Went back to LCA Elizabeth after a hiatus from procedures and RN/ owner Nikki was amazing as always. Very personable and friendly. Also the therapists Lauren, Emily and owner Emily really make you feel welcome and comfortable during any procedures!

I have done microdermabrasion couple of weeks ago and since then my left eye started looking smaller than the other one. I thought maybe due to treatment I have some swelling but after waiting for few weeks to improve I found that my one eye lid dropping as compared to another one. I am not happy at all that this has happened due to too much vaccume pressure overstretched my eye lid muscle and caused damaging.

I was choosing on what laser clinic is best, between the skin laser and this one. The employees in this laser clinic was so friendly, non-judgemental and straight to the point. I am so glad that I got laser done when it was 50% off, cuz I’m a teenager with a low pay job, so I’m thankful that I can afford it, even without afterpay. I also did it with a friend so I had company and not feeling alone lol. Overall, highly recommend this clinic, super friendly. Also, my hairy legs has bothered me since day one of shaving, always so itchy to the point where I’d scrap my skin off and I hope that getting my leg lasered off a thousand times, will permanently stop it from growing

Generally service is ok , but last visit the person who did the facial to me infact caused pain to my face with excessive use of hand pressure, wasn't relaxing at all . I pay my money to get service and I don't expect to be treated like this. If the staff can't do the procedure in a clam, relaxing and comfortable manner then what's the point in having this business

I recently got anti wrinkle injections and on my first consultation, I didn't really know what I was after or needed. Eleanor did an amazing job of explaining all options available to me, made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process as I was a little nervous, remaining professional yet friendly. I had an appointment today with Taylah. Usually, I get quite nervous/uncomfortable because some treatment can have you feeling very vulnerable. However, today Taylah made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. Her treatment was thorough and she took amazing care of me. Special mention to Jacinta who I have got for my last few sessions who always goes the extra mile with providing the laser service! Had the most confusing and even traumatic experience earlier. I have already contracted your support. To make the long story short, my booking got lost, went there, and when I was ready, the girl said I could not get a laser cuz of an acne med I was using and then eventually she said I could actually be able to when I was about to leave. And like it was just a bit chaotic. Plus, their nurses were rude. And my nurse did not turn the heater on or like the room was too cold for someone who needs to have lesser clothes.

First time client going in to enquire about laser treatment. Very unhelpful, un-nolagable staff. Seemed they rather talk amongst eachother than help me. Sorry but I will now go to silk and hope for better service

All the girls here are so lovely and friendly. Always feel comfortable getting treatment from any of them. they're all so knowledgeable and really take their time to explain everything to you. I’ve seen Monique a few times now for lip filler and not only is she amazing at what she does her energy is so warm and beautiful, she’s always made me feel so comfortable. My lips hold really well and I love the shape she’s formed for me. Will never go to anyone else and cannot recommend her enough!!
