The wings were great, fries okay. I’m a little turned off at the fact that none of the cooks wear gloves when preparing the food. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Their wings are good but the only thing that I have a problem with is that you have to pay almost $2 for ranch dressing. I spent $25 for just wings and NO dipping sauce comes with it. Not even one. They told me since I didn't order their burnt old grease fries I couldn't get a dipping sauce. Their fries do not look like the picture they have on the wall. They are burnt and they also get upset when you tell them to not burn the fries. Other than that I'm okay

Enjoyed take out dinner at Wing Stop. Employees were friendly, helpful, and professional. Restaurant & bathroom was very clean. Food was hot & yummy.

Wings were good but they could've been seasoned a little better as some of them were dry. The lemon pepper had too much oil in the mixture so the seasoning didn't stick at all. Get your fries double dipped otherwise they will be really soggy. Rolls are always good go to. Staff was friendly.

Fresh & cooked to order. I got a medium order of boneless wings with cheese fries. Forgot how much sauce is absorbed in the boneless wings and will defiantely order them double dipped again. Overall the food was delicious for the price. Their ranch is really good too! Cashier was polite and restaurant appeared clean.

Great place to get some excellent wings. The store is a little small, but from what I've seen, most folks do online orders anyway, so that's no issue

By far the best wings in Tuscaloosa. At least that I've had. The lemon pepper is fantastic and the flavor is soaked all the way to the bone. The wings have a very amazing texture as well - crunchy on the skin but smoked-like tenderness behind that first crunch and Iove it. Not a cheap place to eat, mind you; 30 wings cost 60 bucks, however, I do believe it's well worth it.

My team stopped new at the mall for this wing stop and I ordered a medium bone in combo. I received only 6 wings when it was confirmed I would have 8 ,being that we were on the road and the bus was on a schedule I left before counting my wings and I am highly disappointed because I payed the extra price to have 8 wings for a reason , I would like a solution unless this is how you guys treat your good paying loyal customers

They TOSSED MY LEMON PEPPER WINGS IN BUTTER. I asked for lemon pepper wings with HONEY MUSTARD INSTEAD OF RANCH. How'd y'all manage to get that mixed up when the person taking our order repeated it back to us?! I tried using honey mustard at home (see picture) but that didn't help, it was gross. Also WHO TOSSES FRIED CHICKEN, ESPECIALLY LEMON PEPPER, IN BUTTER?? That's a heart attack waiting to happen!

I come here often and the vibe is always super chill. Had an issue with a large order tonight and the staff/manager handled it like a champ. Excellent service, good food, fast prep.

I always get the lemon pepper boneless wing combo & am never disappointed! Always hit & fresh! There’s an older gentleman that works at the Midtown location & he is the bomb! Super nice & friendly. If he’s not the manager, he should be!!!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich one of the sandwiches was overcooked and burned. The buns was hard and oily the sandwiches wasn't good.

I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager but the guy was very rude at the front. All I ask for were fresh fries which I waited a long time since they we're busy I asked him to see the bag he grabbed it back and threw his hand up in my face like if he was about to hit me.

Once again! Day shift never failing to do me right. Delicious and courteous. My food isn’t this good at night usually. So I started to order in the daytime only.

Really liked this location. Fast, friendly and the food was great. I saw a post saying they had no gloves while preparing food and they most certainly did when I went. I wouldn't have ordered if they didn't. You can watch them making it as there glass along the kitchen by seating. This was God and I will be back!

The Hawaiian flavor wings were very good, and the service was fantastic.

Loved this location. I ordered a ton of items for game day and one thing was missing. The manager quickly corrected the order and added a few things extra. Great experience!
