Great food! Great customer service! A must try place. They have a member pass that basically you can get 20% off on your order, but make sure you do it before coming to the store. It takes a few hours probably to get it in the systems and it is $5/month.

This used to be my go to place especially because many of the ingredients are organic. One of my favorite dishes that I buy is the beef braise. It's affordable and up until now was a decent portion size. Tonight when I opened the bag to check my order they had a little tiny plastic rectangular container with two compartments where they had put a hot soup and the mashed potatoes in the other section. It used to come in a very large paper bowl that was microwavable safe with a nice portion of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes might be approximately the same amount as they used to be, but the beef braise is now 1/3 the size. I asked them to repack it as I do not like hot liquids in plastic it needs to be in a cup with a lid where it cannot leak. The cup they packed it into is a quarter of the size of the Bowl they used to pack it in. For $15 and some odd change I expect a decent portion, not something that is mostly gravy with no meat very few mushrooms and a third of what it should be size-wise. I ordered a different meal a few nights ago and the steak I asked for as well done was so poorly made that it didn't even resemble steak. I don't know what's going on with the people that are preparing the meals but clearly they need better supervision. Also as they raise prices stop shrinking the entrees. I also found it laughable that a simple turkey plate for Thanksgiving they have the nerve to charge $24 for. Same size as their regular entrees, Turkey does not cost more than beef or salmon. It doesn't even include a piece of pumpkin pie. Better option is the hot food bar at several nearby grocers...

I went there for the first time and had a sustainable grilled salmon. It was delicious. I will go back there soon.

I wanted to eat Thanksgiving Dinner somewhere nice for a change. I was alone for the holiday with my dog and needed to find a dog-friendly restaurant. I came in, sat at the patio, and used their app to order dinner and a side of chicken for my dog. I was so thrilled to find the chef stop by, greet my dog, and ask if he could put rice and carrots in with my dog's chicken. Well, they brought out her food and water, and moments later, I got my steak with Brussel sprouts, carrots, and potatoes. It was all delicious. It was especially nice knowing that we were checked in on. I was the only person sitting in the patio, while other people sat inside with their families. For a single person on a holiday, this really cheered me up. Thank you so much to Urban Plates and your wonderful staff who made Thanksgiving memorable. I'm glad your restaurant realized that not everyone has somewhere to go for Thanksgiving, and I'm sure that anyone who came into today alone (or with a dog) really appreciated it!

Urban Plates is a hidden treasure. It has an unassuming exterior. When we arrived, we thought the place may have been closed because we saw no movement from outside. Once inside we did not receive a welcome. An employee, giving manager vibes, told us to order at the counter and pointed in its direction. The menu had several selections that you order cafeteria stl. I ordered Grilled Sustainable Salmon plate. My sides were organic red and white quinoa with tomato pesto and mashed organic potatoes. I ordered my salmon to be cooked medium well as close to rare as possible. My wife ordered the Moroccan Chicken Braise. The interior was comfortable; the ambience is sport bar like with several seating areas within the restaurant that gave you the feeling of a great place for a date night. We chose to sit outside at a counter with a line of fire warming us. Our food was plated and was simply scrumptious. We savored every morsle. The food was so good I secretly wanted to lick my plate. My salmon was cooked to perfection. I had to tell the cook how well he cooked the salmon and meal. The I did not need to add any seasoning. The quinoa was like tasted like I imagined to be the food of the gods. My wife said her meal was excellently seasoned. She said it tasted fresh, light and healthy. We give the meals a 10 out of 10. We loved the cookies to chocolate chip and oatmeal. There is plenty parking. I enthusiastically recommend The Urban Plates restaurant.

The steak (served sliced) was incredibly good. Somehow, the shrimp (served on a skewer) was even better. The Brussels sprouts were not very tasty (and I like Brussels sprouts) and a bit chewy so I think they need to improve the seasoning and maybe the sourcing of their sprouts. The beet salad with goat cheese was really good but next time I think I'll skip the goat cheese. I had their green mint iced tea to drink and I liked how it was not overly sweet, just a touch, with agave.

Great food, great atmosphere! What more could you want? Maybe just a little more friendlyness from the people who take my money. I've visited 4 times now and I can't quite seem to prompt a smile or small amount of happiness no matter how hard I try. I love people and enjoy interacting with them. Maybe I need to work on my material, but in the mean time, I love the place and will keep looking for that spark of life behind the register...😎

After one week in the US we finally found a place that serves good and health food, has very good vegetarian options and isn't breaking the bank. I absolutely recommend this place! The ambience is nice, the staff is awesome.

