If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of glasses for me and one of my children. It took 2 months to get the correct set of glasses! 2 MONTHS! First my glasses did not come with the tint that I ordered so they had to be sent back after waiting 3 weeks and they got THE PRESCRIPTION wrong in my daughter's glasses which also had to be sent back. This order was over $400 and the compensation for my trouble was a reinvestment for the $30 protection plan. Don't know how they are still in business when you can get a pair if glasses in 24 hours. I've had better service at Wal-Mart. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a rough conversation with someone at Pearle over contacts that I ordered that were delayed. While their communication wasn't proactive, they did follow up with me later the same day to tell me my order came in. I just wish companies would focus more on proactive communication. By the time a customer calls to get an update on their order, they are not in a good state of mind to get notified of a delay.

Great service and great people! If Pearle has a deal on lenses and frames, take the deal. Other online "discount" outlets for frames and lenses are a hassle, time consuming and, in my experience, not worth it. Save a few bucks and take money out of the community? No. Great work!! Also, Valerie is excellent and the doc I worked with is the best eye doc I've worked with in thirty plus years. Outstanding people!!

From the time I arrived for my appointment to the time I left I received very professional and kind service. From the exam to picking out frames was under 1 hour. There were so many choices in frames, the young lady that checked us out was knowledgeable and fun. My sister and I left our appointments feeling excited about our new glasses.

I scheduled my appointment online, using their website, and I received a confirmation for the date and time I selected. Only to find out, on the day of the appointment, that what was on my confirmation and what was on their system was different. They asked me to reschedule to several weeks later, which I did. Several weeks later I arrive for my 3:00pm appointment at 3:08pm and I am told that because I am more than 7 minutes late they will need me to reschedule again for another 3 weeks later. I understand this is their policy and that I was the one who was late (by one minute), however I was never informed of this policy. Not during the first fiasco with scheduling, not during the rescheduling, nor at anytime other than at the moment I walked into the building at 3:08pm. Im not giving them a one star pertaining to their ability to provide quality eye care, I never got the chance to see what they had to offer and unless I want to wait another 3 weeks (6 weeks total) I never will. I am giving them a one star for their poor communication and lack of flexibility with their clients (especially because they messed up once and had to ask me to reschedule once before because of their mistake).

The best eye Dr I've ever had in 4 decades of wearing glasses. Valerie was also incredibly helpful with picking out and adjusting my frames.

The doctor was very patient with me and really wanted to help me get the right prescription. The most pleasant eye appointment I've ever had. I strongly recommend Pearl Vision Racine.

I had an appointment for this afternoon and they called to cancel. Then offer to reschedule a month out. How is any of this my fault or my problem. I understand that people get sick. But the answer is to upset everyone else’s life and schedule. They have absolutely no respect for others time.

Dr. Sara Nicholson was informative and helpful. Her team was able to get me scheduled for a Saturday appointment pretty quickly. The office is clean and the staff were also very pleasant.

Sara was VERY thorough with my eye exam. The front desk staff were also extremely polite. The best eye doctor I've been to :)

I like this place a lot. The Dr that owns it is very kind, and very informative. I had exams here in 2019,2020 and 2022. In 2021 I went to a competitor Americas Best and had an awful experience and although my insurance paid for the exam up front, to this day I have still NEVER been given my prescription, so it was a total waste. It can take a few weeks to get on the schedule at this location so just plan ahead, the Dr and the staff are worth it!

I very disappointed , because I ordered two months ago my glasses , and I don’t get them yet .I don’t recomendable .

Dr. Nicholson is excellent, and tends to give me much better prescriptions and more thorough eye health information than most doctors I've seen; unfortunately the storefront can be difficult to work with and seems to struggle with special orders.
