I really enjoy going in to Jared. My very first visit is what made me continue to go to them, when I buy jewelry. When I went Engagement ring shopping, I knew nothing then about diamonds or where to start. When I stopped in I was greeted by Dorina. She was an extreme help in making a decision on what ring to get. She was very polite, informative, and had the patience to show me around on what would best fit my needs. Her great customer service is what made me a loyal customer to Jared.

Michelle and Mikel have been tremendous helping us and in finding what we want. They have an amazing Jewelery staff that fixes and makes pieces like these that I recently purchased there. Love Jared! While I’ve always supported our local jeweler and my engagement ring was purchased there- shortly after they closed down. So I then had to find a new jeweler to purchase my wedding band from. I felt welcomed the second we walked in, our saleswoman was super nice, friendly, easy to work with and really helpful. We ended up purchasing my band and my husband’s. I go there every 6m for service and each time it’s been just as wonderful. They are all superb over there!

Where do I start. I had a blast the past couple weeks. Jennifer had my husband trick me by placing a cheap 50 cent ring with a huge stone in the box taped around the sides and put it under the tree in a Jared's ring box. I tried peeling the tape to take a peak and the tape started to tear. So much for the peak. Karen made me feel great about my chubby fingers when I bought my topaz birthstone ring. I love it. Mycul was fantastic after I exchanged the real ring my husband bought for a more sparkly diamond ring. Mycul did a great job putting a set together for me. She had to re-ring our paperwork a few times. She is very good getting things done and quickly. Thank you everyone for your assistance in finding the right rings for both if us. I had a blast. They are all great and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong at Jared's in Brookfield.

I went into Jared to exchange a ring I had. Heidi was so nice and patient with me while I looked at what seemed like every ring in the store. She gave me her valuable opinion on what looked good and equaled out the look to complement my existing jewelry. I felt welcomed and will definitely recommend Jared to my friends and family. I am currently in the process of redesigning my wedding ring. Karen and Heidi are wonderful to work with and their enthusiasm adds such joy to the whole experience. Brett brings his extensive knowledge and experience to the table helping to bring my design to life. His love for his art/craft is evident in his approach. Ms. Karen is amazing!!!! I went in to get my size and ended up looking at different rings!! She took her time explaining everything to me! She even helped me look for the best diamond and price! She didn’t rush me or made me feel like she was trying to sell me something! I felt like she was a family member that wanted the best for me!! She’s amazing!!! She made me feel happy and excited!!!!! I needed some jewelery for my wife for Christmas. I started out on Google looking for a jeweler that had the highest rating near me and I did not want a mom and pop shop. Jared came up with a very high rating and about 900 ratings. I walked in, was greeted immediately by a very nice woman named Melissa. After asking me a few questions, she knew exactly what to show me, and I was able to find what I was looking for extremely quick. She was able to explain the lifetime warranty to me in detail so I could understand what it is I was getting. It was not a lot of money and was well worth it for what they provide. She even gift wrapped the items for my wife and it looked very professional. I would totally use Jared again for any jewelry I buy my wife in the future. Melissa made it an easy, stress free experience and I can't recommend Jared or Melissa enough to anyone else looking to get something special for their loved ones.

From the time we walked into this establishment till the time we left. Service from Melissa Barnes was amazing!! She is very detail oriented and listens to what you are asking. Not pushy at all with a sale. She is the reason I will be doing business here from now on.

Really wish Jared in Madison didn’t close..they were all about customer service and ensuring customers were happy! I have spoken to 2 women at this location. The first one was helpful and was willing to work with me when I realized a diamond was missing- the second diamond within a year. I called back and spoke to another women and she was not helpful and quite rude. She basically brushed me off and told me “too bad”. After finding out my ring is indeed insured I figured I would try taking my ring back- but new problem arose, my ring will not go past my knuckle despite trying most tricks. I had planned to go to this Jared to help me get it off, resize it, and get a quote on the diamond for insurance. The same women answered and again was not very pleasant. I’m bummed. I love my Jared ring, but the lack of the willingness to work with me to get my ring back to being perfection, makes me want to recommend somewhere else. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do with a ring that is stuck at the knuckle, and missing at least 1 diamond, and where to go.

