Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. Saw online that the store closes at 6pm. Needed to get a last minute gift, so rushed over to grab something, arriving at 17.45. The shutter to the till area was closed but the staff were still there chatting. I asked politely "are you closed?" to which the female member of staff (presumably the manager) replied "the shutter is down so what do you think?". It's one thing for a shop to not be consistent with its advertised hours, but to then talk to a prospective customer as if they are stupid... I strongly suggest you save yourself the indignity of dealing with this shop.

Don’t waste your time! Don’t go there. Before taking the risk of being fooled let me warn you : THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas, but sadly I didn’t really like it. I didn’t even try it on, we took it straight back to the shop the next day. When I explained the situation, the First Lady rolled her eyes at me and lied to our faces saying that she did say that they were not doing refunds. I asked to talk to the manager, which was a nice lady. Even though she understood the situation, still no possibility to get a refund. It is a shame that EVERY shops are doing refunds but not this one. I guess I’m not the only one in this case. It is not the employees fault but the company itself. I am never going back to this shop again and I’m gonna stop my friends and family to buy anything from this shop.

I like this place. Nice clean and the staff is quite helpful. Do check online or even at store. You give them your budget and however small it is, they do have something for you. I have given so many people present from here as the packaging is authentic although you have to pay £3.50 for it but it is worth it as that makes the recipient trust the quality. Do pop in when you are in Harrow Shopping Centre.That is easy commute for us

Went in as bracelet had lost a stone and as it was still within the guarantee period they exchanged it without any fuss. Lovely staff and really helpful.

Customer service each time I visit is exceptional. I was looking to replace the ring I previously brought from Warren James many years ago but the customer service assistant advised not to replace it. She literally cleaned my ring with washing up liquid and water and it looked like I brought a new ring. If you have any doubts with the longevity of the ring or necklace etc look no further!

Did not have what I wanted

Very disappointed after I bought my husbanda wedding ring and returned it the next day as he preferred another ring. They don't advise you in store that you cannot get a refund!

While not the least expensive Cornish pasty in Harrow the quality is simply outstanding. Staff are friendly, the cafe is clean and comfortable. The premises are accessible and the other bakery items are all mouth watering. The bread is rather good too. What else to say? A real favourite.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from the Filipina looking lady. I was in that branch to buy an engagement ring. Unfortunately it wasn't in size. The lady who served that time, was very nice. She said to order it online. We checked the size, then I ordered. Unfortunately I got the wrong item. The customer service called me back, and they sent the right one after. I said to them I live close to one of their store so I might return the wrong one there. I went there the next day, unfortunately there was a different person. An Asian lady. As I had an accident a few days before I was walking with crutches. She didn't accept the ring without the invoice... I said then I will do it another time. Then she said don't run... I would understand that if we are friends... I went back yesterday with the ring and the invoice. Unfortunately she was the one again. She said, AHH I was waiting for you for the next day not a month later... First of all I made an effort to go there and bring it. I didn't have to. It was the company's fault to send the wrong item the first time. She definitely should get proper training. I wouldn't go there again as long as she works there

Love their selection of jewellery. Great value for money and beautiful designs not seen in other jewellers. Customer Service was also very good.
