One of the little gems in Adelaide that you must visit! I always find an excuse to go back and never disappoint. Food, service and cocktails are amazing! Dominique always take the time to say hello/check on the tables and recommend the newest wines!

Our usual go to in the afternoon/evening for a decent cocktail or wine and some nibbles. The creme brulee at this joint is always perfect, and their cheese platter is always lovely. Music can be bit loud and overbearing towards the evening, but that can be expected for a bar.

The Mussels Marinieres with Bouquet Garni, White Wine and Cream was delicious...Escargots were alright...Creme Brulee was also delicious. The staff are very nice and friendly.

Must visit destination. Dominique is a very friendly, knowledgeable host. Amazing range of French and South American wines + more Very very good cocktails. Whiskey sour 5 stars. Food is brilliant. Must have the creme brulee with a glass of Mistell. Went every night I was in Adelaide, at least for a drink. Will not disappoint.

What a fantastic watering hole in town! Amazing french cuisine and a good selection of French alcoholic beverage. The bartenders are friendly and spot-on and, the decor is romantic! An absolute must visit!

Great place to chill Food is delicious. We only tried the entree and dessert The staff was kind and gave us the choices for the entree, dessert and drinks The atmosphere was nice. The set up was more of a dimmed light

My partner and I went to this bar a few weeks back, this place has the perfect atmosphere, great staff and you can taste the quality of drinks they are exceptional and passionate at their craft. Not to miss that the food nicely compliments the drinks. I've travelled through Paris, Annecy, Nice and Monte Carlo for a month and definitely felt like I've travelled back to France. Keep up the great work guys, I will be definitely recommending La Buvette to others. Merci for the great night !

Great experience and food, all the cocktails were the best I've had. The french cuisine was flavoursome. Came as a group and had the feed multiple courses

Dined here with my girlfriends for my pre-birthday celebration as I wanted some good French food/vibe and La Buvette did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Morgan! From wine recommendation to free shots, everything was amazing! The only comment is that the steak was a bit tougher than my liking (cooked medium), but other than all the food tasted delicious (extra points for the creme brulee). Highly recommend and will surely be back here, Merci! 😊

Very busy for a Tuesday. If we hand not booked for drinks we would have been standing. Excellent range of French wines. Great atmosphere. Next time we shall and eat.

Absolute winner. Great range of any drink you’re keen on. Knowledgeable bar staff if you need recommendations. Pricey but high quality.

My absolute favourite bar in Adelaide!! They really know a lot about wine and definitely source the best! The atmosphere and interior is like being transported straight to a little bar anywhere in France, without leaving Adelaide. Food is always great and so is their service!! A must is the French martini.

Come for a whisky and found an extensive selection of Michel Courveur whiskies! Tried the Unexpected no 2 which is amazing. Wonderfully cooked steak frites as well! Super friendly and attentive staff too.

Definitely recommend coming here, it was so cozy and the food was 10/10. Being French I really appreciated the bread that came with our meal. Highlight were the snails and the muscles.

Very generous ‘feed me’ option, food was not rushed and everyone left satisfied. Accommodated for dietary requirements we gave in advance. Excellent quality food, staff were very friendly, the Som was knowledgeable and thorough.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Lovely platters and table service. My only criticism is that the table service was a little slow at times, which led to us having to rush our drinks in order to meet our dinner plans.

Nice friendly bar with a touch of a relaxed frenchy atmosphere. Even though very busy, I could still hear what my partner was saying. Coming to think of it, I haven't noticed people fidgeting their digital altar "The Phone" all-the-time either. Nice ambiance Nice food Nice staff Try a Kir Royal bytheway..

Had a disappointing experience here on the 25/6. Booked for my partners birthday on recommendation from other friends, but on arrival was told that my booking couldn’t be found by a confused wait staff. We were then sat by the door, and had sparse service for the next 20 mins plus. Finally ordered a bottle to then be told they didn’t have that, and after waiting 10 mins for the second choice we decided to leave as the whole experience had been quite unpleasant. Seems like a great venue, just caught it on an understaffed and disorganised night.

Super fun experience, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. Really enjoyed how they offer surprise mocktails to suit our taste which was very good considering we didnt know what they were going to bring us, the cocktails were also super delicious. Food was tasty and came out fairly quickly. Staff were very attentive even though it was fairly busy, coming to clear plates and asking if we would like anything else. The atmosphere of the place was such a vibe, but can be a bit loud since the space is quite small.

A great place for a drink with friends. This French themed bar/restaurant has an extensive wine list and offers cocktails and mixed drinks. There is a small menu of mostly snacks and some bistro meals to have with drinks or as a supper. Fun and friendly.

Outstanding! I am lucky enough to visit France several times a year. La Buvette is on the money. You walk in and at once you feel as if you have stepped into a little bistro in Paris, Bordeaux or Lyon. Excellent tasting menu with a small selection of mains. Wine list extensive with nice range of sub $80 bottles, but opportunity to experience top shelf if desired. Creme brulee as good as Chez Paul Bastille! Well done to aĺl.
