Doing my annual health screening now, I deeply regret choosing this clinic. The nurse who helped me draw blood had a trembling hand. First, he poked and dug for blood. A bit of blood came out, but when he went for the second tube, there was no blood. He attempted to dig and adjust the needle to find blood, but nothing. After that, I suggested using another arm, but still no blood. When he asked if he could poke a third time, I said, "No." The doctor took over, and the process was smooth. She said my vein was good for drawing blood. I then explained the situation with the nurse to her. She apologized, saying that it's currently a peak period and they are understaffed. The nurse was a temporary employee and may not have much experience with drawing blood. HELLO! YOU HIRED A NURSE WITH LITTLE EXPERIENCE DRAWING BLOOD TO DRAW MY BLOOD, AND NOW IT'S MY ISSUE? LOL.... FOR GOODNESS' SAKE, PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. For comical effect, he took my height and weight using their machine and he did not give me the instructions. Then the machine reflected that my height was 151cm, he asked, "Is this correct?" FYI, I am above 1.8m.

Came here on a weekend for body check up. The place only had like 4-5 patients but the 2 clinic assistants seemed overwhelmed. After one clinic assistant took my height and weight (with the machine), she left. I was perplexed when she didn’t take my blood pressure. Up next was to see the doctor. The locum doctor drew my blood. After I was out, I gave the counter my urine sample and they told me sit and wait. I waited for about 30 minutes then they told me that I can leave since I already paid online prior to the visit. When I was already in the MRT, the clinic phoned me to come back to take my blood pressure. And the blood pressure was taken by the locum doctor. Aren’t these menial tasks supposed to be performed by the clinic assistants? I don’t know how they run the clinic but it’s very strange and inefficient. Giving 2 stars stead of 1 because the locum doctor is very nice.

Booked appointment to take flu vaccines at 10.15am but at 11am still waiting for my turn to take vaccines. What is the use of making appointment and disnt follow thru. Waste of our time.

The clinic staffs were helpful and professional. Have booked a health screening via their Minmed App and the experience was smooth and convenient. Would definitely come back again for my next health screening. 😊

Need to wait veeerrrryyyy loooong time! Even you booked online need to wait minimum 2 hours, don’t come to this inefficient clinic.

Very helpful front staffs who offered me a mask and listening to my issue during registration. I used Minmed Connect App to get a Q before I went down to the clinic, the App is easy and convenient. The doctor on duty was also professional and amiable. charges were very affordable too. I would gladly return in the future.🫶🏻🤤
