I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel Adelaide and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Everything from the cleanliness of the hotel to its fantastic location exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculately clean, with crisp linens and fluffy towels that made me feel like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out to me was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of Adelaide, it was just a stone's throw away from all the city's main attractions, including Rundle Mall, the Adelaide Botanic Garden, and the Adelaide Oval. It was the perfect home base for exploring this beautiful city. All in all, my stay at the Pullman Hotel Adelaide was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with a fun and playful twist. Five stars all around!

Room dusty and balcony not clean, food is cold…but if you want warmed food buy a microwave and a vacuum who does that really… Currently in quarantine few times, we got food round 8pm and had to call to see where our food was…we have also had grey coloured eggs. So, when you order from somewhere else, it still comes to you late soiled and cold…SA Health need to manger this a whole lot better than it is…you only call rooms to tick off names you don’t care even when your asking. We heard people have been leaving early, we now have 4 negative results, we were separated from our pet and have another place to quarantine with him but no…you don’t treat people equal. We feel the same as another reviewer Jade Clarke…won’t be coming here to stay…

I can highly recommend the Pullman Adelaide. Everything just works smoothly with a great service team, the check in was fast, concierge and parking no fuss and rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant dinner was excellent, I’ve not had a steak so perfectly cooked for a long time. Location is close to town so it’s just a short walk if you’re interested in dining, shopping or sightseeing. Excellent hotel with a first class service team :)

My friends and I had a lovely dinner at Salt Restaurant. Liz and Vandro were both very attentive and knowledgeable. They took great care of us that evening. We ordered several items on the menu to share. We all agreed that the vegetarian paella was our favourite.

On the positive side, the food at this restaurant was incredibly delicious and served promptly. Additionally, the decor was beautifully done. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues when we organized a birthday dinner. Out of the expected 48 guests, 10 didn't show up. Surprisingly, the manager insisted on charging us $600 ($60 per person) for those who never arrived. Moreover, I felt deceived when the manager claimed that each steak cost $52, which seemed unreasonable considering the total meal price of $60 per person. It's highly unlikely that they were making an $8 profit per meal. The steaks were also disappointingly small, weighing at most 200 grams and probably costing the Pullman around $15 each. Considering they likely purchase in bulk at an even lower price, the manager's meager $100 discount felt insufficient. Consequently, we were expected to pay $500 for uneaten food. I am certain that this hotel's profit margin is quite healthy and could easily absorb the minimal food cost. In conclusion, it is evident that the restaurant staff provided false information about the actual cost of the food served and attempted to charge us an exaggerated price. Given these circumstances, I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

Always enjoy staying here. Clean, good value, lovely staff and friendly service. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Only would want to have them a little more flexible on menu for things like room service when ask for something like ice cream it’s a bit of a pain when they say no to a 3 am ice cream craving!.

The Pullman Adelaide......where to start. Online states this is a 5 star hotel. But upon leaving and giving feedback and mentioning we expected more from a 5 star hotel, Duty Manager/Guest Experience Manager Steven replied with "we're actually 4.5 star". No complimentary water and when a request was made we were told we could "drink water from the tap". When this was mentioned to the Duty Manager/Guest Experience Manager Steven, his reply was "we have trained our staff to respond this way" The room service menu says available til 6am. We tried calling a couple of nights around anywhere between 1am-3am, but no one would answer the phone from room service, concierge or front desk and when feedback was given, was told by Steven "no staff is in attendance at that time". Duty/General Guest Experience Manager Steven, The restaurant manager was not much better. Rude and unattentive. However, the rooms and buffet breakfast were nice. And the concierges were attentive, friendly and very helpful. Would I stay at Pullman Adelaide again? No.

A COVID hotel for indigenous people. Surrounded by fences, police and security guards and cleaning professionals. It will be in need of a huge renovation after this. The adjacent park is now a rubbish tip, with discarded take-away food and drink containers. Piles of garbage adorn the park daily. Visitors and 'hangers-on' (friends of these traditional owners) sit, drunk and verbal outside the hotel, shouting at the top of their voices to their families and friends holidaying above. Police and security do nothing to address the disgusting state of the parklands nor the offenders who leave their garbage in piles around the beautiful grassed areas. It's all too hard and would cause controversy, I am sure. Ignore it and it will go away! Used to be a lovely quadrant of Hindmarsh Square.

