Great affordable little place to get away in Adelaide. Room was extremely clean. Great water pressure in shower. May need to use the complimentary ear plugs for planes and/or front rooms due to traffic.

Spa bath best feature. Room just adequate, bed small and too soft, all else good enough but nothing special. Staff don't water indoor plants as they're dying at front counter, no one cares! Small details leave lasting impression. Worse of all is the RIDICULOUS car parking! An inch to squeeze your car into. No staff help, rules or guidelines in place so anyone can park literally right infront of your room (leaving us no where to park overnight and no room to even get our suitcases out!) but no one cared on complaint.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 10 days. Fantastic location with few minutes walk to so many nice restaurants and coffeeshops, clean and great service with helpful and polite staff. Our special thanks to Sam who welcomed us and helped us in our accommodation. Without any hesitation I will recommend this place for either short or longer stay.

We booked ourselves into North Adelaide Boutique and WOW what an amazing experience from the moment we arrived, Melanie at the front desk was so welcoming ,friendly and warm ,and her service was outstanding. We loved the place so much that we did not want to leave !! The location is fabulous just off of O,Connell st , around the corner to all the restaurants and shops . Its a real credit to to owner of the place ,he has put so much thought into everything to make your stay so welcoming , from the inside of the rooms to the outside gardens the whole place is manicured.WE CAN NOT WAIT TO STAY THERE AGAIN, WHEN WE ARE BACK IN ADELAIDE !!!

Excellent rooms, smaller than other places but the bathroom with spa and dual shower head makes up for it.

A great find, beautifully presented and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, having called me to set up an after hours arrangement for our arrival. Something I had planned to do but forgot about in my efforts to clear my calendar for the last minute trip. We had a hotel room, spacious, well equipped and so much better than many hotels. My wife was impressed with the quality and loved the neighbourhood.

Comfortable quiet and clean. While not as opulent as the Majestic, which is in the next block, it is more reasonably priced. The old adage, you get what you pay for is very apt. In the unit I stayed in it had basic facilities, microwave kettle, sink, eating utensils, coffee pod machine, and bar fridge. A short walk to O'Connell st you are spoilt for choice when eating out. After 5 nights it is satisfactory, but if you need a larger workspace for working at night, then you might want to go for something larger. TV has google TV built in which was a bonus. Check in process was pretty painless. Had to do an unattended check-in which once organised worked well. Daily room cleaning and a very nice gesture on my last night some biscuits left on the bed and bed turned down. Thanks to concierge Sam for taking my phone enquiries.

NABS is one of the very best hotels I've ever stayed. It is extremely well designed, looks brand new, its contemporary style is just right everything functions extremely well. One of the best parts of NABS is Sam, Melanie and Tunde. They are all super nice and very, very helpful. They go out of their way to assist you in every way possible and are a big reason that NABS is such a wonderful place to stay. They are fantastic!

Melanie was extremely accommodating for my overnight visit, with my day becoming chaotic and shorter reception hours than I am use to she arranged an after hours key without fuss and before I even had a chance to call. Details were easy and sent quickly to me avoiding stress or worry on my arrival later that night. The rooms were lovely and clean and location is so close but still private and quiet. The prices are surprising for this lovely little place. I look forward to staying again In a few weeks.

This place is such a hidden little gem. I liked the spa room so much I booked it for a second night. You can tell the owner of the place has put a lot of effort into providing luxury finishes. Beds are true full beds not two singles pushed together, mattress is soft and comfy, the spa room is a proper spa that can comfortably fit two adults and is nice and deep, also comes with a high pressure double shower in this room which is wonderful and the towels are full bath sheets not just the standard small ones, toiletries are by MOR which is imo quite a high end brand and lovely products. Air con works great if you need it, pod machine and fully stocked mini bar with various wines available for purchase and a fast Smart TV. I like that there is on site parking but heaps of street parking if needed. No need to fiddle around with key cards to get in or out but still very secure. Overall just a wonderful vibe and energy with lovely customer service staff. This is the sort of place that works for a romantic night with your partner, business trip, or just a break from home but this is definitely not a doof doof party vibes establishment. My only suggestions would be to upgrade to a more luxurious carpet style in the future (just being picky here lol) and cozy bath robes for the spa room would be a nice touch. Really can't fault it especially for the price, will be back often.

One of the best streets in Adelaide central area to be on. Next to a host of good food places

Quite nice rooms, a little small but clean and well serviced, quiet location and close to food options

It may not look like much from the outside but the accommodation is quite classy with incredibly friendly staff, from the front desk to the cleaners. The spa suite was spacious and comfortable with a double shower for couples. The spa itself was intimate but comfortable for two people. The venue is located only a few minutes walk from the restaurant and cafe strip of O'Connell Street in North Adelaide so very conveniently located, with on-premises parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay.

Really amazing place to stay. The location is very central and the rooms are excellent. I booked the Spa Studio Hotel, very well presented + clean. Had everything in the room you could think of. Thanks again and I will be back again soon!

Simply put this is my favourite place to stay when visiting Adelaide. The rooms are clean, nice, comfortable and it's so close to excellent restaurants and bars.

I struggle to review this place. Check in and check out were very easy. The rooms were spotless and in good condition. Locations was great. The vending machines were a nice touch. But the room was so small, I was kept awake all night by the people next door (thin walls), had to park 100 metres down the road as the park was full and it was under a flight path.

We stayed for two nights and completely enjoyed our visit. The staff are so welcoming and responsive to every request. North Adelaide is a great spot to be in. Very close to dining and shopping. A beautiful neighbourhood to walk through and explore. Yes they are under the flight path but this did not cause any problems at all. We actually thought it would be good to have a rooftop space to lounge and watch plans as they flew over. Will definitely recommend this place.

Our studio boutique stay here was great! We're giving a 4 star (but actually wanted to give 4.5, the remaining 0.5 is for "room for improvement", as they say). The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious enough, well facilitated. We had a kitchenette which was handy for food preparation, etc. Our request prior to booking was also considered, which I was happy about. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

little small but well layed out and clean

  • 4/5 mark m. 2 years ago on Google
Comfort bed, decent sized bathroom with amenities, sink and tap, iron and board, hair dryer, smallish fridge, mini bar, cups, plates, cutlery, so everything you need. Check in via online for late arrivals, so that was good. Close to food, O'Connell Tce has so much. Parking, not assigned, so luck of the draw really. can, and did, walk to Adelaide Oval.

Gorgeously clean spacious rooms. We only stayed for the 1 night for our anniversary (and some child free sleep). Our door lock broke on our studio room and they unexpectedly upgraded us to the spa room. Was so thankful. Lots of little things have been thought of that really makes this place stand out. The little emergency boxes with hair tie, sewing kit etc are great. The torch, ear plugs and eye masks are another great idea. Really enjoyed having a nice hot spa. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurants down the road.

What a beautiful room, the cleanliness was second to none. Beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences including a yummy coffee pod machine. Great restaurants nearby or a convenient and tasty snap frozen meal from beyond India in the vending machine. Five stars all the way!!