Mycul greeted us the second we walked in the door and helped us out the whole time. She was very understanding and listened to what we were looking for. She even brought out options that were a little different and we ended up loving a ring we weren’t expecting. The experience here was amazing! She even introduced us to Amy who helped out as well. These two ladies made our day and we are so excited for this ring and future business with them. Highly recommend!!

I love fine jewelry. However, more often than not, I dislike going to (most) jewelry stores. The pressure, the arrogance, sometimes it echoes car shopping…then I met Melissa at Jared. Though shopping online has been my preference, I just couldn’t find what I wanted. Having had great experiences buying watches at Jared, I figured it was a good place to start. -Additionally, their affiliation with James Allen piqued my curiosity.- Melissa’s expertise paired with her casual personality are fantastic!! She genuinely listened to what I want then showed me options and explained the process of having a custom ring made, all with no pressure. She completely changed my attitude about chain jewelry stores. Thanks Melissa!!

My husband and I have been loyal Jared customers for over 10 years. Most recently, I worked with Michelle to design a custom right-hand ring with an heirloom family diamond. Michelle was so helpful and made the entire process easy and fun! We first designed options, then I received CAD video designs to review, and lastly I was able to see a wax replica before the ring was made. I am beyond thrilled with how the ring turned out and have received so many compliments! It's so special to me and I can't thank Michelle enough for making it exactly what I wanted! I should also add that Jared has monthly onsite appraisal services, so I was able to have the diamond appraised while I was there rather than having it sent/shipped out to an appraiser. Throughout the process, the diamond never left the store - that extra sense of security was very important to me.

Stopped in a few days ago on my lunch break to find an anniversary gift for my wife. Karen was my salesperson, and she was able to give me some great ideas! We were able to come up with something, and my wife loved it! Found out they will also service my watches and will also be bringing back a few pieces of jewelry for repairs as well. I was happy to hear they do the jewelry repairs in house.

Vicky and Sarah took amazing care of me when I came in to fix my strand of vintage pearls. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about their services and answered questions about caring for my pearls in future. More impressively, they were attentive and actively interested in making sure the work on my necklace would be ready before my wedding day. I’ll be returning in a week to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered and I feel confident it will be done well.

Always have a great time coming in for my inspections. They care for my pieces so diligently. Any repairs have been quick! All of the associates are so kind and helpful. Heidi is great! Thank you for all you do!

Working with Jared compared to a different retailer on a fix to my engagement ring was a night and day difference. I went from being very stressed and frustrated with my experience to working with Michelle at Jared who helped create a smooth and reliable experience that was so appreciated! It was clear that Michelle and the rest of the team at Jared were knowledgeable and experts in their field and went above and beyond to provide not only high quality jewelry and repairs but also customer service.

My mother had an issue with how a necklace that was purchased from Jared was laying on her, so I went to Jared to understand what could be done. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my mother. I stopped in to the Jared store in Brookfield, WI this past weekend to get my ring checked and rhodium dipped. Melissa, one of the managers of the store, was incredibly helpful and caring! She greeted me promptly, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the entire process. Incredibly friendly! I have never had such a great experience in a jewelry store before and was incredibly pleased with my experience. We even got off on a tangent about shoes (she suggested a pair of shoes for work for me, as I am on my feet for very long shifts) which I purchased and am incredibly pleased with also! I cannot recommend Melissa enough and strongly suggest you go see her for all of your jewelry needs.

After purchasing an engagement ring and wedding bands from different Jared stores in another state almost 20 years ago, we had lost any documentation of also purchasing the extended service plan warranties for our rings. A huge thank you to Kendal and her manager for their "detective work" going above and beyond to search through all of our separate purchases at different stores to find our warranties. Their top notch customer service allowed us to have our rings inspected, cleaned and re-sized at no additional cost. Thank you so much!!!

Karen and Melissa were so knowledgeable and respectful of our budget and provided us with the best option which resulted in a beautiful set! They were patient, professional yet personable.
