Before I started training there, I was extremely sedentary and never thought it was possible to change my routine. However, the team at F45 helped me with everything, and now I feel like I'm at home when I'm there. The workouts are intense and challenging, but the trainers are always there to push you and ensure you're doing the exercises correctly. They create a supportive and motivating environment that keeps me coming back every week. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall health since I started training there. Since the first day I joined F45 Woodville, my experience has been amazing. On my first day I was greeted with welcoming arms by the trainers and the members, making sure I felt welcomed, knew what to do and was being supported. Since then my time with the team has grown and I now see them as friends. The community feeling is super strong. I’ve been supported by the team throughout different stages of my fitness journey with them and felt loved and supported every single day. I couldn’t recommend F45 Woodville enough!

F45 Woodville is amazing! They’re extremely professional but make it fun. The classes are great, and the trainers are fun and energetic. They also go the extra step and don’t just focus on your physical health, they also look out for your mental health and personal wellbeing.

In 2017 I had been a regular at a chain gym in my area for about 5 years. I was there every single day. I remember walking in one day & thinking 'the people running this place have absolutely no idea who I am, they don't even say hello'. It was in that moment I realized how unhappy & unmotivated I was & decided to try F45. I instantly fell in love with the community & the training style. I've been a member of Woody since 2018 & can safely say I've been greeted every single day I walk in. Yes, the convenience of 45 minute training fits my lifestyle well but above all, F45 Woody is a community that truly knows & cares about their members holistically. This, in itself, has made a world of difference to my motivation & overall training. F45 Woody has been the one consistent in my life over the last couple of years & has kept me grounded through some of my toughest times. I have made SO many new friends (a challenge as an adult) and can honestly say the team at Woody provide so much more than just a gym.

I’ve been training at this studio for about 8 months and originally joined because it was close to home and I wanted to try something new. Little did I know I was going to join the most welcoming gym ever! The trainers and owners are really encouraging and personable. This rubs off on all the other members as well, creating a lovely community of people. Highly recommended.

Super clean studio, super friendly members and world class staff that keep you motivated, accountable, having fun and genuinely care about you achieving the results you want no matter where you’re starting from.

I've bounced around a few different gyms before this one, and F45 Woodville is the place I have the most fun and see the most results. The trainers are friendly, motivating, and take a genuine interest in your progress. The classes are great and challenging too. A place where you can have fun and get results? Can't beat that :)
