American styled joint. Thick shake was thick enough. Chocolate peanut butter tasted so good. The ice cream was just a normal ice cream with a fancy name. Burgers are small in general. Buns were soft. Lettuces have shrunk. Shroom patty is the best here. Beef patty a little dry. Onion rings were crispy. Bacon was crispy and fried chicken was bit small. Fries were alright. This place is a hit and miss for me.

I always come to Betty's burgers expecting an above average burger, however I would not recommend coming to this burger joint with a large group. The burgers were not labeled and we were extremely confused about which burger belonged to each person. Also if you label a burger spicy please actually give it some kick. I trust that in the interest of furthering great patron experience, Betty will improve these issues quickly. Overall though, I would recommend this joint for dinner if you have a group of 3.3 or less people.

Betty's Burgers at Rundle is a dream in its self as a burger bar alone. Food and beverages delivered at a high standard and at fast rates. The food and beverages are delicious and reasonably priced. With a well designed restaurant and extremely accommodating, friendly and well mannered staff, Betty's Burgers at Rundle is a great eat in restaurant to take friends and family, and is just as good takeaway.

Very popular restaurant and had to wait a while for a seat. The line never got any shorter once we were seated but the staff did well, especially the woman with short blonde hair who was constantly busy. Had the regular burger, plus added fries, onion rings and a chocolate shake. The shake was delicious. The onion rings were a bit too oily. The chips were a bit salty but had plenty of them in the container. The burger was messy to eat and I totally needed the 5 or 6 napkins. Tasted good though. $32 for my meal. Probably more suited for families as kids around us looked like they were loving it.

Soggy and under cooked fries… Great if you want to eat bun with lettuce, depressing if you want to eat burger with fries! I can’t really see the patty on the burger… and they charge $1.50 for tomato sauce. :/

'Betty's Classic Plant' is insane!! Everyone please try it!! It tasted so genuine that I wouldn't ever guess the difference. A wonderful plant based option. This place never ever fails, either for a cute, classic date night, a fun day out with friends or a pick-me-up after uni :)

Great, lively atmosphere with a friendly, efficient & attentive team (especially Sienna 😊). Our burgers were bodacious beefy taste bangers. Also loved that our fries were clearly fresh cuts from real potatoes…not processed sticks of mash. Sooooo goood!

My husband and I ordered a chicken burger combo and a desert. The order came so messed up that if I could I would not give any star at all. Instead we got chicken wrapped in lettuce with 2 cokes that’s all. We paid more for the combo and for the dessert, no dessert came, no chips, and an extra soft drink we did not want and we did not drink!!! Ok they wrote a note but like, what about a call before actually changing out order? Maybe Offer a refund? We are extremely disappointed. We do not recommend, we are not ordering here anymore.

Shroom Burger was the highlight of Dinner The chicken was not crispy enough in the spicy chicken burger but it was more than the average burger Truffle Fries was flavourful and crunchy I want to try other burgers as well and we will visit again. This place surprised me, I wasn't expecting much looking at the menu. The burgers are actually quite good and tasty for sure. The staff were helpful and very professional. The place has a great vibe and it seemed to get quite busy based on what I saw when I was there. Definitely coming back here again to try out a few other burgers from the menu.

Pretty decent burgers, but I don't understand the hype, or lining up at lunchtime. The menu is good but not particularly a standout amongst its peers. Prices are reasonably high too. Lining up to get in, lining up to order and lining up to collect my meal is not my game and I'd prefer to go elsewhere. Recommended when not busy.

I will say they have a good balance between price and quality. I won't say the burger 🍔 is very good, but their beef patty are sure better then the fast food stores like the Mc, HJ and Kfc. They also have a no ban option which they just warped everything with lettuces. Which is a option for keto.

A fun American style diner with all the old fashioned good you'd expect. The burgers are more like something you'd make at home than your usual take-away. Great sides and thick shakes. No table service: you'll need to head to the counter to order, then wait for your buzzer to go off when your food is ready to collect.

For a real American Burger experience yiu can go past the beach themed Burger joint. Lots of Burger variations, milkshakes and desserts to choose from. Fast friendly service with takeaway options but definitely worth dining it to complete the experience. Will be back for sure.

Super delicious burgers, I definitely recommend the crispy chicken burger with fries. The bun was super soft and tasty, the chicken was flavoursome and crispy, hence the name. The fries were also quite enjoyable, will definitely order this again next time. The ordering process was super easy, I didn't even have to go to the counter but instead scanned a qr code on the table and paid with my phone, so simple and easy. The interior was very pleasing to the eyes and they were playing many great early 2000s songs which was the cherry on the top.

I couldn’t rate this store higher! When using a food delivery service, unfortunately our large order didn’t go through when using the schedule delivery option. We were refunded instead. When calling the store, Georgia provided over and above service which was able to quickly solve this issue. Not only was she able to help us get the order delivered to a local hotel where we were staying, she was able to cater to all dietary requirements. Thank you again Georgia and the team for being amazing! 🙌
