Henley beach square is a wonderful place to visit any time of the year. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean and the sky, or explore the variety of cafes and restaurants that offer delicious food and drinks. You can also have a fun day at the beach, swimming, or relaxing on the sand. If you prefer a more peaceful activity, you can walk along the jetty and admire the sea life. Henley beach square is a family friendly environment, with well-maintained lawns and clean public toilets that are open until dark. It is a perfect destination for anyone who loves nature and culture.

Beautiful place all year round. Excellent council who are always keeping it clean and looking to make it a must see spot. Alleyways plenty of people and the cafes, pubs and other eateries are excellent also. Kay but not least the ice cream and gelato spots are both to notch!

One of Adelaide's greatest locations. Henley Square has various cafe's and restaurants with community activities such as Tuesday evening dancing and Wednesday morning salty sips. Plenty of greenery and gorgeous ocean views

All I can say is, wow. I visited here for the first time in 8 years and wow, has it changed!! It's become an absolutely gorgeous spot, the open concrete walking areas are filled with sculptures, the shopping centre is beautiful, and the whole area is so clean! So much variety now, I almost want to move back.

Lovely jetty and beach area with fantastic restaurants and cafes. There are lots of spots to sit by the water, either on the beach itself or on the many different benches or grass areas. There are also lots of artworks around decorating the area and some water features. Good quality public toilets there as well.

Fun spot to hangout & walk along pathways & one of the many piers. Clean beautiful beaches with powder white sand. Outdoor restaurants, but very busy. Great for watching sunsets.

Cool place to be when it's a warm day. Love the little water puddle park in the middle of the eateries area. Love walking through it. The beach is gorgeous, very clean and my daughter enjoyed walking along the waters edge yesterday (Thursday 4th January 2024) Enjoyed a yummy ice cream at Copenhagen Ice creamery 🍦😋

Beautiful little town with a fantastic quiet beach, clear water, long pier to wish off or watch the sunset over the water, pubs and cafes around and plenty of parking everywhere close by. Will be back next time in Adelaide!

It's not the most popular beach in Adelaide but for me it's the best one! It feels like home when I'm at Henley Square.

Loved this beach so much. Feels like I am in a different country altogether. There were a few bars in the area and the music was brilliant. Loved it.

Great spot for a meal, coffee or just to stroll the waterfront and people watch. Touristy but more with locals than actual visitors to Adelaide.

It’s a really good spot to go for a drink and eat delicious stuff. My favourite places are Stella and Mia Margarita. The bad thing about it and that’s why (for me) it’s not a 5 stars is that you can’t smoke over there. But that’s a plus for some people lol.

I was taken by a friend to a little coffee shop by the jetty. It was fabulous. Very cosy place with great service and very tasty food as well as great coffee. You can have a variety of coffees or tea's or food. They also have a kids menu too. I would definitely recommend going in if you are down there.

An upper market and chic beachside suburb with a bustling community throughout the day and evening. In the morning you can enjoy coffee with cyclists and joggers or come by later for brunch at one of the various restaurants.

Adelaide’s best beachside restaurants and coffee! Take your dog and sit in the sun… eat, drink and play! So many different types of food! Lazy Sunday afternoons in summer.

Amazing view, cute restaurant, very good vibes. I saw 2 dolphins and a seal. The beaches are very calm. It was a shame I didn't get to go for a swim

A very lively happening place with a contemporary feel surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. One can have fun at the beach, enjoy a splash with the kids in the water area or just have a nice picnic with friends and family.

Nice area to stroll around, eat & drink or sit and admire the view with plenty of nearby parking

  • 4/5 Sanjiv M. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent promenade for walking along the beach. Open views of the ocean. Paved well. The jetties to walk out into the water are a great experience. Food options are great too. Layout is attractive with good splashes of bright color and greenery. The wooden benches are unique and they look great The beach is just a narrow strip of sand, parking is scarce and public utilities, especially toilets need to be more in number, and more accessible.

👍👍 Massive shopping centre with pretty much every shop you could ask for. There’s also loads of places to get something to eat such as Roll’d, KFC and Subway along with a fair few sushi places.
