I was in the process of selling my house and had to have my HVAC cleaned and serviced as a request of the buyers so decided to go with B&B Heating & Cooling. When I went to check on their work a day after them servicing and cleaning my HVAC unit the place was a WRECK, they left dirt everywhere. As you can see in the pictures, DIRT was SMEARED all over my new door that was just installed and someone had wiped their dirty hand all over the wall! I asked to have them come out and clean their mess, but they refused and said it was my fault that the furnace was so dirty. I would not recommend them to anyone, they left the place much dirtier than what it was before they arrived and refused to clean anything up. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!

My #1 choice for all my Heat and AC needs. They have literally gone above and beyond for us. I’ve had them install a new furnace and a new AC, I’ve called them on a holiday in an emergency, I’ve even called with just a question on my own care of my units. They’re the best and have never let us down. Abs they are competitively priced. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family.

Matt was very professional. He walked up, introduced himself, and got right to work. He spent very minimal time troubleshooting, found and repaired the issue in no time. He was very customer service- oriented, and knowledgeable. He had the AC working in no time! I trust him in my home. Will definitely recommend and use his services again.

When I first called Matt got me booked quickly and efficiently! Then Rich showed up timely and I was made aware of what he looked like and his eta ahead of time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly …and gave me the details that I needed to keep my furnace as healthy as possible. He was friendly with a great attitude! Especially for 0 degree weather! I was very impressed!!

B&B replaced an aged/failed hot water heater for us. They responded quicker than other companies called and came highly recommended from our neighborhood site. They were able to come out within 1 business day and removed old water heater and installed new one with new flu piping, brass drain valve replaced, and new gas pipe off of main gas line. Owner Matt was very responsive and helpful in advice and installer Scott was friendly/professional and knowledgeable. Costs were industry average range for heater/install/inspection paperwork combo. I recommend B&B and would use them again.

This has to be one of the best HVAC companies that I have ever worked with as a homeowner. They strive for great customer service and if they can make it work they do! I had an issue with my existing AC unit, and Mike Junior came out after his son's baseball game to replace a capacitor on his personal time. If that doesn't scream customer satisfaction, I don't know what does. Thank you B&B for the continued satisfaction!!

Family and friends had recently gotten a new furnace from B&B and glowed about how great they were to work with. I thankfully am not needing a new one yet (knock on wood) but knew exactly who to ask to have my furnace cleaned ahead of winter. They were quick, courteous and reasonably priced! I also liked that they send a pic of who is coming to do the service. A little thing, but thoughtful.

Had them come out after our hail damage. Did a thorough inspection and helped me understand all of my options for repair or replace. Made the entire process comfortable with solid advice and no pressure. Can’t recommend them enough.

I really can't express my satisfaction with this company by mere words! Their expertise, friendliness, professionalism, promptness, and eye for detail combined to be a very pleasant experience! And I don't get to say that very often in these times. EXCELLENT job all around!! And, of all days, I needed their services on Labor day. I would highly recommend their services.

Had some wiring go bad and they made sure to take care of us. It was last minute(thank you Matt) and pretty hot outside- Mike fixed the problem so quickly and I appreciate the quick response and service time. I won’t be calling anyone else for my heating and cooling!

B&B Heating and Cooling have installed 2 new full HVAC systems for me (one at my previous house, and most recently at my new house). I was very impressed both times from start to finish! They were prompt, professional, explained everything thoroughly. Both installs required some duct work modification and they did a beautiful job. In addition, the equipment they installed for me both times significantly reduced my energy bills! If you're looking for true pros who know what they're doing and will treat you and your home with respect, call B&B!!

Have always had a good experience with the company. The scheduling process was easy. I received a reminder text of my appointment and a text to let me know the service tech was on the way. Rich was right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely will ask for him again next year or if I have any AC service needs before then.

Matt, the owner does service calls himself and made us feel like our situation was important and helped us very quick. Scott and Jack replaced our hot water heater and did an excellent job. I normally don't write reviews but I decided to write one based on the service that Ron provided. I wanted a new furnace installed at my house and Ron came to my house twice to explain in details what I would need installed and during the installation day he stayed at my house till 11:30 pm to make sure that the new unit was up and running.. For that reason I would highly recommend this company and specifically Ron if you need a new unit installed. Thanks Ron your services were highly appreciated.

B&B has been my go to for close to 20 years now. They are ALWAYS super nice and helpful. They really know their stuff! I have had them replace and work on AC units, Furnaces and Hot Water heaters and have been super pleased every time. I have been lucky to get the same guy the last few times and he always remembers being here. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

John was so helpful and nice!! I felt very informed throughout his time troubleshooting my heating problem, and he did quickly and professionally! I also love that they call when they are on their way, and even send a picture via text of the person who will be showing up. Such a nice safety measure!

Called on a Tues morning about my Water Heater Tank leaking, they came same day to do the assessment and next day to do the work. Never did I imagine that in 24hours everything would be resolved. I appreciated the text and email updates when the team was on their way. They were on time and the whole install took less than 2 hours.

B&B was fantastic! We needed a new HVAC in our home-- Matt came out personally to take a look, made some recommendations, and allowed us to call and schedule when we were ready to commit to the purchase. From there, their scheduling team was highly proactive. Calling to schedule a day/time that worked best inside our schedule. The installation day was absolutely seamless. No mess left behind-- even when removing our old unit (inside and outside), we were very impressed! I definitely recommend their services! Trustworthy, kind, thoughtful, attention to detail and a job well done.

I contacted B&B Heating & Cooling as my furnace had been out for several weeks and my home warranty company wasn't providing assistance to get it fixed. Mike came to the house to look at the furnace and laid out a few options based on our situation. I chose to go with a new install and chose B&B because of the transparency in the discussion I had with Mike and there was no pressure of choosing them as the contractor. I then spoke to Ann who was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and worked with me on the finance process. Our appointment was scheduled for several weeks out based on current other customer appointments. B&B did everything they could to get the install done sooner as it was getting colder by the day. They were able to move us up by almost 2 weeks! Ryan and John did the install and they were professional and very efficient. Ryan was great to help me get the new thermostat installed and set up which I greatly appreciated. He also took the time to explain the future maintenance options to keep the system running at top performance. I would recommend B&B Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. Truly a great group of people.

Had my AC go out and they were very nice but extremely backed up. It was one of the hottest days of the year. They explained I could pay extra to have them come out for an emergency call. I decided to go with a different company.

Ronnie with B&B heating and cooling came out to put a new compressor in my AC on my roof and when I thought my condo wasn’t cooling down quickly enough he was nice enough to come out a few hours later the same day to take a second look!
