I had battery replaced on movado watch and new leather strap. Also they fixed my wife gold necklace, she was happy to get it done. Very satisfied, recommended.

Excellent service . Had a stone replaced and he checked to make sure there wasn't anymore loose stones and when he found one he fixed that as well. I also had a loose stone on another ring I had and he fixed that as well. Very quickly too. I will go back with other rings I need serviced. My go-to now.

I saw the five-star reviews for this shop and decided to take my two watches in for new batteries. I'm so glad I did! Very quick service at a very reasonable price. I neglected to get the name of the man that helped me, but he was very personable. He set the time on both watches without my asking. When I tried to put one of the watches on, I couldn't get the clasp to work. He adjusted it for me at no additional charge. I highly recommend this business and will take all future watch and/or jewelry issues here for service.

Stopped by Kay Jewelers to get some links removed from a bracelet I purchased there before. In store they couldn't do it. Said that would have to send to their specialized service center, 2 weeks to get back. They quoted $400 freaking dollars. Left there and saw Alex's shop. $60 and done in 45 minutes. Very nice guy too. I highly recommend his business.
