    13/08/23 This is my third visit in three years and whilst the unit seems to have overcome food dripping grease and local closures for not being compliant the store has come on a long way unfortunately due to its location on Mile cross or poor standard of seating they still have ripped seats bodged up with masking tape. Not only does this look ugly it is against the Fire and Safety policy which allows the restaurant to open as the masking tape is doing a poor job of pushing the stuffing within the seat is not fire retardent and gives off toxic fumes in the event of a fire. KFC please either remove/replace the offending chairs/sofas or face another potential temporary closure in the invent of a Fire Inspection by #Norfolk Fire Service

    I'll grant you, the restaurant seemed absolutely overwhelmed. I ordered online for collection via drive through, but there was a very large queue of vehicles. When I did get to the window I was told to park up and they'd bring the food to me. So, I didn't have opportunity to get any sauces, napkins etc. When the young server approached, she carried several orders and had no clue which was mine. Nor did I as it was too dark to discern. She then left to offer the other orders around before returning with my lukewarm offering. I'd had a long day and was just happy to finally get food in me. I'm sure the young team were working hard, but could probably do with more staff at peak times.

    Poor at only 22.15 was told only 3 wings and one leg of chicken left! I only wanted the chicken and chips, no drink or side but still got charged £4.49 and only a small portion of chips. Only good thing was the chicken was reasonably hot but chips weren't. Not the best KFC I've had and to be almost out of decent pieces of chicken at that time is pretty pathetic. I guess they just couldn't be bothered to cook more.

    Check your food before you leave the window. Been stiched up here many times but by the time I get home I can't be bothered to complain. Not a happy customer. I actually think that KFC owe me about 50 pounds worth of missing food

    Called in for fries only on the way home from the theatre. Fries were soggy, limp, tastless, and a very small portion. Glad I didn't have chicken as well! Absolutely awfull. The girl serving had the personality of a dead slug. Will never go there again.

    The restaurant closes at 11, arrived at 10:35 and was told they wouldn’t cook anymore food, they could only offer burgers (cold) and fries (cold as well, they had like 10 packs cooked so they didn’t have to cook more) very bad service. 2 members of staff blonde girls drinking a soft drink behind the counter and chatting.

    Always check your order going thru the drive thru... Can't remember the last time there wasnt something missing. On a positive note had a Wicked Variety bucket and it was great. Not greasy... ordered on the app and was ready as I walked thru the door. App needs a little work. Crashed a few times.

    Half of my food didnt arrive, overpriced, small portions, hot wings arent hot AT ALL. Tried to call and complain, was being civil, when we called them they hung up on us, said we were prank calling them, and called the police. Poor customer service, food didnt arrive, and now im £40 poorer and just as hungry.

    It's ok, the food is ok, the service could be better (our number was shouted out and our food was just left on a tray without any drinks on). The tables were clean today which was nice, the toilets weren't very nice, they were quite dirty but this isn't unusual. It's getting more and more expensive for a fast food restaurant.

    So, KFC have changed their fries recipe several times. Last time they admitted they got it wrong and have brought out these overly spiced (onion powder, salt) and luke warm things. Why don't you just copy the burger specialist and do plain fries cooked in a quality oil. (And try serving them hot)!

    Went to drive through, which was fairly busy, but moving smoothly. The lady who took my order was certainly patient as I was a bit indecisive, and the American lady who handed over the food at the other window was really nice too. Food was good quality as usual. Will definitely be coming again.

    Overall ok, but the food is getting very pricey and the quantity is less. Value for money is not the best now a days. Going to weatherspoons offer more for the money compared to KFC as an example. Service was good, the young lady was patient with us while we worked out out our order. Food delivery was quick. And food was tasty. Overall I will give this place 3.5 stars, lost some rating die to the price rise and less quantity.

    Never had such greasy chicken, the oil was literally dripping out (a lot), I hope it wasn’t dipped in oil again to heat it up. Even though a takeaway there was no serviettes to clean up after all the oil, or is this normal nowadays? We won’t be back to find out.