Staff are fantastic. Indoor Pool, Sauna, Steam room, Spa and gym. Restaurant looks lovely and the menu looks good. Decided to eat elsewhere. Lunch room service was excellent and fast. Rooms aren't the largest. The shower was filthy. Which is why I gave the room 1 star. For the price of the room I would've expected a higher quality of cleanliness.

The Pullman Hotel is a 5 star place to visit or to be quarantined in for 14 -15 days!!! If you need to quarantine because of flying anywhere you will have the best service and treatment. They ask you if you have any allergies or allergic to any food even spicy food if you can't tolerate the heat! They ring you every day to find out if you are healthy and your well-being is good. They give you menu list for the next day food, so if you can't eat any food on the list the next day, that will give the kitchen enough time to change your order, you must do this before midnight!! Everyone is well mannered and treat you like a decent human being. The room size was brilliant, the shower was huge and you have to wash all your own clothes and dishes in your bathroom sink. They will give you everything you need to keep clean, to wash and dry everything, if not just ring the front desk and they can organise it for you!! There are plenty of TV shows to watch and plenty of movies as well. You won't be bored in this hotel, unless you are a book person. Please bring your own books so you don't get bored. They have yoga and meditation channels. You will get COVID tested every 2-3 days while you are staying there and you are required to have another test 3 days after leaving the quarantine hotel. If you need anything you are only a phone call away from getting it, try it out 10/10 for my experience!! I loved the stay at Pullman Hotel!! Thank you very much for everything!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Not reviewing out of frustration. But they are really just bad. Except one or two staff, most are rude! Average rooms with bad ventilation. More like a jail rather than a hotel. They should learn to serve guests from the likes of Peppers waymouth or grand chancellor. The only good thing is the location.

Room is dusty as! Food I wouldn’t even feed my dog! Staff rude and give you misinformation! Don’t get a washing machine have to wash your clothes in the bath!?!? No microwave would have to buy your own if you wanted to get a semi decent meal or order take away every night, If you smoke cigggarettes and didn’t request a balcony room even though you don’t get told this you have to quit cold turkey because your not aloud to smoke anywhere!! If we are FORCED by the government to qaurentine you’d think it would be of the most compassionate and comfortable experience they could offer but instead you’re treated like a prisoner! Even when I first got in the police officer made me repeat the rules after him cause he said I didn’t listen when I in fact did like I was a criminal getting locked up or some dog, degrading Horrible experience and horrible hotel!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Pullman. The superior king room was spacious and comfortable. It had a balcony, and a well sized bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. The bed was comfortable and there was a pillow menu (that I should have taken advantage of - the default pillows were those big, soft squishy ones.) There was also a good sized desk workspace. It was very well located, right next to Rundle mall, in the east end where there are also great restaurant options nearby. My only criticism would be the housekeeping: when the bed was made the top sheets were pulled pristine and flat, but the bottom sheet was untouched, so it was lumpy and needed to be remade. I ran out of toilet roll one day and couldn’t get the spring on the holder out, so left the spare roll on top, and it was also left there after servicing, with no second roll provided. I liked to have a coffee each morning and some days the capsules weren’t refilled, others the sugar wasn’t refilled, so it was a make do with what you’ve got situation. All little things, of course, but that make it not quite a 5 star hotel experience. Oh and also, be prepared for your bed to shake any time anyone in a nearby room lets their door slam shut when they come or go. Yikes!

Although I've rated each section 5 stars I give this hotel 4 stars for a couple of reasons. I'll start with the good stuff: the room was really big, comfortable and had a nice bathroom, the staff were really friendly and the hotel has a fitness centre, pool and laundry for self service. Now the bad stuff: the buffet breakfast is $42 and although they have some good options it is a bit limited for what you are paying, their website states soundproof rooms but my first night I was kept awake by a screaming toddler in the next room so false advertising and their fitness centre is limited for strength training.

Upon arrival I was met by an extremely helpful staff member who assisted me with a range of services. She was friendly, informative and kind. All interactions with staff over my three days was really pleasant. The location is perfect for cafes, restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment experiences. The room was really clean and the balcony was an added bonus.

