My
favorite
Columbus
metro
park
because
of
the
different
types
of
hikes
available,
and
the
view
of
the
river
from
the
overlook.
The
Overlook
Trail
has
some
steep-ish
hills,
and
the
best
view
in
the
park.
Definitely
read
the
signs
along
the
way
to
learn
the
history
of
the
area.
At
the
overlook,
you
can
sit
and
enjoy
the
late
afternoon
sun,
the
view
from
high
above
the
river,
and
maybe
spot
a
bald
eagle.
The
dog
trail
is
decent,
but
prepare
to
get
seriously
muddy
if
it's
been
wet
recently.
The
path
by
the
river
is
shady
and
serene.
The
picnic
areas
and
playgrounds
are
in
good
repair.
In
the
winter,
there's
a
sledding
hill
as
well.
If
you
live
in
Central
Ohio,
you
owe
yourself
a
visit.
Really,
more
than
one.