    We took our little boy for a late dinner and food was what you'd expect for KFC 🍗 all good and he had a lovely time babbling at staff and playing. He really wanted to help with the sweeping! Thank you

    Ordered online, waited several hours only to recieve a call from the delivery app that when the delivery driver arrived to pick up the food the place was closed. I'm unsure of who is actually at fault, however both could've done more to ensure all orders went out. I literally worked at a kfc before and I know we'd have done something. As a uni student, I ordered bc I had no food, I had to go begging to friends for noodles bc every other delivery place is closed😭

    Male Staff member with tatoos just kept staring in an intimidating way even though he wasn't serving us. Generally customer service was bear minimum and barely any engagement with customer or effort made towards customer service. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome with the weird guy staring... I don't have three heads so I dunno what the issue was

    Used the drive thru and I couldn't see what I usually order on the brief menu you get shown at drive thru (why?). The lady was very patient while I figured out my order using the app. I should have ordered on the app for collection with hindsight but at least I wasn't being rushed by the lady working the counter.

    I keep giving this store a chance hoping it’ll get better and it never does . I’ve never been so let down with a meal . Have been wanting to leave this review for a while … Me and my partner came here and had to wait over 30 minutes for our food just for it to come out cold and have absolutely no seasoning and no batter on our chicken . This cost £20!! For two . When the staff were bringing the bags of food out trying to figure out where it was supposed to go they were just wondering round with absolutely no idea what car had ordered it while making the food even colder . they started putting the bags of food in peoples windows and taking it back out again when realising it’s not their order and doing it to all the cars , if I got my food and it had been handed to everyone in the drive through before getting to me I would not be happy! Especially with covid! What an absolute waste of money . rude customer service and they all look uninterested and aren’t helpful at all. Not sure why I can’t add the picture of the food :/

    The staff were really friendly and I can’t fault the service. The decor is really nice but the toilets were in need of a good clean. Food came promptly but my wife’s burger was cold as were our fries. We took them back to the counter and the young lady was very polite and apologetic and fixed the problem. Would come back purely based on the great service from the staff.

    The floor was greasy but the food was reasonable- as expected. Ordered on the self service to be brought to our table but something didn't work properly and waited a while before someone told us they were calling our order at the counter.

    This branch of KFC is always fast, clean and get the order correct. Unlike the one in Sprowston. Too bad they are further away, but I would drive further just because this branch is so much better.

    Went to drive through, got told to park up as something wasn't quite ready, half an hour later we had to go in as we'd seen around 20 cars come and go and still no sign of our order. After going in they were very apologetic but we were very disappointed it took so long.

    Got an original RICEbox, got home, sat comfortably ready to indulge in greatness only to be greeted with a chicken salad.. where was the rice? So many staff members, not one brain cell. Just close the whole place down, the toilets were rank also, don't like the job, leave.

    This is shocking, no special recipes just grease and over cooked. They really need to look at there staff as the food is poor and gives the brand a really bad name. £13 thrown down the drain covered in fat

    When wraps are put through from back kitchen the staff take them out open them pull wraps out with there unwashed hands then close them why and when you order on screen it tells u to take a seat and they will bring order over but they don't they say Ur name but not very loudly so food can be sitting at counter for 10 mins and the buckets aren't worth it the chicken is so small now u order the largest one and u get 2 drumsticks a load of tiny wings and breast with no chicken on it not worth £32 there rewards are rubbish now

    Ordered an order for delivery, asked for a call when arrived. Half the order was missing, no call, not even a knock at the door. Left outside until cold. Call up and told they can only refund for the stuff not ordered. No care for the cold food which they didn’t bother to even let us know had arrived.

    Staff bored or tired and not involved; ladies toilets was out of order and they were unable to find the key for disabled one so that women could go there. Why is the toiled for disabled locked anyway? Other than that, cleaning seems to be a challenge here, because where you are supposed to eat there should be nice clean tables and pleasant atmosphere. Food was as expected, very good.

    Believe me I would rate -5 if I could. During lockdown we have ordered deliveries from Deliveroo a good few times and there has either been something missing or worse. Had a refund already. Decided tonight to cross our fingers and try Just Eat tonight and the chicken wasn't even cooked! The so called manager apparently checked it! I have it cooking in the oven now. Put me off KFC for life.

    Vastly improved, I used to come here expecting an hour wait… even started avoiding it. It seems they have got their act together as the service is speedy and professional and the food is top notch, well done kfc.

    Shouldn't be open at all as it is... Food is mediocre at best, service is terrible, staff have a can't be bothered attitude, very very messy restaurant, always closes way earlier than stated on line...this place needs a total makeover and staff obviously need to be trained correctly and supervised in a manner fitting to what is expected in a popular fast food establishment. Upper management should look after your staff far more positively and they would be happier.. Happier staff = better restaurant =better food = happy customers....
