This was one of my best experiences during this winter holiday! The pick up at the hotel was in time and when we arrived at the basecamp we changed clothes to make ourself ready for the ride. We did a self ride where you had to effort some physical assistance at the beginning and the end by walking after the sled but that is not a real problem for someone with normal fitness level. We have been pretty lucky with sunny weather and clear sky on this winter day and it was absolutely fantastic time! Of course we stopped from time to time and some people have been pretty careful concerning the speed they wanted to go but this is a group event and not a high speed single run so I'm okay with that. Afterwards we had nearly all time on this world to walk around the dogs area and cuddle here and this all by ourself. That was sooooo good and the dogs also really enjoyed it :) From my point of view the keeping of the dogs looks fine although I'm not an expert. At the end we had a soup and a very tasty chocolate cake in a tent before we have been driven back to the city.

BEST PLACE EVER. All the people there are so friendly and their activities are really good. The Northern lights chase was by professionals that really makes you feel like they know what they are doing. The reindeer sledding was super fun with my child and the dog sledding was really exiting. 10/10 RECOMMENDED!

This is a great experience in my life. The price is very worthy. The staff are quite experienced and know the spot. Even though the weather was not so good last night, but they were quite patient and great helpful in guidance of how to take a good and clear picture. Thanks Christian and R J for your great job!!!

I follow the "green lady experience". It was really beautiful not just for the northern lights (we just saw those for few seconds due to the cloudy weather). The most amazing thing is the abnegation of our guide, that drive for all the time all around the north (until Finland) to give us the possibility to see the lights. The dress given were really warmy. Thank you again!

Worst place to book a tour in Tromso. We booked an aurora tour for Monday, it was cancelled due to "bad weather". Good thing we booked immediately another aurora tour with a different operator leaving the same day and the same hour, which went great and which didn't encounter any "bad weather". The "Booking Point" offered us a 70% refund or a rebook. We rebooked for Tuesday. On tuesday we went quite far, up to finland border, stopped there 20 minutes but there were just clouds. We aimed back at the city, passing through spots with clear sky, but the bus didn't stop because it wanted to stay early in Tromso. Horrible experience.

the 18th of january 2019 we went to Booking point and we asked for a whale tour for the 21st of january. We asked explicitly for a trip with the Rib/zodiac boat and the boy at the desk said us there was no availiability because there was no request in this period. So we booked the only porpose the boy we gave us: a close little boat for 20/24 Persons with the company Wild sea. When We went to the point of departure, with our surprise we discovered there were two rib/zodiac boat, half empty! So we were very disappointed. In addition the trip with the close boat was a disaster because the sea was rough, the boat was too crowded, there was no air into the boat and the most of people felt bad. We saw orchas only for a few minutes beacause the rough sea! An orrible experience without the possibility to chose the type of boat! Accordingly the Booking point works with both company Make Tours with rib boat and close boat they must porpose us both possibilities and we could chose by ourself! This is not a professional way to work!

We had a perfect experience thanks to the friendly staff and the most cuddly dogs. The focus on the Animal wellbeing was more than salient and the general athmosphere just wholesome.

Extraordinary experience! We met the dogs and got a good explanation about dog sledding and how dogs are prepared for that. We can see the dogs are happy doing that. We also saw a video of a dog sledding race which the owner participates, it was inspiring! Dinner and cake Aldo good! Unfortunately the lights didn't appear, but I recomend this tour anyway. This has always been something we wanted to tick off our bucket list and it couldn’t have gone any better 🙌🏼 Dennis, our guide, as well as the rest of the crew were amazing! Accomodating, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Was really awesome to hear about how the dogs are looked after and we got sooooo many cuddles. We came along for the Aurora husky visit and it was amazing. The coach pick up is easy to find, the coach trip is comfy and quick. The staff are all so helpful and informative. Meeting the dogs was the highlight for me and learning about their breed and their job and their lives there. The dogs are all so happy and friendly and it was a joy to see all their personalities and different characters. The dinner was lovely and served in a cosy hut with a great atmosphere. The seating areas for northern lights viewing are comfy and cosy with fires and hot drinks. I cannot recommend this company and trip enough!
