This is what you get when order from this Dunkin, a half empty drink. Sucks when you pay for a large and get a small.

My wife ordered munchkins online so she could get them quickly in store. She had to wait in line and they couldn't find her order and my wife no longer had time to figure it out. I took her to work and came back with the email to get the order. I had to wait for five minutes to be helped even though I was the only person in the store. They didn't have the order so had to put it together. What is the point of preorders?

What has happened to this location? The staff and service used to be top-notch and very friendly. I’ve been regular here for years, and over the last 1 to 2 months the service has substantially dropped. There are very long waits in the drive-through, as a result my coffee is either not ready or has been sitting so long it is not good. The customer service is almost nonexistent, recently I sat at the drive-through window for five minutes before I was acknowledged. The acknowledgment was “what do you need?“ What I needed was the order that I placed ahead of time online and have been waiting in line for for over 20 minutes. I keep giving this location another chance because it’s convenient on my morning commute. Today was the last straw. I will now be going out of my way for coffee at a different location or a different chain all together.

For whatever reason, there is always a problem with our orders. We asked for a ham and cheese sandwich and somehow got the superfood wich, definitely not the right order. The previous time, 6months ago, I got a hair in my sandwich and that really set me over the edge.

I used to enjoy coming here. However, lately the past 6 months, the service has been atrocious. Extremely slow, unprofessional, not hospitable. And the yard is overgrown with weeds 4 feet tall. As a Flight Attendant safety and service are the two most important factors so serving donuts and making coffee can't be rocket science. However having a tip jaris repulsive and finding a lawn card fir. Is a phone call. Thinking of having my dud mow and teim at midnight as to not disturb the fast and friendly service. Oh wait I forgot that doesn't happen here.

Worst service I've ever seen, but the blame seems to be on the managers who apparently left 3 employees who are still learning to work on their own.A simple order of a hot chocolate and a wrap took more than 20 minutes, 2 bagels that were supposed to be toasted came without toasting, and another drink was made wrong. I've never seen anything like it, this service is deplorable

December 2nd at 8:30. There were two gals that were unbelievably rude. We pull up to the drive through window (the lobby was closed). We proceed to start ordering. After ordering the second sandwich the gal asked us how much more we’re going to order. She claimed they only had two workers and didn’t want to make the food and was making sly remarks the whole order. She repeated the order to us and it was correct. After finally agreeing to take our order, we pulled to the window. Once we arrived to the window there was one friendly gal who apologized and took our money. After receiving our order we realized there was one drink and one sandwich missing. The worker (blonde gal with braids) proceeded to start yelling at us telling us we were wrong and giving us attitude. She eventually slammed the doors in our face and left. Worst service industry experience I’ve had

Honestly can’t even give the food one star because they never have food or their ovens aren’t working. I visited this location this morning and sat at the menu board for 5 minutes before I was rudely greeted, but at least I had this sign to look at while I waited. Customer service has been rough at this location for a while but it seems to have gone down greatly over the last few weeks. Not to mention when I was at the window, i could see at least 5 people working. Some people just don’t want to work I guess.

This is usually the best coffee in town (only reason todays review wasn’t 1 or 2 stars) but today, idk who you guys had making the coffeee this morning going into the afternoon/noon hour but if I wanted 2 small mocha coffees that tasted like someone put Crystal Light & sugar in it for $3 I would’ve went to Quiktrip. Not sure why the quality of every food & drink place in the metro is declining but hopefully Dunkin isn’t following the trend…

Twice recently I ordered a hot latte, no flavor and paid a whopping $6.15 ! Thought maybe the first time was a mistake, especially since I didn't get much. Second time I took it home and opened it and measured the actual coffee, 1 CUP ! 1/4 of the coffee cup was foam. What a rip off DD !! Downhill service , very long wait time, increased prices and waay less coffee. Mcdonalds $3.95 for 2 cups of latte, LA Barista, Smokey Row, Scooters between $5.30 & $5.85 for 2 cups of latte, and believe it or not you're even more expensive than Starbucks ! $5.83 for a large latte. Your coffee isn't that special. Done.

The weekend employees need to be taught how to brew the iced coffee correctly. It always tastes burnt and weird on the weekends.

I visited the store on 09/25/23 around 6 pm and was warmly welcomed by Nelson, who treated me kindly. He offered to help with my order. He brought my order to my table where I was sitting. The other person helping him was also very cordial. They definitively made me feel like a customer and will be coming back for more business. Thank you, Nelson!

My favorite coffee spot! Normally I bring the hound for her free pup cup. Fortunately on my way home I stopped for myself, and Nathan knew my dog was at home and still sent me with the pup cup. THIS IS WHY I LOVE IOWA. Thank you Nathan

Service is good if the drive through person would listen to what you ordered and got it right the first time. It happens maybe every other time I go there

I like Dunkin’ Donuts I don’t like the price of their coffee I do try different. Dunkin’ Donuts is in different towns just to compare and just as Jersey Mike’s not all Dunkin’ Donuts is are created equal my experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts here. The people are moderately friendly. They don’t really smile as opposed to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Fort Dodge where it’s bright smiles happy to see you makes you feel like you want to buy a cup of coffee just to stop and see the staff like old pals and see what’s up.

I myself don't go here often. I went through the drive with my mother and the woman knew her name by the order. Super friendly.