Located right next to Adelaide's shopping district and a short distance from parks, sports, and excellent dining, I thought this was a great place to stay. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, even eager to help. The French bistro next door was phenomenal, the pub on the corner was fast and good, and breakfast at the hotel was a great start to my day.

I am in a wheelchair I stayed for 7 nights. The accessible room and bed were great and the location at the end of Rundle Mall is very convenient . But my stay was made exceptional due to the staff. The 3 Concierge I had assistance from were terrific. The desk staff were excellent and the people working in the restaurant were fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Adelaide, and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming manager (or staff member) who immediately made us feel at home. The excellent service continued throughout our stay, with special mention to Emily, the front desk staff, whose attentiveness and approachability left a lasting impression. Emily's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with our queries made a significant difference to our stay. I had inquired about the availability of a microwave due to our early check-out time the next day, and even though the hotel did not provide this facility, Emily went above and beyond to find a solution for us. Her empathy and understanding of our situation were evident, and she genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and were truly appreciated by our entire team. Beyond the exceptional service provided by Emily, the overall hospitality of the Pullman Adelaide team was impeccable. The warm salutation and assistance from the manager (or staff member) upon our arrival set the tone for a wonderful experience. We felt valued and cared for throughout our stay, and it was evident that the staff genuinely take pride in ensuring their guests have a memorable visit. The hotel's amenities, comfort, and cleanliness were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Pullman Adelaide. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the quality of service provided by Emily and the entire team truly enhanced our experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Pullman Adelaide enough to fellow travelers. If you are looking for a hotel that offers not only comfort and convenience but also exceptional customer service, this is the place to be. A special thank you to Emily for her outstanding approachability and dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. I look forward to returning to Pullman Adelaide in the future. Thank you once again for a truly enjoyable experience.

Absolutely exceptional. Rooms are beautifully appointed, staff are friendly and the quality and choice of breakfast options excellent. I’d even go to say it’s even a step up from some of the equivalent hotels in Melbourne. A great place to stay and will definitely consider again the next time I stay in Adelaide.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff are all beautifully friendly the best we've found in all our stays in Adelaide and we visit often. The food at Salt was amazing and couldn't fault dinner or dessert. A great recommendation of a red wine received from wait staff was gratefully received and went down a treat! Room was very clean and bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Only disappointing thing was not having any furniture on our balcony to enjoy the amazing weather we were fortune enough to experience, we paid for a park view room and could sit outside to soak it up. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Exceptional customer service. Professional and friendly staff only too willing to help in any way. Genuinely wanting to assist. We had a very late arrival, and Stefan was very welcoming and helpful in getting us to our room. Chief concierge Enrico and concierge Tim were outstanding in the service they provided throughout our stay.

Had to ask for sugar for room on couple of occasions. 1 spoon for 2 guests.no shower soap in dispenser.rooms did not smell fresh on entering.breakfast menu only given on 1st morning. Had breakfast in restaurant and there were no cups.no cutlery.coffee machine out of order etc....the hotel seemed nice but lacking in service. Such a shame.

What a great place for a quick getaway or a long stay, right in the city, close to everything, The rooms are amazing very comfortable bedding, bathroom very convenient , decent size fridge, awesome views from the balcony, friendly and very helpful staff and professional. My only downside was the lack of information, breakfast and kitchen times and prices being visual when looking around, we inquired about breakfast time's but the time was different on weekdays and breakfast closed at 10.30 ,not 11am ,as on weekends, with no alternative offered, as I'm a guest of the hotel, but all good, so a little bit more information in the lobby, restaurant and definitely the rooms. We will definitely be back

We had a lovely time at Pullman. It’s clean, and comfortable. Ordered some room service from restaurant ’Salt’ and was delicious. However, I would appreciate it if the management could address the noise emanating from the doors. The loud sounds produced when neighbors open or close their doors, whether on the left or right, create an unsettling environment, often causing unnecessary concern as it feels like our own door is being opened or closed abruptly.

Perfect place to stay in the city, the location is city centre so it's easy to walk to everything.. the staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient. Room are a good size, spotlessly clean and well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good and they are happy to cater to allergy issues.

