This is one of my favorite Dunkin's in Vermont. I'm blessed to live so close to it. The staff is always so nice and super friendly and make best of all make great coffee with care. Highly Recommend and I'll always be a customer! I am a bit addicted to coffee though 🤪

It’s Dunkin, you know the coffee’s going to be good; but the staff is the highlight of this location. They provide quick service that is always accompanied with a smile; even when they’re busy I still feel like a valued customer. Keep it up!

Ordered a coffee and donuts. Shift lead made the coffee quick & then proceeded to “clean” while I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Finally the other person on shift asked what I needed & then was bossed around by the shift lead when he tried to help me. Some people should not be in charge.

I’m pretty sure literally every time i’ve been here my order’s been wrong or missing something. I only got the hash browns after i showed them the recipt again but also like i paid $5 for bacon and got nothing. I shouldn’t have to instruct them on every item on my order... right? Keep in mind i was the only order at the time aswell.

Horrible so slow online orders killing service not enough people working and the ones that are have no clue

There should be workers here and never Leave the tip jar unattended or leave customers standing there for hours on end.

I come here almost daily. The staff is always polite, and Kim always gives me excellent customer service. This DD location is always clean and always practicing COVID safe food handling. Thank you to all the team members here that always provide me with great service!

Was only in town for 5 days but ate breakfast here every mornin. The folks workin here were amazing and nice. I love their donuts but also tried a Maple Bacon Sandwich which was delicious.
