Dont park here for an event esp on top floor. Getting out is crazy. 21 mins and we have not moved in the queue

$15 Parking for a couple of hours to see disney on ice. 45 minutes or more to get out of the car park from level 3........ poor planning.

Fix your broken boom gates and ticket machines. I’m sick of getting stuck in your car park for 1+ hours because the machines are all broken and nobody is answering the help line at 5:30pm on a Friday evening. These boom gates are always broken. Use the money you’re charging everybody, and replace the whole system. It’s an absolute joke.

It was rich to pay $15 because when I came out of the venue, the car park was empty.

Great for event parking, but the staff aren't there often enough to direct traffic after your show, so the congestion will suck the life out of you
