This is this best sandwich sound on the south side. Pros: - The bread... Turano - the meat.shaved thin and delicious - they listen to your order - it's a perfect sandwich Cons: None I highly recommend a samwhich from here.

This place is outstanding. Everything was clean, fresh and hot. There are frys. You must try them. The customer service was on the money, was meeting with three smiles. And and they appreciation for my business. Will be back.

Food was horrible only 1 slice of turkey cut in half and folded for a regular sub. It tasted like a lettuce sandwich. The chicken pita was a few chuncks of chicken in red grease! This place should close for good! As the owner it should matter what your customers think. Your response shows that you are an ignorant person who is looking to make money off your customers by misleading them with the Mr. Submarine brand! If you feel that way why not offer me my money back?

I usually love their roast beef sub sandwich and garlic fries. I was disappointed that this location's fries were not crinkle cut (like they are at another location) and the bread wasn't quite as good either. Consistency between locations is important.

Worst food I have ever had at a Mr. Submarine! Usually when you order onion rings or mushrooms you get a nice amount, here they are actually counted. I was going to order mushrooms but changed my mind to onion rings, it said 14 for 6.99 and they shorted me 2. I ordered a gyro and the Pita felt like it had been warmed up and left out because someone must have changed their mind, when I walked in and ordered the same thing, served it to me. It was so hard and rubbery and the worst part was that it seems they count the meat they give you. A total of 9 slices of meat. They make all the other Mr. Submarines look real bad, I 100% will never walk in or recommend this one. They should close down!

Absolutely not. Their gyros was stale and dry. I hate to leave bad reviews but man this was bad. Their seasoned fries is the only reason they get 2 stars. I’m sorry I’d stay away. Customer service was good too.

This experience I had with this mr submarine was terrible this is the only one that I’ve had a bad experience with there sandwich making skills are horrible they tell you what comes on the sandwich but do not deliver what comes on it ? Really save your money and go to another you supposed to get what they say you get I didn’t want anything extra just what came on the sandwich which is the regular condiments and could not get that and they are also over priced and price gouging you can not talk to manager cause he lies for his employees I will not be returning to this establishment very disappointed and dissatisfied they deserve no stars dry sandwich couldn’t eat it this mr submarine is garbage I will definitely not be returning

Only Mr Sub around me. I only return because of my love for Turano bread and Mr Sub secret sauce. Their sandwich making skills need improvement. It's a hit or miss.

I usually don't leave reviews but.... I was craving a sub/hoagie and I tried this location because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. I wish I could give this place no stars. This was the absolute WORST sub that I have ever had & I will NOT be back! My bread was stale, the onions tasted like they were going bad, & the tiny bit of tomatoes they put on my sandwich were mushy. After a few bites, I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. The next time I'm craving a sub/hoagie I'll just go to Unbeatable Eatables, Jersey Mike's, Taurus Flavors, the Mr. Submarine in Cal City or South Holland....or even a Subway but I will never ever go back to this location again! So disappointing, smh...

We ordered from this location on Grubhub. I have never tasted sandwiches with this much salt in my life. My family and I struggled to eat our meal which ended in waste. We will never order from here again. Thanks for the response, but it wasn’t a “mistake”. It was poor meal preparation.

They introduced me to the gymshoe sandwich which is cornbeef, roast beef and gyros. Not a bad sandwich. Not much ambience. Strait forward sandwiches. Good service.

Went through drive through, ordered hot dog with fries. Fries were great but hog dog was barely warm.

Favorite submarine in the state. We cater from here all the time & they have never messed up an online order. EVER in 8 years

Not the Mr. Sub I'm use to from the service to the food. Dude struggled to take the order, we had to tell him 4-5 times. We asked for our sandwiches to be warmed up but they were cold. The subs were so dry with barely any oils.. definitely not going back to spend another $41 on disappointment.

First time at THIS...Mr Sub.. talked with employee about higher prices than other Mr Sub locations.. and he explained that THIS location puts on more meat than others...leading to higher prices. Eg... Reg Combo here was couple dollars more than another Mr Sub I was hesitant about buying the sub.... BUT I'M GLAD THAT I DID.....the explanation was True and it is a lot bigger than another Mr Sub I've been going to.. You definitely get what you pay for here !!!!
