I was absolutely craving a chicken sandwich so Chick-fil-A made sense. I went to the location in Jordan Creek mall. Close to noon, a couple people in line ahead of me. Super quick friendly service. I got the deluxe version with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese. It hit the spot! Fresh and yummy. Waffle fries came with and they were fine. Could have used another minutes or two in the fryer. That's ok, I don't need all that food anyway. I ate about half and decided they weren't worth the extra calories. Total came to $8.75 which included a drink as well. Good experience!

Now that it is winter, it is taking longer to get your food. If people would do the mobile order, it goes faster. Food was good as always. I would like the waffle fries to be crisper.

Never have been disappointed by a meal at Chick-fil-A, and tonight‘s late night snack was not an exception. Delicious food, quick service, clean restaurant, and nice people.

The best chicken sandwich fast food in town. The waffle cut fries taste more like homemade than any fast food fries and always fresh. The SunJoy is an awesome healthier drink choice. I do not care for the grilled chicken. The customer service and how we are spoken to the entire order process is way above the bar compared to anywhere else.

Chick-fil-A is our family’s favorite special dinner! The staff is always so helpful. I’ve gone there multiple times with my 4 kids and someone always helps me with our drinks and getting everything we order to the table. We also love that there is a play place! Helps the kids burn off their energy, especially on cold rainy days! :)

Every time I go it's a pleasant experience! Always smiling, always confirming my order, and always fast even when there's a line in the drive through. My standard order could get confusing, especially now with kids, but it never fails that I have exactly what I order every...single...time. A+

I nearly left when I saw the line in the drive-through but quickly noticed how fast it was moving. I think all drive-throughs should take note on how Chick-fil-A runs things during a busy lunch time. Staff was efficient and friendly and my order was fresh perfect.

Went in at evening rush yesterday to order some grilled nuggets. As someone with Celiac, it always makes me a little anxious to go at peak hours due to risk of cross contamination. Manny quickly put me at ease! His fabulous service and personality made my whole day. Thank you, Manny!! He took the time to quickly check and get answers to a few weird questions I had. He didn’t make me feel bad or like a burden to ask and took time out of his busy day to make sure I got the answers I needed! The whole team was fabulous as always, Manny just deserves an extra brag!!

Ian did a very good job at taking my order. Very quick and accurate while still being very kind and respectful. When i got my food it was perfectly warm just out of the oven. 10/10 Ian

Went thru drive, once at the beginning of the month when I got into town and the other night. The employees that took my order were friendly and on top of it. Thank you for caring about your job and the customers. My food was hot and fresh as always. I really do appreciate the fact that this company and it's employees care. Ya don't get that at any other fast food restaurant...that's for sure.

I tried the grilled chicken wrap which had maybe 1 ounce of shredded chicken. It was 50% wrap, 30% lettuce and maybe 20% chicken, cheese. $8.49. Not good, very bland don't waste your money on it.

Go to the Cane's instead until they reopen the dining room. If you really want to provide good service to your customers you'll not make us sit in the drive thru so we can bring our food home and eat it cold and pay the same price for drinks even though we can't get refills. This should not be drive thru only. Wth are you thinking? Open the dining room.

Got my son (11 yrs old) chic fil a for the first time and he said the sandwich was good but wished I got him he regular as the veggies on the delux was too messy. He said 7 out of 10. Instead of fries he got the Mac n cheese and he said it was delicious! 10 out of 10. Also ordered the strawberry shake, very good but too thick for a straw! Deff need a spoon :)

Paula was so sweet and gave the kids ice cream cups after our order had an issue. We didn’t even ask and were very polite. She was such a great hostess. Customer service is hard to find these days and it was great to experience it again.

Ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches and 3 Chick-fil-A sauces - got no sauce, no napkins, not even a receipt to wipe my mouth on. Early lunch crew needs to do much better for what you're paying them

Chick-Fil-A always slaps. This restaurant was busy, not surprising, but they were quick with getting orders taken, giving people their food, and sending them on their way. I especially like how smooth the interaction is when handling money and getting the food handed off. Good job Chick-Fil-A employees!

The workers here need a raise, they are so sweet and respectful. Today I went at around 10:00 and asked if they could serve me lunch and the guy told me he could but it would take 10 minutes or so. I said awesome and pulled forward. Not even 10 minutes later he runs out and apologizes for the wait AND gave me a free brownie in my bag for having to wait! These people are so awesome.

