Wish we lived closer to this side of town, we would eat at this Chick-fil-A everyday! Love me some CFA!!!

Not knowing how to give change back on an order and the manager completely ignoring this situation while sitting here waiting an hour on a Thursday night until shift change or I’m told come back tomorrow…. What? The food might be good but the people working tonight need a new job. Do not recommend this place

My kids have loved this place over the past 15 years. It's always the first request and their favorite go to spot. The service is always excellent and the staff friendly. The food is always spot on and consistent and let's not forget the milkshakes.

This location typically has a line so long that you cant even get in the parking lot. I had a mobile order and had to wait in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes before I could park in a curbside spot. I waited about 20 more minutes for my food , but it didnt come. I waked inside to the mobile order area and was ignored. I finally received my food almost an hour after placing my order.

Everyone loves Chick-fil-A ❤️. We go there quite often. Truly appreciate the fact that the owners are not open on SUNDAY. It's always clean. The staff is willing and able to do anything for the customer 😀!

Almost all cfa are great but this one set the bar very high. Special shout-out to Jennifer who works morning shifts. Wonderful customer service, genuine person who seems to care about her guests. I would go back to this place just for her too bad I live in another state. Food and service is great.

ordered a delivery order over an hour ago, they took my money and everything. the app was still saying they were going to prepare my order shortly. i called the restaurant and spoke with someone, he said that he didn’t really know what to say about it and that i could wait another 30+ minutes for my order. i don’t ever complain, and i’ve never had a complaint about chick fil a. but how that was handled so nonchalantly, was gross. do better.

Worst food I've ever had at any chick. I had to wait at table with number tent. Nuggets were cold greasy box was greasy 😳 fries were old unedible, tea was old. Older lady bringing refill was the only good. I waited for OLD COLD NUGGETS 🥶 😩

The new pimento honey pepper sammich is perfection, would not change a thing, 11/10. Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner solo. Wasn't having the best of days. The cashier, Isabel, was so amazing, super friendly, and personable. With an energy so positive it was Infectious. She definitely set the tone for my dining experience and it carried over to the rest of my night. Will be back.

For the last couple of visits, I have been very disappointed with not receiving the original order especially from the app. I understand that this a thrid party but in my most recent visit, I ordered the Cobb Salad with no roasted corn and no tomatoes but instead I get the salad with no egg and no bacon. This has become a habit that must stop. Please read the message and understand that this is how you lose a long time customer with mistakes like this..I live near the Robert C. Daniel Parkway location but I will consider changing to a new location but please take this seriously. I love the service, food and atmosphere but do better with making sure customers get the right order.

The service was amazing! A very kind young gentleman (I believe his name was Nelson) treated my family with the utmost respect. He was very professional, and this Chick-fil-A location should be honored to have employees such as this one.

Every other location tells me they offer breakfast as long as your in line before 10:30. I don’t know why this one is different. I arrived at 10:25 this morning and they still denied me breakfast because I wanted in line for 7 minutes before they took my order at 10:32 The manager was nice though, and offered me a free meal, but I wanted breakfast not a sandwich lol. It’s okay, just pick a different location if you’re like me and your job makes it hard for you to get there before 10am

Amazing speed and accuracy but the Kale salad has changed and the person collecting orders was not very helpful. Still the best place to eat though on the run.

Drive through was pretty backed up for the last half hour of breakfast... but later found that the cars were not using the second lane. Yes, it would have helped if the young lady standing with no cars to service would have walked up and redirected the traffic to properly flow. Otherwise, they still had that AWESOME SERVICE and GREAT MEAL... chopping down the line!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich is actually pretty good. However the place are just plain filthy. And the staff treated me like I was Staph.

Great service, great food. The inside dinning room has a large section that has been converted into storage / office. This makes the dinning room not as appealing as normally is.

Always a pleasant experience, no matter where we go! We travel a lot, and one thing I know will always be the same - the friendliness, great food, and great service at Chick-fil-A. This location was no exception. Thank you!

I normally go to this Chic-Fil-A because it's closest. It's usually busy so I mobile order. Today for some reason they were extra slow and I ordered a 30 count nuggets and fries. When I entered they asked if I was waiting for my order and said it was being bagged. 10 minutes later, I hear the manager tell an employee to wait on the 30 count so they could get other 12 and 8 count orders out. I guess they didn't realize they could be heard. I waited a few minutes more before they finally filled my order after watching several orders be filled before mine. I won't be using this one again.

Today 7/20 there seemed to be a lot of people busy doing nothing. And a few not so please customer service people. Yes it’s good to have app to skip line; it’s still should not be almost the length of a 30 lunch break to get an order. BEVERLY J was the only person who had a true smile and was glad to help. She was the reason for the 3 instead of a 2 star I did enjoy my meal but otherwise not a pleasurable experience. Not today at lease

The store was very clean and well run. All of the staff that I encountered and observed seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and offered exceptional service during my visit. I ordered through the app, and didn't have to wait very long before my other was ready. My order was prepared accurately and my food was fresh, what more can you ask for!

I frequently come to this location and it’s better than most of the other locations located in Augusta and surrounding areas. Every time I order through the app, my order is always correct and brought out by a nice employee. Usually, the curbside employees are much friendlier than those at the window.