Rooms were nice, nothing fancy but the bed was super comfortable and room was overall decent. Staff in the dining were rude, unhelpful and overall seemed to be scowling at everyone and everything. There was a stuff up on their end with our booking so it too ages to be sorted out. Great location but there’s a lot of hotels that have great location and other great qualities too. Unfortunately Pullmans is not somewhere I’d be rushing to go back to

Our stay at the Pullman Adelaide was a sheer delight. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner, and the level of comfort provided was beyond compare. The rooms were a haven of relaxation, with a bed so comfortable it felt like a dream. What truly made my experience exceptional was the impeccable service – the staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated my stay to new heights. The Pullman is a true gem where cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service come together seamlessly, making it a top choice for anyone seeking a remarkable hotel experience.

Great hotel. Stayed here a few times now for work. Friendly staff, particularly Kiara at the bar who has great knowledge of local offerings and is a natural in the hospitality area! Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Good recognition of ALL status. Recommended!

The Chief Concierge Enrico is an absolute gem! Amazing service, super attentive and takes great pride in his job and the hotel. I had a really long week travelling interstate, running launch events etc, that morning my flight was delayed and had a grumpy taxi driver, but as soon as I arrived at the hotel I felt I could relax because Enrico took care of everything. I travel and lot and stay in many hotels, the Pullman is a standout for me thanks to the service I received from Enrico. Thanks.

I have been staying in Pullman Hotel regularly as part of my work. Overall, everything is great. I had good and, sometimes, not so good experiences from the customer service aspect. I still give it five stars because this hotel has the best concierge, David, who acts as the face of the hotel. He was a gentleman with a friendly, welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, extensive local knowledge, and attention to detail. Nothing is of trouble for him; he is always willing to help. Some of the Pullman staff (including management), when they are busy and under pressure, they make guests feel less helpful; I have encountered this a few times, but David is always there to help; he is so calm, really listens to your concerns, and then go above and beyond to seek a solution to assist. He is always there to offer help, to assist and serve; this is quite remarkable.

What a gem of a hotel in a great location in Adelaide. Recently stayed here for three nights with my family and cannot praise the staff and the hotel enough. I had an amazing stay of five nights with my girlfriend at this hotel. The cordial and professional receptionists that made checking in and out effortless. The bed was really comfortable and the toilet had a really good layout with a bathtub and another shower area instead of a 2 in 1. The staff did a good job making up the room daily. Ultimately, we couldn’t bear to leave the hotel and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks for wonderful stay!

There was a lot of little touches, we loved staying here. The man at the door who told us the weather outside, the cheerful people checking you in and the man waiting to help at the elevator. We loved that there was actual cheerful people filling these roles! Great location to shops and restaurants.

We start with Good first Good point . Concierges were really friendly . Room very clean . Quiet room Bad point . Reception can be more friendly . Reception probably can give more information about our stay. . At the room should have more specific about what is complimentary. . Morning breakfast buffet was not really good, not really a kids friendly meals. . It say breakfast buffet until 11am but around 10am a lots of food is run out and so do juices. Overall is not a bad place to stay but can be improved.

Enjoying my stay here. The staff are really lovely. Friendly and professional. The room is comfortable, large and clean. Comfortable bed. Pillow menu! TV logs you in so you can cast from your own apps, which I quite like. It's a lovely place to come back to after a day travelling or seeing the sights around Adelaide city. Close to the art gallery and botanical gardens, though I wouldn't necessarily call it an arty vibe the staff are quite welcoming and the guests seem to be pretty diverse and chill.

The shower in Room 421 was covered in mould! We had to request for housekeeping to spray it with mould killer. It was better but there were still traces of mould. Overall, the room was rather dirty even after housekeeping finished.

I decided to book a staycation for my birthday on a bit of an impulse, and I was a bit nervous about the experience, not wanting anything to go wrong on my special day. However, it turned out to be a decision I will never regret. In fact, I'm now considering making it a more frequent tradition. What made it so special was the exceptionally friendly staff who never failed to assist me. When I requested to change my room floor, they were incredibly accommodating. Even when breakfast was delivered 20 minutes late one morning, they didn't charge me, which was a wonderful gesture of their commitment to ensuring a great stay. I was particularly impressed with the availability of housekeeping and concierge services, even during the late hours. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and it was truly worth the price. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the complimentary amenities were generous. The lighting in the room was ideal for both studying and getting a good night's sleep. And to top it off, I could barely hear any noise on the 11th floor. The balcony was my favourite. All in all, it was a fantastic birthday staycation experience, and I'm already looking forward to the next one.

