When you order brisket, expect sliced smoked fat! Pulled pork was dry and hard to chew. If you ever been in decent Texas BBQ type of restaurant, Fabian’s will disappoint you.

The model turning around in circles in the ceiling was great. The food was pretty good although, the pretzel had a bit of a weird taste. The loaded fries were generously loaded. Service was pretty nice. No complaint otherwise.

Ate here 2 days to make sure I was right. Had the pulled pork sundae twice, awesome both times. I would drive out of the way to get here. My wife had the half rack of ribs (also excellent). Homemade chips, coleslaw, & biscuit. Bar here too with a nice selection of local micro brews.

Meh, waitress delivered all the food at ounce, soup, salad and main. Food was ok, not bad, not great either. Place has a lot of potential. Nothing around the area. Drinks are pricey. 14 bucks for a vodka and cranberry.

Barbecue brisket was very moist and seasoned just right. We had barbecue platter and house salad with balsamic vinegarett dressing, coleslaw, pickles, and mac-n-cheese. Barbecue was well worth the visit.

This place definitely isn’t family owned, and the food is 100% from a can or reheated. That being said, it is decent. If you’re hungry after a hike like we were, this is a good place to fill up. Not for fine dining or a date though.

Coming through town not much to choose from we stop on our way in asked fella how’s the food? “Killer” I thought good but maybe he meant like to kill ya 🤣 from the start I thought was kind of pricey then they bring a rancid tea 🤢 asked if the Mac n cheese was home made clearly wasn’t was outta a can and then they add pickled peppers or something to it got brisket and was thin sliced with the grain and heated on a griddle some warm some cold not fresh anything old cold frozen tasteless biscuit and pickled veggies for decorations in laws pulled pork was dry tough and inedible absolutely awful and a server that must be paid well to say everything is homemade never again!! Those of you who think that’s good BBQ you need help!!!

We were starved after doing the Cog Railway and few options seemed available. Our meals were good. I had Caesar Salad and Brunswick Stew. Delicious. Our waitress who was also bartending was super friendly, helpful and efficient. Great prices, good food!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our server was quick with all of our food and appetizers. The Nachos were very good and I would highly recommend them if you're ordering appetizers there. Unfortunately their soda machine was down but they offered many alternatives to carbonated beverages so we appreciate that they were able to accommodate. I would highly recommend this location.

We were pleasantly surprised. The ribs and pulled pork was melt in your mouth. The bbq sauce is amazing. Definitely a lot of food for the money. Great atmosphere with train on the track above us. A great find... Erick was a great server.
