If
I
could
give
zero
I
would.
Went
there
for
a
'sip
and
sounds'
Sunday
afternoon
event.
Arrived,
no
one
greeted
us.
The
music
was
on
the
balcony,
we
were
initially
sat
indoors.
We
then
asked
to
move
outside
so
we
could
hear
the
music,
and
then
(because
of
complaints
from
those
sitting
inside)
we
were
asked
to
swap
tables
with
the
musician,
so
that
he
could
move
to
the
end
by
the
door,
and
those
sitting
inside
could
hear
him.
Staff
were
like
deers
in
headlights,
and
didn't
seem
to
know
what
was
going
on.
No
one
was
running
the
show,
and
it
all
seemed
very
disorganised.
Musician
speaker
was
distorting,
the
quality
of
my
headphones
was
better.
Ended
up
sat
next
to
what
appeared
to
be
the
musicians
family,
who
were
comfortable
eating
their
own
BYO
food,
while
we
purchased
$90
bottles
of
wine
and
$25
food
platters.
You
are
charging
premium
rates
for
your
wine,
subsequently,
you
need
to
deliver
a
premium
service.
Don't
organise
an
event
you
can't
deliver
on.
On
a
side
note,
the
red
wine
was
amazing,
but
ruined
by
a
poorly
executed
event.
The
yound
lady
that
did
our
tasting
was
exceptional
and
appeared
to
do
her
best,
but
confessed
that
she
didn't
normally
do
tastings.
