Absolutely hands down the best customer service I have ever received! After getting stuck in the mud, and driving 15hrs straight alls I wanted was a bed and Debbie went above and beyond to give me the best service I have ever received! She got me my room, gave me water and offered me something to eat, even took my shoes and washed off the mud for me! If I ever have to stay near here again this will be where I stay! 100% recommend! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Last minute reservation for two nights. It was an easy check-in process, and everyone was super friendly. Hotel/ room was nice, clean and all around a great stay. Breakfast was offered until 9 a.m. Good location, felt safe the entire time. I'd stay again!

We stayed here because we love the Cobblestone in Austin, MN. This one must be older. Beds are comparable to others in this price range, very firm. Pillows were awful and flat. Staff was courteous.

Frances does a great job with breakfast! Room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We'll be back next time we need a room in Knoxville!

Midnight shift front person was very polite and very helpful if you needed anything. The breakfast setup she put out was great. Thank you Chris I will be back very clean also.

I don’t think we could have had a better experience. The room was a nice size, very clean. Paulette at the front desk at the Knoxville, Iowa Cobblestone was one of the nicest people we have ever met. We were in Iowa for a funeral and Paulette did everything she could to make sure that our visit was good. She is a real treasure. Hang onto her!

The biggest plus is the friendly staff who are very willing to accommodate any needs or concerns you may have. Room was clean and breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Coffee was delicious and always available in the lobby.

The entire hotel and pool was clean and comfortable. Every morning we had a relaxing breakfast. The staff was very nice and made sure you were taken care of every day.

Comfortable beds, clean room,friendly staff. Once again great service from check in person at night to morning staff. Always a pleasure staying here.

Our stay was on Veterans Day weekend 2023. I would recommend their accommodations for cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was the best with a wide variety of delicious items.

Chris is a wonderful, accomindating person that was behind the desk when I check-in. She was very engaging and helpful answering my questions. It was because of Chris's hospitality, my family and I, had a fantastic time at Cobblestone enjoying our Christmas time together. The room I had with two Queen Size beds, was very clean and inviting with plenty of space to move around in. Thanks Chris!