This location is super friendly, has delicious food, and wonderful ambiance. Danny was assisting us today and got us everything we needed without us even needing to ask. Highly recommend coming to check it out!

As you can see the food was delicious and devoured completely. We had the grilled chicken Cobb, grilled salmon salad (both chopped) and the two piece chicken tenders with broccolini & a side Cesar salad. The entire meal was very tasty. It was topped off with a chocolate flower less cake for dessert. And Mr. Danny was quite helpful as our server. Thank you Danny!

I come here often. The last few times have been good. Only one time was I disappointed in the food when I got it to go. It was a busy Friday night so that's probably why. The food seemed to be very heavily buttered/oiled. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. Thomas helped us last time. He was great and patient while I decided on the sides I wanted. The space is quiet but lively, good for dinner or grabbing food to go. The food has good flavors, and is a good price for the quality you get. 9/10 would recommend.

Great seating area and selection of good food! Ordered the steak and which came out nicely with the char flavor but lack some seasoning personally. All the sides were solid tho and the coconut refresher drink was delicious. The protein plate also comes with a piece of toast which was kind of stale but whateva it was complimentary. Overall would definitely come back here and the staff were super friendly especially Danny

This is my our second time here and both times the service, food and atmosphere has been great! The first time I had the Nashville hot tender sandwich and it was a a perfect amount of spicy, the tenders were juicy and crispy on the outside…just how I like them! I got it was a side of Mac n cheese and fries. The Mac was amazing the best I ever had but the fries were a little too salty for my liking. The second time the cashier Danny was great I couldn’t decide between 2 plates and he too the time to tell me the differences between the two. I went with the beets and avocado for lunch and it was great!!! The combination of the beets, quinoa, avocado and cabbage was great, if you like the earthy fresh taste this is for you.

I got the grilled, grass fed steak with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved all of it. I ordered the gravy on the side which was good for dipping. The restaurant is cute and well decorated with high ceilings and a good amount of seating. Service is pretty fast and friendly too.

The fries here are so good! Perfectly salted and with a nice crisp, there so good I forgot to eat my actual order of a sandwich! The sandwich was really fresh, I which there was more flavor but it was still good! I left very full, but not in a heavy way but a healthy nourished way! Service was good as well, shout out to Danny! Nice calm atmosphere

This was my 1st time stopping by or being aware of Urban Plates due to going to the gym nearby and it turned out to be a happy accident indeed, awesome menu choices and very sweet customer service folks, I had grilled salmon with chili sauce (requested) ...sooo good but the way other things looked on the list I couldn't go wrong.

Food was delicious. Feels a bit like a train station when dining there.... Maybe that's why the name Urban Plates .. bit steep on the pricing but generous portions and super fresh!

This place is great, the food and the service are out of this world. Danny the host/ waiter was very polite and went over the menu because it was our first time here, the Buffalo sauce for the tenders is the best, I hate Buffalo sauce but it’s good, chef jay def does a great job cooking and I’m super happy I can stop by and get some healthy food right across from the gym ~.~

Food Review: The food was delicious and cooked perfectly! I tried the chimichurri steak- super tender and juicy, not a dry patch anywhere on the meat!! For sides, I got the broccolini, mashed potatoes, and the best piece of toast I’ve ever had. The leafy greens was just a salad and the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The chimichurri could use a little more flavor or salt, it was pretty bland and the seasonal veggies were good variety! For a healthy fast food alternative, this place is perfect and I was super impressed for my first time here. It was comparable to tender greens but I think I might like it here a little bit more. Service Review: Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. they got my food out in less than 15 minutes which was pretty surprising.

I went here since the restaurant has healthy options and I tried the braised beef & mushrooms bowl which was cold. I paid around 16$ for the dish. I might try another dish again later since everything on the menu looks amazing but this one was tasteless

I went to Urban Plates with a friend who had never heard of this restaurant. I ordered a salad with Salmon. The salad was delicious as well as the salmon. My friend was pleasantly surprised that the food was organic. She immediately made plans to bring her extended family. The servers were very pleasant and helpful. I love this place.

Urban Plates has fresh fare and many healthy options, not to mention that every menu item is delicious. Most recently tried there grass fed steak sandwich which was delectable. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door and the manager Dean is very inviting and a breath of fresh air to speak with. Highly recommend 👌

Party of 10 for my birthday and everything went well. Food was delicious especially my chimichurri steak plate. And the up close view of the bank was nice too
