πŸ‘πŸ‘ 30 hectares of native vegetation and trees with creek flowing through it. Dirt paths meandering through the park. So close to suburbia you can see some roads and houses in the distance but still be with nature. Off road parking at entrance and a dog friendly oval across from the creek. Dogs off lead... Such a gem this place and it's at Athelstone.

Amazing park, with lots of different trails, creeks and things to do. Wadmore park also has a well maintained oval with recently added bathrooms and changerooms and a fun tennis/basketball court which is quite rare, it is also connected to some of the black Hill walking trails.

Cris-crossed by paths, this park covers quite some area on an almost even slope. There is a mix of remnant and reintroduced vegetation, from tall gum trees along Fifth Creek to more drought tolerant plants higher up. Birds prefer the higher ground away from the traffic.

A lovely place to walk. Many different trails. In spring lots of little wild flowers, the kids love picking one of each sort. Lots of wild life too, birds, koalas, lizards. After rain there are small streams winding through the scrub which the kids loved to follow. Dogs allowed but signs say they must remain on a lead.

It’s mini jungle with eucalyptus trees , very few other type of trees and bushes. There are pathways who want to enter this park and can exit from many gates. Motorcycle is not allowed in park. Any type of burning or cigarettes smoking may cause burning of this park , so it’s not recommended.

This is really just a big bushland area with a few paths. Hard to tell where you are. Very little signposting. Wouldn't bother visiting again with kids.
