which is why I'm writing my first review ever...they deserve better leadership.

    Came in here, to do a door dash, this is like my 7th or 8th time coming here, for that same reason. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and my order still isn’t ready, but the people in the back are back there playing and joking around, instead making orders. The time now is 10:43 pm and I’ve yet to receive my order. This place needs better employees, I understand you want to enjoy yourself at work…but it’s work get you’re work done. Then when I came to check on my order the 4 employees working began to talk about me in Spanish, assuming that I didn’t understand what was being said, because of the color of my skin

    I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order online & paid for it ahead of time due. When I arrived at the location my food was nowhere to be found. The customer service is HORRIBLE & every worker seems as if they are lost…The owner needs to get more training or more management. They will not refund your money if you don’t want the food! I was told to contact my bank for any refunds!

    Nothing like some butt burning awesome to curb the cravings lol. Great service at this location. Food is pretty standard but that means they don't cheap out either. The drivers out here are nuts tho, going through the drive thru was kinda stressful with all the soccer moms and teste trucks playing car wars in the afternoon. It's calmer after dark.

    Visited this location on several occasions and have never received good service yet. Figured I would give them time to kind of work out the kinks from just opening but the quality of the product is way below other Taco Bells that I have visited.

    I love Taco Bell! I would love to be able to get there Breakfast in the morning on my way to work in the morning but sadly they don't open until 9am. :( I hope they will start opening at 7am real soon.

    Took forever at the drive through. Drove 3 minutes home and the food is cold. Not just lukewarm, cold. Has happened more than once.

    My husband and I have gone through the drive thru, a couple of times. They DO NOT put any MEAT on the tacos. If you take your pink and lay it in the bottom of a taco shell. That is it, that is all you get. I don't know who's in charge. But people will stop coming there. Your restaurant will close down. Your burritos are so small. Putting two fingers together, that's the size of your burritos. I have been driving past taco bell, to go to Taco Casa. Start giving what people pay for. I know I can't be the only person to complain about this. No way, I'm paying more, for extra anything. Your people are good and polite. This is management. Stop try to save money. You can make more by doing right by your customers.

    It's not often you go to fast food place and encounter a legitimate human interaction. At first, it was nothing short of pure professionalism, which is already grade A. But, once I playfully bantered with the man on the speaker box, he matched my casual enthusiasm with his own genuine advice, and guided me towards a perfect meal. 69 out of 10, would eat here again!

    All the typical Taco Bell things. It is what it is, and it's awesome to get another choice in Justin. I would give it 5 stars, but they need a little more training/ experience on how to properly roll a burrito. As it is, I wouldn't recommend any try to eat anything from here in your car. It'll be everywhere.

    Been here several times since they opened and every time they have done a great job with getting the order right and fast. I stopped going to Taco Bells in general because the nearest one in Roanoke was just the worst with wait times and always getting things wrong or missing items. One thing I would ask to change is that I wish they would put more meat in the food though. 3.5 stars out of 5.

    Ordered on the mobile app for pickup. Food was ready when I arrived. Store staff does nothing to acknowledge anyone is arriving or departing. My order was wrong. The way the item was prepared is not even on the menu in that manner, to make things worse this is the 2nd time they have messed up the same item which indicates there is an idiot making burritos. I guess you shouldn’t have high expectations from a place that promises same day payment for teammates as a incentive to work there.

    A big thank you to Benjamin! I ordered some food and my card was declining even though money was in the account. Benjamin paid for my meal, I will definitely be returning as I just relocated to the area to pay this forward.
