My
husband
and
I
went
to
the
Norridge
location
to
drop
our
rings
off
for
cleaning
and
was
informed
I
needed
new
prongs
on
my
ring.
We
have
lifetime
warranties
on
all
rings.
Unfortunately
there
was
a
issue
because
they
are
updating
their
systems
.
Which
is
a
good
thing.
The
gentlemen
who
took
care
of
us
spent
lots
of
time
with
us
to
try
to
rectify
the
issue,
very
kind
and
apologetic.
The
issue
was
that
the
warranties
didn't
show
because
of
Helzberg
updating
and
I
didn't
have
my
paperwork
.
This
associate
and
the
manager
fixed
the
issue
and
processed
the
inspection
and
repairs
on
the
rings.
I
told
them
I
would
bring
my
receipts
and
paperwork
in
when
I
return.
I
was
very
impressed
that
the
customer
service
they
gave
was
above
and
beyond,
took
so
much
time
with
us.
Showed
concern
and
kindness
for
the
consumer.
There
is
no
customer
service
no
where
anymore.
Since
coming
to
this
location
for
many
years
we
always
had
a
wonderful
experience
with
the
staff.
The
manager
and
associate
who
took
care
of
us
were
the
best.
This
is
what
keeps
us
going
to
this
location.

the

was
Alex.
These
2
are
amazing
and
greatly
appreciated
all
the
time
and
kindness
they
gave
us.
