Click and collect do an awful job. 9 times out of 10 items are missing (says supplied but then not), shopper notes are never followed, fruit and veg are always under heavier boxy items. Also almost never ready even after receiving the ready text, letting the store know when 15 mins away and when at collection point. Often a 5-15 min wait.

Standard Woolworths. Good service from friendly and helpful staff. A BWS is conveniently located next door.

Good range of products, staff have been a little rude in my experience. Store layout is clumsy. Clearance items are hit n miss..

Recently moved to the area and its as if the store is trying to promote diabetes, or at least diabetics dont go to the shop to buy anything. Sunshine Farms Low GI Sugar - No and the manager cant see a point of getting it in. very few sugar free softdrinks, and if there is a ticket there is no stock. No Sugar Coke - 2 x 2 litre bottles But Classic Coke - a full shelf just for this one item alone. Sugar Free or No Added Sugar products are few and far between, and any enquiry with the staff you get looked at as if you are from Mars wanting something that is healthier. Low Sugar Sauces - absent - there is a place holder but no stock. But if you want to get FAT and have a high chance of diabetes, this is the store to go to.

Hated the experience. I was attacked by a grumpy customer behind me who had no rights to put her hands on me and the staff were young and it was awkward and no security to assist. Never will return.

Well stocked clean and good service

Staff at the customer service was very rude. Blackmore fish oil capsule was half price at the shelf and and when I reached outside and checked the receipt I have paid full price. Checked online as well and it was still half price. Went to the customer service and said it was half price but I have paid full and wanted to return it if it is still full price. Lady at the customer service warned me saying this is last one you are returning it as if I have returned before as well. Would have appreciated if she could have just said ina polite way . Woolworths policy says we can return it within 30days if we have bought the wrong one.

A very well- stocked supermarket with ample parking on 2 levels

Very good team at service Deli. Specially two guys Suraj and Dom. David also the very helpful person. I love shopping there when Dom and Suraj were around.We feels like home. Thank you Xander as well.

Don’t ever buy at Woolworths especially NEWTON store as we had about 50 bottles of unopened coke and coke no sugar and man was very rude about returning even though I had proof of purchase. He then rang other stores saying don’t except return. Disgusting !!!

We had a bad experience in the store today as we were finishing our purchase. My husband picked up a pack of a product assuming that its on special as it was clearly written where he picked it from. When scanning, the price didn’t match the price on the shelf. JUST TO CONFIRM, he asked the assistant there to help and see if something is wrong. The assistant’s response was completely unexpected as she said, “Anybody can change the price tags doesn’t mean we sell it at the price you’re telling us. The sticker is probably old”. Is this an assumption from her end that my husband changed the sticker to buy the product at a lower price? This sort of behaviour is unexpected and unprofessional. Plus there were no name tags as well so it is difficult to identify the assistant.
