Its like being treated like your under investigation every interview is interragation feeling. Chop and change doctors so your left with same emotionless questions. Questions that cause a unsettling feeling with non human empathy doctors. House calls from department without a phone call even after 9.30pm torches shining thru window before knocking on door. That call was to see if was paranoid or unwell. Id give you guys zero stars

Not very good given the condition you may be in, some of the doctors are good but some of the case workers are not helpful at all and can be rude !

People answering the phone need to be mindful that they work for a mental health service and should speak to people kindly when responding to an enquiry. It's general customer service expectations to not be rude let alone to someone calling a mental health service

Horrible service. My partner was referred to this establishment by his GP, horrible mistake. He has been trying to get help for almost a year now. My partner has not been able to see the same doctor twice, he has had four different appointments with four different doctors - who do not communicate with each other. They have also cancelled his future appointments and have failed to rebook - he is also not able to rebook them himself?? He only heard about this because he called a couple hours beforehand to double check and was told it was cancelled. They have also called us asking why he did not show up for an appointment he did not know he had???? This is a total of 2 cancelled appointments - with no notice and one appointment we were not notified about.

They are using involuntary treatment on me because I'm at risk of harming myself. That really isn't true that I harm myself but their solution is to force feed me neurotoxins (Brain poison) and destroy my health and I'm told I'm delusional when I base my beliefs on spiritual, indigenous and scientific findings. I've been forced on admin order because they say 'I don't have capacity to make my own decisions' because I was choosing kindness and helping people. Now I'm barely keeping myself and someone I love alive. This place is disgusting and evil. I do not recommend it. I suggest you go seek psychotherapy instead

I heard about this place from a friend so walked in to become a client. I was made to feel unwelcome. The front end staff certainly don't subscribe to the "no wrong door" theory when meeting clients in need. I didn't even get a private interview, just interrogated in the public reception area. Disappointed and disgusted. My GP is now writing a referral to a NGO called Sonder.
