The best kebab in Oslo. Meat is perfect. Proper beef. <3

Me and my other self had kebab in London, and we both agreed it was fantastic! The juicy meat was like a party in our mouth, and the sauce was so good it made us wonder if we were hallucinating. However, our alter egos were not happy about the amount of salad - they said it made them feel like rabbits. But, all in all, we both enjoyed the kebab and can't wait to go back for more!

Best in Oslo! I have never had a better kebab! I tried about 8 kebab shops in oslo so far, and this is the best! So many flavors and juicy spices at once! I come from Denmark and we are known for having good kebab places but this is definetly the best kebab place I have ever been to! Big love and big servings all at once! Reccommend the chili sauce and garlic sauce!

This is how you make kebab! The spicy sauce was a little bit different from the usual kebab sauce, but it blended perfectly with the meat and vegetables. Great amount of food in a large kebab, and the pita bread was really tasty as well

Bad hygiene. The ‘cook’ passionately stuffed snus under his lip and then handled pita bread with the same hand. When confronted, informed me that it’s fine and don’t think about it. Other than that, might well be the best tasting kebab in the city.

Sorry for the bad pics I was very hungry. Either way, I am on a trip here to Oslo with some friends and we had just been out playing darts, shuffleboard and a silent disco with a duck outside the place. The only thing we wanted afterwards was kebab, and that we got. I got a kebabrulle with stark sås not knowing that it would actually be stark, unlike in Sweden. The only thing I could think of while eating the kebab was that it was going to sting someday after. But I sit now writing this review hoping for the best. Also the kebab was great. Update: all went good and I was spared from a painful experience in the loo.

The smallest kebabshop in Oslo is also the best. A good choice for a fast meal in downtown Oslo, not far from The Hub hotel and jernbanetorget. The sauce is incredible. Hot tip: ask for chicken kebab pita with fries. Warning: you may get addicted!

Quite tasty "Kebab" in a very modest locale. The meat were better than the processed meats you usually get in Oslo, and crisply fried. The lettuce were crisp, and the sauces were surprisingly original and refreshing. I would recommend trying at least "medium" in terms of spice, so you get to try at least a little of their "red" sauce.

The hummus was quite tasty and the bread was excellent. Very warm and not too dense so it was perfect for dipping. While the kebab was good, it lacked flavor compared to some kebabs I’ve eaten in the past. Kebab sauce was a little too sweet for my taste and would probably avoid putting the yogurt on next time due to the lack of taste. Enjoyable meal, but I would try different kebab places in the city prior to dinning here again.

Dear Visitors, If you are hungry and looking for a delicious Kebab or Falafel, go to Dronningens! Just a couple of reasons: Ingredients are fresh, the owner is a beautiful soul and location is just in the middle of everything. Thank you for giving me the sufficient energy through the food to discover Oslo.

Small shack with very limited seating outside shop. Food was good (not outstanding) and filling. Got a medium kebab box for 159 NOK. No lineup so service was fast. Within 5 mins walk from Oslo S station.

Kebab was ok, nothing special. Very expensive at NOK169/USD17 for a medium kebab (albeit large portion) from a hole in the wall. You can eat in a proper restaurant/bar for that. Server was completely disinterested, had headphones on and couldn't be bothered to take them off to assist/engage with customer. Would not go back.

In one word, a must visit! After visiting +100 kebab shops, this one was outstanding. Of course they have limited seating area. We arrived very late in Oslo, so options were limited. We chose here and were not disappointed at all. Tried the kebab medium & super with fries and drinks. We had very late night foods but this did not sick our stomach at all. This is a must visit place if you want to experience a high quality Kebab in Oslo & near Oslo Station. Damet garm!

I'm truly unhappy to write this but I got the worst kebab in my entire life. I ordered chicken kebap on plate. Too salty, served in plastic box-completely uneatable. They put super salty spices something like Vegeta on fries(a lot) which made it totally uneatable-too salty 🤢 I can't belive how it's possible to make this dish so therrible. Also they made fries from frozen fries. I'm really disapointed and I don't understand why this place has a 4.2 in ranking. At least vegetables were fresh.

The best kebab in Oslo, period!

  • 1/5 Konrad Z. 2 years ago on Google
Not suitable for vegetarians! wanted a vegetarian doner kebab. Tried to explain in English. Then I had it translated into Norwegian from my phone. He read it and seemed to get it only to put extra meat on the kebab for me. Don't you know the meatless doner kebab in Norway? What's wrong to understutt on I don't eat meat?

In general positive experience, just once had an exception - ordered take-out "super-rull-kebab", with expectations to have chicken meat inside, but instead got beef. So make sure you know what you are ordering and check before take it out 😀. Also, prices are little bit above the average, perhaps because of pretty central location and historical aspect (the oldest place in Oslo serving kebabs since mid of XX century, AFAIR)

Amazing kebabs. The shop was even open past midnight . Could not have asked for better service anywhere else

They served us well and polite. It’s hard to get that in Oslo at night. We decided to order 2 chicken kebabs on the sticks, because it’s easy to make it. Come back to hotel, start feasting 😕 chicken not cooked…

Very tasty and for a very low price. However, both the lamb and the chicken meats have a lot of cartilage. So watch out if you're a picky eater.

Really nice kebab, try their kebab box with pasta for something a bit different from all the other kebab shops in Oslo.

Two and half years from the last time my husband and I gulping the lamb kebab in Oslo at midnight, we are still missing the taste from Dronningens. We have not yet found any other kebab with which could be on par.