We stopped here on our way through Des Moines. It was fairly easy to get to. It was pretty busy on a Friday evening at dinner time. The service was super fast and very friendly. We tried the waffle chips which were new to us. They were delicious. The bathrooms were clean and accessable.

There isn't another fastfood place like Chick-fil-A. It's hard to find a more precise, friendly and timely restaurant. They seem to have the lock on hiring great employees! Kudo's to their manager and owner. "My pleasure" to write a positive review!

Not the best Chick fil a ever, but it was fine

The girl outside in the drive through lane made me feel like a inconvenience for pulling up and interrupting her conversation with another employee. I love Chick-Fil-A to death and when I worked at one that attitude would not have been ok. Good food but sticky cups and poor poor service.

This Chik Fil A is very well ran. I rarely wait long in the drive through even when it’s packed. I think I’ve only ever had 1 problem with my order, and because I use the app to order I get free rewards all the time. Great restaurant and the food is always amazing.

These maniacs gave me half a slice of cold hard disgusting so called cheese, they also gave me 1 pickle, and before I continue are you sure that's real chicken? it was even worse than everything else it was extremely cold and ruined my day. I thought chick-fil-a was a good restaurant until this day. but then I notice no. if you refuse to change your restaurant I will now never order or pick up from this crude location.

I’m only ever there for breakfast every so often, but each time I go to this location is a great experience. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The first time I had ordered from the app, I didn’t realize I needed to check in once I had arrived; Dom was very helpful about helping me figure out my order. Everyone here is great, but I’m usually here when Dom is working and he’s normally the one to hand me my food. I can really tell he tries very hard to go above and beyond for people, and is always trying to be upbeat about things even when it’s busy/stressful. I had worked in food service for years, and since the pandemic I’ve noticed that it’s gotten much harder for retail and food service employees. Keep up the great work everyone, and thank you Dom for always making my morning a little brighter.

Especially during their busy periods I do think it is faster to go through the curbside pickup rather than the drive-thru. The food is always good and is made exactly as we requested. Can't say anything about Chick-fil-A

I will be adding photos to this review of what I get everytime I come here the next time I go 🤣 only reason why I don't have any posted yet is because I EAT everything I get pretty much immediately upon receiving my food! I can confidently tell you this is the best Chick-fil-A around, I have routinely driven 30 minuets just to get to this place and can only say one bad thing about this place so far on one specific occasion, I usually always get the spicy chicken deluxe and had one instance of the fries not being hot and crisp and my sandwich being ever so slightly under fried. The spicy chicken breading is amazing! Although I do have to be honest here.... It could be A lot hotter, it's not spicy enough for me but any means and if I could wish anything from Chick-fil-A as a whole it would be that they offer a Truly SPICY chicken sandwich, a sandwich made with real heat, a crazy hot sauce and spicier breading! The fries here are 99% of the time always hot, salted well and crispy, absolutely no complaint about the fries other than whenever they aren't fresh, it completely kills what I know they're capable of being. Huge pieces of chicken for a chicken sandwich which I'm not gonna complain about at all and I hope that never changes because the value is spot on !! The original deluxe is just as good as the spicy but I'm partial to heat so that one is the best IMO (: Great place! Nice workers and fast but during the rush hour ..... It sucks ! It's too be expected though because this place gets so many customers for a reason.... It's great food !

When we went it was dinner time, so obviously busy, but they need to figure out a different way to manage the drive thru. Add curbside or have more workers out to get the line moving quicker. Other locations in the DSM area have better systems in place for their drive thru. Food was good though. We got two kids meals and the food was hot and we received everything we ordered.

Good food but the breakfast is weird. Can you mass produce the Sriracha sauce like yall do the other sauces?

Always an excellent place to eat. Staff is very friendly, they get you your food quickly, the food is AMAZING & prices are very reasonable.

I stopped here on the way home after work to grab a spicy chicken sandwich and some mac and cheese and was not disappointed. As always, the chicken sandwich was amazing and the mac and cheese was fantastic. They did have some technology issues when I stopped, but they got me taken care of. Great food and awesome staff that can deal with issues as they arise. Honestly, can't ask for much more.
