The room was beautiful and immaculately clean. The customer service received was amazing, the reception staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve my mobile phone left in a taxi. Thank you so much! Will definitely stay there again and I will highly recommend it to my friends and work colleagues

Reception staff seemed inexperienced and disorganised. They were slow to check me in and didn't know about the services the hotel provided. Room and ensuite were clean, comfortable and boasted modern luxury design. Unfortunately, the room service was poor, with inconsistent cleaning such as towels and bins not being replaced for multiple days. Felt like corners were being cut. Food was expensive and not worth the cost. Quality was average at best. I was disappointed to find that I had to pay such a high price for something that didn't meet my expectations. On the bright side, the hotel's location was conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk from Rundle Mall and Victoria Square.

I had a wonderful stay at this Vibe hotel. It's new, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, and the hotel offers fantastic amenities. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of many city attractions. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed here over the weekend with my daughter, who was competing at school aerobics national championships. On the Saturday afternoon, the Matilda's were to play their quarter final against France. My daughter's aerobics team hadn't placed at nationals despite best efforts. We were relaying their disappointment to the hotel team after coming back to the hotel. We had nowhere to watch the Matilda's game and had been calling around to find a spot (to no avail). The hotel manager organised for the TV in the lobby (where there was a couple of tables) and some chairs and said he'd reserve the table right in front (not something they usually do) for us to watch the game. They organised via the chef for there to be a menu available in the afternoon and opened up the bar for the adults to have a few drinks. They even decorated the area for us, which really was above and beyond. As the night progressed more people came and joined and the atmosphere grew. It was a historic event for women's sport and our girls got to watch and experience that together, rather than watching separately in hotel rooms across Adelaide. Thank you Vibe hotel! We had a great stay and the extra special effort you went to on the Saturday night was something we won't forget. Super grateful, thank you!

We had stayed at the Stamford Plaza when we arrived in Adelaide late May. So when we came back in the first week of June, I wanted to stay somewhere different. We saw the Vibe and thought it would be worth a try. The rooms were very clean and really well decorated. Spotlessly clean. But you expect this in a quality hotel, but what separates the Vibe from other hotels was the friendliness of the staff. Always with a smile on their face and always eager to help if needed. Close to Adelaide central (we walked everywhere easily from this location). Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending them. I would stay there again when I come to Adelaide again over the Stamford Plaza.

What can I say? Exceptional service from Sam and Praveen - I have never had better personalised attention and care in my travels. I’m here on a work trip and Sam was kind enough to provide an upgrade to the Urban King room because I so desperately wanted to take a bath. The room is large and so beautiful - the bed is so comfy! The furnishings and fittings are all useful and high end. I was unwell for part of my stay, and Praveen sent up hot tea with honey and lemon to my room. I was so moved!! Honestly - it’s the small things and these gestures that have meant so much to me - I look forward to coming back and visiting Adelaide for a personal trip and no doubt I will be staying at Vibe Hotel again!

The rooms were quite nice, although it is a bit of a walk from the main part of the city, the scooters and public transport make it easier. The meals at the hotel were pleasantly surprising for hotel food, really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee offered. The pool is also a nice way to relax

We stayed recently at this amazing hotel. It was our honeymoon and the staff left us a lovely card with a complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you - it made our day! We loved the bath by the window and the views. The room was so clean. We had breakfast and coffee twice in the restaurant where staff were lovely and so was the food. The air conditioner didn’t work on the first night but after speaking to the front desk, it was fixed straight away. We loved that it wasn’t right in the city and that there were cute restaurants near by to go to and we enjoyed our walks into the main CBD. Thank you for such a wonderful stay it’s exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay at Vibe. Lovely clean room with the most comfortable bed ever! The staff were kind and accommodating. A special shout out to Praveen for being so lovely to us.We would definitely stay there again.

Funny new hotel. Really nicely appointed large room. Restaurant in hotel as we as many close by. Nice quiet part of town but still close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommended.

Great room has everything you need. This place is quite new so not tired like some places. The bathroom amenities are of a high standard which i love.