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and comfortable. I wish there was more drawer space though. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of items. I also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to buses and the tram. I want to compliment the concierge, Peter, who found a laptop charger for me when mine would not work. He was most helpful.

I’ve just finished my 14 day quarantine at the Pullman. Thankyou to all the staff. You were helpful and caring, especially in providing me with a lounge chair when my back was getting sore. My gluten free meals were amazing. I never went hungry and came home with most of the extra snacks my husband had dropped off. The room was spacious. .There was enough room for me to do my exercises. And the bed was very comfortable. I was really excited when I discovered that I had a coffee machine. When you’re in a situation like quarantine it’s the little things that really help you through. Thanks again.

My experience at Pullman Adelaide from the past 14 days under quarantine was supposed to be stressful as some may say but l came in with higher expectations to maximize the continuation of my holiday here at Pullman Adelaide. The entire process by checking in the first night was done very professionally but we were still thinking what next. I am sincerely grateful passing through this Hotel with such an excellent service across the board. The Pullman is our absolute favourite hotel, everytime! We stay in the city a lot and out of all the hotels the Pullman is by far the best. The staff are so friendly, the service is second to none and the rooms and amenities are fantastic. We celebrate our anniversary here whenever possible and have been waiting so long to stay again. The Pullman certainly shows what a real 5 star hotel is all about. From the warm greeting at the door and then excellent service at the front desk. Nothing was too much for the staff here- they all love what they are doing and it shows. Executive room was fabulous with a view over the square and so comfortable. The executive lounge was wonderful- both for evening drinks and breakfast. This was a special stay and I will be back- great value for money. Thank you all for a great stay to refresh myself.

I just wanted to share my recent experience at the Pullman Adelaide, stay between the 07/06/2022 through to the 09/06/2022. From the time my cab pulled up to the front doors the door man (sorry I didn't catch his name) but super friendly and helpful, took our bags which allowed me to assist my mother who requires a mobility scooter to get set up. he walked us up to the front counter where we were greeted by the very lovely Emily, from the time we arrived we felt a very warm welcome, something that you would expect from a 5 start establishment and they delivered - I really do appreciate good customer service so we do thank you. The hotel is still undergoing some tweaks to the rooms with upgrades they are undertaking but our stay was still very comfortable.

My partner and I have been waiting to return to this hotel for several years. Unfortunately with Covid it became a medi-hotel much to our misfortune. My partner and I booked in as soon as we were able to as we had such a great experience the last time we stayed. This time was no different, upon arrival the chief concierge greeted us and walked us through the lobby with a brilliant attitude that made us feel welcome, the reception staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Everyone was super helpful and easy to deal with, the restaurant was incredible and the room was impeccable. It is always an easy choice when it comes to staying with the Pullman and it is certainly our choice of accommodation when we want a night away.

The hotel itself was outstanding I love staying at pullmans and this one has been my favourite so far Friendly staff, good food, excellent bedrooms and super comfortable as well Only negative at the moment is if you arrive at night the road works stop you from getting into the hotel and I spent 1.5hrs going round in circles and trying to contact the hotel was futile as no one answered. But I still give 5 stars!

Great location and facilities. However if you are a person who wears makeup, bring a ring light because the lighting in the room/bathroom is the worst. Aside from that, great place to stay!

I'm first time in Adelaide. Hotel is well located in CBD. I good good size room which has balcony. Staff are all dry as you will see in any hotel in Australia. On check in I was told Wifi is not working. Gym is very small not really appealing. Breakfast is very limited. I asked for Cappuccino did not get it for 10 minutes. So I left without my morning coffee.

Sebastian is a star, great asset to Pullman. He accommodated my family last minute given we had such a shocking experience at Air B&B. We were offered an amazing room, he helped us with the parking, access , literally made us feel at ease after such a horrible day. He made us feel like home and was very polite, gentle, professional & very warm human being. Breakfast was great too. Staff was very vigilant and accommodating. Food was great. Thanks for giving us great memory & experience. We will definitely see you again. Thanks again Sebastian 🙏

This is by far the best Hotel in Adelaide. Have stayed in many other places in town but will only ever come back here. Nothing else comes close. Staff are amazing, rooms are always clean and nothing is ever a problem. Great work Pullman Team.

