Prices for some products have gone up recently due to inflation but it's still a great place to buy quality products cheaper than anywhere else. Hot dog for $1.50 from the kiosk downstairs is a bargain and the food from the upstairs restaurant is perfectly fine for a quick, cheap meal. Always finish your shop by checking out bargain corner. Big discounts.

Great furniture options After a few times around you learn the back ways and how to get where you need quick, but if you're browsing it's fun to immerse yourself in the experience Great study options and easy to purchase, biggest tip is to measure everything you want before (online measurements) and the flat packs to take home in your car! Took me three trips but I got my desk! 😅

IKEA is awesome until you're there one second longer than you'd like to be and then it's a nightmare in Swedish.

IKEA Adelaide is always my go-to choice for furniture shopping. The staff is welcoming and offers helpful advice, ensuring reliable quality at reasonable prices. Plus, their Swedish meatballs are a personal favorite, so don't miss out on the snacks near the checkout area. The store has a wide selection, and I love exploring the different displays for home inspiration.

Pros: Plenty of free parking and allocated parking for trailers. They have what looks like electric charging points for cars near the click and collect parking but we didn’t try it out. Stock standard ikea with lots of things you need and things you don’t but you buy it anyway. Cons: it is now cashless, even in bistro. Bistro has some self serve ordering machines and there is always a huge line because people are trying to work out how to place the orders. The food quality keeps dropping but the prices keep going up.

A huge store where it's easy to feel lost. It's not possible to quickly dash in and out - especially on a first visit. I spent 3 hours in store and though I appreciated having access to such a huge array of items and seeing how they look when assembled, I didn't like the idea that there is only one entrance and one exit. So basically, customers are forced to walk through the whole length of the store. I didn't appreciate the fact that the only place to visit toilets was where the restaurant is located. This is clearly not convenient when in a hurry to access one. The products are of good quality and reasonably priced but beware it's easy to purchase more than one needs....

It is cool to walk around the displays and have a look, the prices seem fair but I don't really know, not sure about the food, looks gross, and not a fan of how far it is, never really go here.

I love IKEA. It’s spacious, has good products and prices. Usually the customer service is very good, which is now even better with undercover parking. My favourite products are the candles, the paper napkins, and quilt covers. There are so many practical items for the home that come with great ideas on how to better utilise space. Downside, not everything is super easy to build. I do enjoy their biscuits, cake slices, and chocolate mousse. I wish the trading hours were a bit longer on weekends. That’s why I gave it four stars.

I love this store now that I can find my way around it and know the shortcuts. Apparently a lot of people (particularly the claustrophobic) freak out and want to open the alarmed emergency door on their first trip there. (Yes, I was one of them) It's like being in that movie The Cube for claustrophobic people. Definitely not designed by environmental psychologists! But a great store and we had some amazing customer service there. Only con is you can't pre-order kitchen cabinetry so you have to wait for components to come back in stock in the middle of kitchen renovation.

I enjoy coming here to feel inspired. The variety and ideas are limitless, it's a real adventure to see everything. Their displays are well organised, and the staff I've spoken to have all been very helpful and well informed about where things are. I recommend comfortable shoes for your visit if you're on your feet, because it's quite a large place and you don't want to resent yourself for picking the wrong footwear 😄 last visit I ended up doing two laps of both levels of the building because I didn't realise that some items are only displayed for purchase on the 1st floor. And their 1 year return policy also allows for some spontaneity if you're that kind of shopper.

A busy two storey IKEA where I have purchased a lot of things in the past. Large Swedish restaurant area. Lots of parking.

My support worker and I went there for lunch a couple of weeks ago, since she had to pick up a fridge seal, and she'd told me all about the meatballs. I enjoyed them so much that I bought a heap to take home for me and my parents, plus a whole lot of other goodies, my favourite being the chocolate-filled biscuits. They are addictive. I just wish that they served hot chocolate.

Marcus and David did the absolute most to get me a fantastic kitchen from the as-is section! Marcus made sure to give me all the information I needed to determine if the cabinets would fit in my space, and even agreed to remove two large fridge cabinets I didn't need from the deal. When David came to review the kitchen package with us, he assuaged my fears over not having a warranty by applying it to the purchase. Both of them made quick work of assembling the pallets, with the cherry on top being free delivery! I can't thank them enough - I'm so excited for my new kitchen!

Who doesn't love a wander through Ikea? Some really good storage ideas, kitchen items, cheap blockout curtains, Furniture etc. The Cafe serves some good food, especially the chocolate, almond torte

I don't think I need to explain ikea, but if you're never been, go there with a friend or whatever and just look around. You're almost certain to find something you'll want, there's so many small household items with unique designs. Even if you don't find anything, you've just had a good evening pretending you live in all the sets, taking pictures in every mirror you see. Some of the furniture is 10/10, some will probably fall apart in a couple years if your rough with it. It's what you pay for though, just have to be realistic about what you need. Went to the restaurant for the first time ever yesterday and I was not dissapointed. It's a mix between American school cafeteria and a scifi movie. Got the meatballs of course, which my girlfriend and I described as 'The meal'. Feels like you live on a mars settlement and it's our scheduled mealtime; you go in, grab your tray, receive your allocated 'The meal' and go to your table. The food was good actually, like a home dinner that your mun left in the microwave until you got back from whatever extracurricular activity you do.

Always has something someone needs for the whole household. Service isn’t so great and hard to get assistance, focus is shoppers are self sufficient and able to self serve from the collection areas. Glad the store has short cuts now so there’s no need to go through the whole store just check out.
