Walked in. Waited 10 minutes. Walked out. Not one word from any employee. While we understand they were busy with drive thru, a quick acknowledgement and we would have waited for 20 minutes more. Three other groups left for same reason.

the manager from merle hay won’t let me and my friend get creamer in our lattes because it “messes up their recipes”. they are supposed to give people what they want because WE’RE THE ONES PAYING FOR IT. they should leave the customers satisfied not upset about their experience. btw my latte this morning was disgusting so sad i had to pay for it. then they gave me creamer ON THE SIDE….

As a previous employee of Dunkin, I was very disappointed in my visit today. I understand at around noon items will be out but almost EVERYTHING was out. Eggs, toast for avocado toast, bagels & sweet & low. Everything we ordered was out, and when we settled for bagel minis, they only had one order of everything, and they were cold when we received them. Service was slow but with only 2 employees I understand. I’m not one to ever write a review but this was ridiculous.

Always an amazing place to go to for a cup of coffee. This place always has theirs donut choice packed and ready to go. Customer service is really good too. There’s quite a few parking slots too on the side. This Dunkin’ offer drive through too if you’re in a hurry and want in and out quick. There are a decent amount of tables if you want to hang around to enjoy your coffee. Really clean place too. Fast service!

Came in with my dad today and the staff was not attentive at ALL. It took a man yelling over to the staff to get service while they sat and gossiped while no one was in the drive thru as well. The woman had no personality and was extremely rude when my dad asked if they had a specific donut. To top it off we ordered 12 munchkins and got 7. Luckily we were sitting inside so I could go up and express myself & the fact I work in service and this is just not acceptable.

Dunkin on merle hay road we’re so nice and generous. My card decline several times and they paid for my order ❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Drive-thru line was around the building so we went inside. No one was in there but understood that they were busy. No one waited on us for quite a while (until 3 more people came in and 1 left.) We ordered 2 doughnuts, a bagelful order & cold brew. The cold brew was awesome, the bagelfuls were cold & they didn't realize they forgot our doughnuts until I reminded them. All in all, I think it was a combination of understaffed, busy drive thru & possible new staff so I'm trying to be understanding & will give this location another chance.

Whoever was working the drive thru speaker was either having a bad day or was just a jerk to us. We asked for a second to review the menu and the guy responded rudely like "give you a second?" We started talking over one another and confused at what he was saying I told him it's hard to hear him. His response was "it's hard to hear you to so you just need to scream and I will scream at you" We said good bye and left! We are not Karen's but we also don't appreciate that rude attitude with terrible customer service. No thanks...I'll take my business elsewhere. We did nothing wrong by asking for a second. I will say this guy's must be new because I go here all the time and never ever had a male serve us, and never had something like this happened ever. I hope a manager sees this and teaches that young man about quality customer service and common respect.

The staff are wonderful, service excellent Mobile ordering is so simple! I come here every day and will continue! This location is the best in the country by far and we travel! very fast ordering and service. Thank you!!

In a time where everyone is struggling to get/keep staff, I have found this location to always be pleasant and working hard to help the customers.

The donuts are always frosted to perfection. Theyve never gotten my order wrong (I go there every day and I don't always get the same thing) and everything always tasted great. The staff has always been very kind to me. Updating this maybe a year later to say that it's still my favorite Dunkin, they never make my drink wrong, their frozen coffees have the best consistency out of the Dunkin's around, and they are still always so friendly and helpful despite it not being the same staff. I know it's just coffee, but they truly make my day better and their entire building deserves a raise.

I popped in for a quick coffee, the customer service was SUPERB! Oh, and a great macchiato! Definitely one of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to!!

It's ok here. Nothing to brag about. I could of cooked the same thing much quicker at home. I did have to go back in because they didn't give me 2 slices of bread on my sandwich.

This location is better than some of the other locations as far as convenience, speed, experience of the people in the store vs some of the newer stores where you get less experienced employees. Comes with the territory of course. I'm just stating facts really.

Normally, they do great getting my order quickly, but I still get the occasional issue like giving me pepper bacon instead of regular bacon on my sandwich or putting coffee in my Chai. We really love their Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher and I hope they bring back the Cranberry BloodOrange Refresher they had for fall.

I visited the drive thru on 3/18/22 around 11.30 am. I had a car full of people who didnt know what they wanted. We placed a cumbersome order for 5 drinks and 5 sandwiches. The order was taken patiently, politely, and everything was perfect! The speed at which the order was completed was astonishing. The crew working at that time did a fantastic job! I hope they receive recognition for a job very well done!

Dunkin’ dounts is my all time favorite, go there at least 4 times a week. This time when I went and got 2 maple donuts and the 99 cent munchkins they put it all in the same bag so now I have to touch someone’s munchkins.

Love me some iced coffee with my sis and cuz and bro.

The location was dirty, they had a few donuts but not many to choose from. I ordered a small caramel machiatto and it asd terrible. There was black chunks in it, it tasted burnt and it was just not good. The staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere but there. We will not be going back to this one.

We discovered the pesto & sun dried tomato grill cheese sandwich !! It was awesome !! We ordered two sandwiches, they were hot & tasted so good. My only issue was not enough napkins. You have to be careful with the sun dried tomatoes !! They will bust open sending a burst of hot tomato juice out of the sandwich & drenching whatever it happens to hit. For me it was my shirt I had on. We ended up buying those sandwiches at least 3 more times because of how good they tasted.

Amazing service and awesome drinks. I love it here it's always nice and they get through the rush so fast it's amazing.

I asked for a green latte match with skim milk, and they gave me whole milk instead. I went to get my drink right, and they gave me this less drink and more ice.

Very disrespectful, they give me the wrong order and was disrespectful about it, and told me tha i can somewhere else if I'm not happy... they have no customer service at all will never go there again.

The woman who attends has a very bad attitude, I ordered a half dozen donuts and she charged me a full dozen, then she charged me twice a full dozen and a half dozen. SHe did not even apologize for his mistake and said that he did want me to come back later to see if they would return the money she overcharged. very bad attention
