If you need anything related to home and renovation, this is a good place to go to. The goods here are diverse. I especially like the collection of indoor and outdoor flowers, vegetables, herbs, and plants. Plant pots and garden supplies are also well stocked. Friendly and attentive customer service. You can check an item online to make sure it's available upon arrival.

The women at the refund counter last Thursday morning could do with lessons in customer service. One sneered at me, neither of them cracked a smile or said hello to me. I will be thinking twice about returning to this store!

Friendly and approachable staff that offer good advice. Very busy store/carpark. You often have to wait a long time at the paint counter for service.

Spoke to David regarding a mower two days ago. He gave us good advice, purchased a fairly good mower, used it first time today AEG 58 v thank you Bunnings, thank you DAVID for your professional help.

As I have mentioned previously, I do love Bunnings. Pretty much anything you need for a professional or a diy job at home can be found here. For some reason prospect is not my favourite, but A great selection of plants, hardware, irrigation, hand tools, plumbing…(the list goes on) can be found here. The staff are always super friendly, say hello and know exactly where things are. The cafe does great coffee (but can depend on who is making it) and with all Bunnings stores, the cafe is super bland. Another negative is that ryobi seems to be taking over. I don’t have an issue with the brand it’s self, but the selection of other brands is suffering due to it. The carpark at prospect also seems to be an issue, there is just something about it that isn’t right. It’s not as bad as Kent town, but nothing could be as bad as that one.

Wow. Love being made to feel invisible at the counter near flooring, tiles etc. So after this experience I am not spending my money here How rude. Waited for the female to get off the phone and then when she did still ignored. Maybe she needs some training in customer service. This was at 3.05 pm today

Waiting for the queue for carpet cleaner hiring. was told can be done in the tool shop counter, went there, the lady said she can not do it due to there is no computer. (There is a computer in front of her. Other Bunnings can do it. ) went back to the queue again. There are a lot more people in front of me. 11:00 02/01/2024

I ordered online to collect. Online transaction was easy. However, the service at the store was appalling. Firstly, there was only one checkout open at 8.30am, which was being used to help someone hiring a carpet cleaner. There were approximately 8 people in the queue waiting to be served. A man from the Power Tools area, started to serve people. Then the woman working on the door came to help after a male came to replace her. The only worker who smiled or was pleasant when working was the man at the tools counter. Everyone else behaved like work was an inconvenience to them. Then when we finally got served, after showing ID and the order barcode at the counter, we still had to wait for the reciept to be scanned at the door...again another queue. A customer was complaining because as he pointed out to everyone, there were a number of staff just standing around talking, and customers waiting - he said he waited at the paint counter to be served and on one came...so was leaving to be served somewhere else. For a large corporation, the service was very poor (excluding the man at the power tools counter).
