An absolute must, stunning … to think of the history, the energy and beautiful scenery it’s just not to be missed. You can walk, or get their cart almost to the top, either way please find the time to explore. However toilets at the start and near the top if needed.

Easy hike, a little steep in a few places, but nothing overtly strenuous. Glacier is clearly visible from the top and is worth seeing. Waterfalls make this hike awesome. Narrow roads to get out there, so don't plan on flying out there.

You have options on how to get to the viewing point for the glacier. If you can I recommend walking - you see a lot more of the beautiful surroundings. We went on a morning with low cloud so didn't see the glacier itself, but it was still outstandingly beautiful and well worth a visit. If your keen to see the glacier, go in the afternoon. Also take waterproof clothes, there are some waterfalls which spray water into the path and however you go up you will get wet. Totally worth it though!

This is what the fuss is all about, the best view of the glacier and the fantastic lake, really worth the effort of getting here. There is a limit to how close you can get, due to rock slides etc there is a fence with warning signs about going any further. Still able to walk around and soak up the view. It is a very deep valley here and the glacier is falling down a steep slope. I took way too many photos here but it is a such a beautiful spot.

Definitely a must stop place. Choose to pay for a ride on a modified John Deere Gator up the long hike or walk it yourself. Breathtaking views and the water is fresh from the glacier and tastes pure and refreshing.

Fantastic views not only at the end of the trail, but also on the way there! It’s an easy hike (hardest part is at the beginning when you gain a lot of elevation), but if you feel off that day you can get a car tour (you still need to walk around 200m to the lake).

An easy walk up to glacier with a beautiful lake in front of it. The walk was very pretty through trees, past waterfalls, past streams and rivers. You get pretty close to glacier itself