Georgia on the reception desk was so friendly and welcoming, interacted with my kids, and was so helpful when I called beforehand about parking. The valet staff were great, the gentleman with the accent even helped me get my pram out the car boot and put it together. Our stay was exceptional and we can’t wait to stay again.

Great hotel very comfy beds. Stanni (our name for him) in club lounge was exceptional. He looked after us really well over 2 nights. Remembered what we drank. Was lovely talking to him

Really lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location in the city. Had a great room, on a high floor, with lovely views. Parking is available and just around the corner.

Thank you for the clean and spacious room. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff (Tim) at the front desk and housekeeping (Sonam) were courteous and helpful. The concierge was always welcoming.

Rooms are good, spacious and comfortable, 2 adults and 1 child, and had a roll out bed, only drawback being we were charged $50 per night for that. For a suite upgrade we probably would have been better to get a double room. Restaurant food (Salt) was very nice. Executive lounge was excellent Location is outstanding

While having an overnight layover in Adelaide, the company I work for book me a room at the Pullman. From the time the Uber dropped me off, till the next day when the service driver pick me up, the customer service at this resort was outstanding! The restaurant had great food options, and I enjoy the drinks as well. The hotel staff is beyond pleasant and helpful. I hope The next time I have an overnight layover, I'm able to stay at the Pullman again. Thanks for taking care of me.

Excellent location, comfy beds, clean/fresh linen. Gym and pool facilities are a little dated. Most of the staff know what they are doing. My only real gripe is that a hot shower was tough to come by, not sure why but it just wouldn’t heat up some mornings. Which was disappointing.

I was not a fan of this hotel. Travelled for work and stayed near the Showgrounds for ease but would certainly recommend other places. The rooms are actually quite depressing and with very little light even in the toilet, which made it harder to get ready… there was more light at the elevator than in the entire room.

Myself and my partner and nearing to the end of our HQ at Pullman Adelaide and we have been blown away with the exceptionally high level of service we have experienced during our stay. Personally, I had so much anxiety leaving the UK and knowing we would be stuck in a hotel room for 14 days and the minute we arrived at the Pullman, that all changed. The staff were so welcoming, kind and understanding, and they honestly went above and beyond for all of us. We had a Facebook group where menus, workouts and competitions were posted and any and all questions answered. The staff created a really welcoming and engaging social platform and would be the first to help with any requests no matter the time. The food was amazing!! So much variety, so delicious and lots of veggies, snacks and desserts. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony and the room was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for workouts and for both my partner and I to have our own space. Pullman Adelaide gave us lots of information on arrival for local supermarkets that deliver (not that we really needed it as the portion sizes were huge). They gave us washing powder so we could wash our clothes, fresh sheets every few days as well as any extra detergents or soaps we might need. Pullman really did make it the best possible experience that it could have been going through HQ. Massive thank you to the team at Pullman Adelaide! Ally & Cal

I have stayed here previously and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I am writing this review after a very poor display over 5 nights. I am part of a large group staying here for business. On every night the restaurant and room service were incredibly slow - meals ordered in the restaurant took 90 minutes to arrive and meals ordered by room service took just as long. I write this now in anger because my order was not only late but lost, and I had to start again, so it is now 2 hours since my original order. Their offer to provide my meal at no charge is meaningless as my employer covers meals (also the reason why I cannot go and eat elsewhere). This is not a random occurrence on one bad night but has been the case for all guests over 5 nights. The only explanation is "we are very busy" - um no, sorry - the problem is not too many guests - the problem is not enough staff. If you can't recruit sufficient staff to function properly when the hotel is busy, you need to limit guest numbers to an amount that you can effectively service. I do not blame the individual staff members who are all lovely and doing their best - there is a management team at the top to blame. Would never stay here again; unfortunately I do not get the choice.

Lovely hotel. Clean, friendly service and great location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub thoroughly. The button for jacuzzi is on the wall next to the sauna, which we didn't know until we left... Breakfast is good, not a great deal of options, but everything tastes lovely. It's worth adding it to the booking.
