I am posting here to warn everyone to avoid eating at this sonic. I ordered the patty melt and did not see the mold until I had already eaten some. I have been sick, throwing up, for the last hour. Customer service was no help and no one at this sonic location will answer. Wanted to post this to warn everyone since nothing is clearly being done about it. Very disappointing.

Hello dear friends, and fellow Sonic customers. After experiencing the worst customer service experience yesterday having to wait 25 minutes for an order of a couple of soft drinks. I was given a coupon for a free large drink on the next visit. I decided to give Sonic a second chance and went in to the Sonic in Argyle to redeem the coupon given to me and to my surprise the lady in charge of this sonic location simply told me that she could not redeem my coupon because it was not stamped. Please Sonic upper management get your game together and provide a customer service training to your employees or simply ask the Shell management to provide your employees some tips on what they do because the Shell employees never disappoint. After tonight's experience I much rather take my business to Chick-fil-A.

I'm ashamed to admit we visit this location way too frequently! I use the app to place our mobile order and the staff has always been super friendly and quick with our order in the drive thru. Great addition to Argyle!

I was given coupons for free kids meals from another sonic location. I made sure to read all the fine print and expiration before coming in today. The staff was very rude and was unsure if they can honor the coupons. I made sure to read the coupons to see if I had too redeem them at the sonic I received them from but no. The management didn’t help stating that I had to redeem the coupons at the sonic I got them from which I don’t even remember.

I really like this Sonic. It's really easy to get through the drive-thru if you aren't trying to go at the busiest times of the day. Have to keep that in mind when you time your visit since it is literally the only fast food place within about 20 mins. They also have a dine-in option which isn't very common for a Sonic. Being attached to a gas station it can be a little crowded with the limited parking and a drive-thru line that wants to run in front of the parking spots for some reason. 🙃 I'm sure you could just run in, order, and walk out with your food instead of sitting in a long drive-thru line. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I've been several times and my order is always correctly made and hot and just as tasty as any other Sonic. They even give you 2 cherries with the cherry limeade which is a nice treat when some locations seem to skip even one these days (*cough* Lantana *cough*). I also appreciate they utilize the mobile ordering app and you can just give your name and pickup. The Roanoke Sonic does not use the app and sometimes I want to order customized stuff but don't because I have to say everything and have it repeated back.

The absolute worst $5.50 little bitty order of chicken in my life. Dry hard crust is what it mostly consisted of. Completely disgusting

Fantastic service…. Sweet young man brought our drinks out to us because the car in front of us must have ordered a lot. Then brought the rest of our order out promptly. Food was delicious. I frankly don’t understand why reviews are so negative. I will definitely be going back. They were so friendly and efficient.

Sonic is awesome.I love the Quarter Pound double cheeseburger with chili and mustard.and some chili cheese tater tots.and cherry lime aid.They also have very good shakes

The best Sonic I have ever been to. They don’t have the car hop just a drive-thru and they run it like a Chick-fil-A. I swear I wait less going through this drive-thru with 10 cars than going through a traditional sonic car hop. I don’t know who runs this place but they are doing a fantastic job!

Way way WAY!!! BETTER!!! Then in the city! I can't tell u that, my food was soooo fresh and hot I had to wait for it to cool down 😍 that's what I'm talking about!!! sure, i was in the line maybe 15 or 20 mins, BUT!! I'd wait that long again if that meant my food would taste like that 🤤 😍😍😍 and the smell was freash to 😍🥰 ill drive 10 mins for that keep it up plzz!!!!

I just feel like this sonic doesn't use the same ingredients as other sonics. The burgers are actually terrible. They compare to a burger from the school cafeteria. No seasoning and they seem to be microwaved. (Not impressed)! I won't be going back there.
