Walked past bedding special and bought this.. thinking we had a SK blanket at home and knew if it didn't fit we could just swap over. Apparently we can't swap over, was told when we tried to return that there are signs up.. found the signs everywhere but where we picked up our quilt cover. There is no way we would've bought it if we knew we couldn't return. We literally took it out the packet and realised it was too big. We are on a tight budget and this $59 that we spent was a treat but now just wasted money. Won't be shopping there again as we've just gone to target and they said as long as we have receipt and it hasn't been used and washed we can return bedding. Also just picked up one in target for $15!

I ordered a large volume of photo printing via Kmart photo website. When I went to pick it up, the printing wasn't done the way I expected due to the Kodak configuration difference between Kmart photo website and how it's set up at the shop. The service manager, Jordan , was extremely helpful and patient and fixed the issues manually. Exceptional customer service. Other staff at the photo section was very helpful, too. Thank you!

Called looking for an item, they went out of their way to find it for me when it wasn't on the shelf. Much better customer service than Churchill Ctre

Kmart really lacks with customer care. Feels like staff are attending. Good variety, but again, even the whole self checkout thing....its a bit sh*t

We wanted to see what they had in baby wear, especially socks for our grandson (coming soon). Socks were not the best looking around but absolutely great pricing. So we decided to look at toys of which there are an awesome array of choices. We only bought two things including a mat on which he can lay and play. Nice and soft, good size and a good price.

Great kmart with a huge range. This store has 2 sets of registers one in the centre of the store and one at the front which makes quickly sneaking in those few extra items im before the partner sees much easier. Plenty of stock great prices and a huge variety of home / lifestyle / kids / sports and fitness plus heaps more. They also have a photo kiosk which is great for getting prints done for family and friends.

It's a dirty, messy store. The baby section needs tidying. Clothes and shoes are on the floor and the items that managed to stay on the racks are disorganised. The place constantly looks a tornado has recently hit, even if you visit at opening hours. Staff act in an atrocious manner. They will not make way for customers walking through the store. You can't avoid this poor behaviour even if you click and collect. The lady at the click and collect counter named Kimberley is condescending and horrible to encounter. Avoid this store.

Great availability but service need to be better. One of them team member refused to help me. Happened on 22/11 around 13:30 but other team member was kind enough to help me.

There is no customer service at the customer service counter. The response I got after a lengthy wait was the generic 'If it's not on the shelf we don't have it', no attempt to look and see if any ' out back or when more will be in. Brushed off.

While I generally have a positive opinion of Kmart, including its West Lakes branch, I must share my recent experience with the customer service and refund desk, specifically with Margaret. Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be quite rude from the very beginning. It seemed apparent that she harbored a dislike for her job and interacting with people. It would be beneficial if she could make an attempt to demonstrate respect for the brand she represents, even if she may not enjoy her role.

Very friendly staff members in front greeting and helpful asking for directions of items.

I just had the best experience with Peter from the printing department. I was looking for paper and he helped me and was so professional and helpful. It’s very rare these days you find someone who is so willing to help and go out for their way for something so small. Thank you for service and smiles!

I bought some small goods and left them behind at counter, when I came next day, manager Adam was very helpful and after a small investigation he managed to return me them back. Thank you! Customer service is excellent 🙂

Rarely can get what I'm looking for.. always out of stock with larger dog needs. Good they have cheap organic cotton singlets, t-shirts &undergarments.. but like everywhere, way too much sweaty polyester clothing especially sleepwear

Had most of what I was looking for but not many people around to help find other things I was looking for very low stock of the outdoor stuff , e.g. garden ornaments

Customer service was shocking how they wouldn’t refund a pensioners item as the docket reflected a different colour. Pensioner only bought that item. Kiberlee the service lady then tells pensioner they’ll refund but not to do that again ?! This is to someone who only shops at Kmart and loves the clothes there. Very poor service received ! Not impressed at all !

Went looking for wet weather gear, ended up buying more fishing gear. Good selection of tackle, rigs and lures. Am I a fisherman? No, but had to buy it so my tackle box, which I also don't use kept full.

Sorry nothing really good to say. Female clothes cheap material and cuts/styles really terrible. No clothes for those shorter and pants aways long waisted resulting in 2 3 4 rolls at waist needed Come on KMART lift your game.

Purchased the single bed sheet set ($16) for my daughter's year 10 drama production. The flat sheet will be turned into a toga (of sorts). Will use the fitted sheet on the air mattresses when her girlfriends stay over and the pillow case will be a spare.

We decide to download a photo . 3 photo machines later and changing from bluetooth to wifi and 1/2 hr later. Finally... we had a print....restarting my phone was the key to success!

Went to return a product for a refund but the money didn't go through after 24hours as it usually happen straight away. Called the store 3 times but no answers.

I recently bought a pink pig from the pet section, when at the checkout I received excellent service from a young lady. Unfortunately, she was so short a almost broke my neck making eye contact with her. Despite of of I had an excellent time in the store and received immaculate service. Will be back.

Very helpful staff member @west lakes. No size 9s at 3 stores but found them @port Adelaide.

Stock was very low and several shelves were completely empty. To be expected after Christmas however. The lay out was slightly confusing and areas blocked off with only certain entry points which weren't specified and with the pay system in the middle of the store it was slightly confusing and almost made you feel as if they thought you were stealing as you walk back through the store and out an exit. However the customer service was good, a lady was able to direct me to what I needed as well as being friendly. They had what I wanted in stock so that put a smile on this dial!

Self service at the front was full but the checkouts points in the middle of the store was empty. Definitely pay in the middle of the store instead of the front self service units, much quicker. Also the layout is odd, stationary is with the photography section instead of near kids toys.

Such a big store with great variety and great prices too. Clothing, household products, school requirements like uniforms, stationery etc, arts and crafts requirements, you name it and you will get it there.

It seems at present Due to Covid-19 & ordering issues that a lot of stock is very depleted. This was particularly evident in the homewares section.