We had two nights staying at the Vibe on a long weekend. The hotel still feels new and fresh and clean. The service is great. We found the breakfast a bit strange especially the French toast! Location is a bit out of the way but it’s only 10 minutes walk to east end of Rundle street with lots of bars. There is also a good Thai restaurant just next door. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms were excellent, very well proportioned. Modern, clean, and contemporary layout. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Lots of choice of searing to suit any activity. Coffee pod machine, good quality iron, and very well lit. The included breakfast had a great selection, and it certainly covered all tastes. Although it is slightly away from the central location, there was plenty around to choose from for dining. Staff were warm and friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend 👌

2 night luxury escape package in Urban retreat room. Stay September 2023. Quite peaceful area, not a lot around but quality of food in on-site restaurant was good. Rooms are small but enough. Bathroom is nice but light will stretch into room overnight. Some issues with cooling system, notified staff and wifi drops out a bit but it's okay. Relaxing stay, would come again

Vibe hotel is great , room is clean and comfy. East end location ideal for Belgian beer cafe ,botanic gardens ,and lively restaurants. $20 To park overnight which is a major plus, breakfast was included . Cannot fault our stay.what I loved was that they DONT charge your card for the full amount (hold on card)like other hotels do and then charge you again when you leave ,and then they release the money about a week later meaning a hotel stay costs you about $700 till you get the money back . Loved the easy check in and no hassle The staff Went above and beyond for a request for my husbands birthday . Ahhmazing . Loved it .

Positives - Lots. Beautiful new hotel with gorgeous rooms and friendly staff - especially Praveen and Samuel. Our room had a fabulous view, was squeaky clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom and shower excellent. The location was great - we walked to the shops and to the Botanical Gardens for the Illuminate Festival. There is parking a short walk away for $20 per day if you have a car. Negatives - It's a brand new hotel and the heating system just isn't working adequately. We changed rooms to try to overcome this issue, but it was exactly the same in our new room. Staff at reception tried their very best to help and even tried overriding our room system - but it was unsuccessful. This definitely affected our enjoyment of the room. The hallways were also freezing as there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning / heating at all there? Overall, we would stay again if the air conditioning / heating system gets worked out.

Had such a memorable stay at Vibe, we will be back! The Urban Retreat King room was stunning and the customer service fantastic. Ana and the reception team went above and beyond with our request for an early check and some special romantic touches for my partner and I's first trip away together. They even found us gluten free treats. Thanks team! We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful hotel and exquisite rooms. But a... hmmm.. unusual level of service! Room service knocking on the door and charging in barely a second later without being invited in (luckily we were only packing our bags!). Restaurant staff attempting to charge an extra $6 for tomato sauce / mayo to go with the breakfast. Reception staff lined up behind the desk like a row of frightened rabbits. Lots of staff, very young, very sweet and very well meaning: but badly in need of training and mentoring. I hope they get this right because it really is a beautiful place.

Beautiful new hotel. The rooms are spacious and as described, and really well appointed (e.g. a real ironing board and large iron). My new favourite place to stay in the Adelaide city.

From the moment I booked our accomodation, the customer service we received was amazing (a special mention to Samuel who made our booking and Praveen who checked us in) my Son and I felt so comfortable staying there. Our Breakfast was delicious. “The Vibe” at The Vibe Hotel, was awesome , totally recornmend this hotel ..

4 1/2 stars I’d give the Vibe Hotel Adelaide! Location is close proximity to essentials and entertainment, views are a bit hit and miss which is why location is sitting at 3 overall. Service was absolutely fantastic! Can’t complement the guy who checked me in enough, unfortunately don’t know his name but he has a bald head and is shorter in stature. The King room I stayed in was absolutely breath taking and hands down the best hotel room I’ve ever experienced. Clean, flawless and loved the room set up, in particular, the big bath tub! Very relaxing! Special mention too, the soap!! Smelt out of this world, fantastic place to stay, couldn’t recommend more! A must try!

We really enjoyed our stay but I would not recommend eating breakfast there. My meal was almost inedible. I barely touched my plate and the staff cleared it away without even asking if everything was alright. It was a simple breakfast - should be done right! Pool is also very underwhelming. Having said that.. The room was impeccable. Small - but had everything we needed and we loved the bath next to the window :) Staff were very accommodating with room service etc. I would stay again but utilise the many surrounding restaurants for meals.
