Great atmosphere and good prices. My first time attending a queer event and it was the best. The DJ's music choice was the best and the performance of drag queens and King was so fascinating and funny. Definitely going there again:))

Celebrated my 21st birthday here - Kate and Rach really made the night so special. After months of preparation, they got in 2 queens to slay the night away and the perfect DJ, had made the best signature cocktail and set the place up to perfection. Could not recommend this quaint little place more! Will absolutely be going back for many of their events they hold in future. Thanks for making it a night to remember!

So impressed with this access guide, that’s REAL inclusiveness. Acknowledging the logistical research needed, to even plan attending. Brilliant https://youtu.be/8VlCI2ipj-M?feature=shared

It's a wonderfully safe space to be in, and I felt comfortable the entire night. The staff and owners are very welcoming, and I'll absolutely be returning. I can not stress how important this place is for queer safety.

We have just had my wife’s 50th birthday party at My Lover Cindi and I cannot thank Kate and Rach and the staff at the venue enough. They ensured everyone had a fantastic time and that it all ran smoothly. We all had the most fun night. We had 4 drag shows which were organised through Rach. The cocktails were up there with some of the best we’ve ever had. DJ’s music was fabulous and everyone was up on the floor. What a night. Thank you so much πŸ₯°

I had my birthday at my lover Cindy last week. Firstly what a fantastic venue, a space that catered for all the guests and still plenty of room to dance. The staff working that night were awesome and mixed some amazing cocktails, the shots were pretty good too. You guys were great and my friends are still talking about what an amazing night they had. I couldn’t have asked for a better night. Thank you so much for everything If you are thinking of having a party my lover Cindy is the place to have it . The team there make it so simple to organise and know what is needed to make a party great.

Super fun. Really open and free atmosphere. You can be yourself and dance like a fool. Bar staff are super friendly. Music is cool. Gets busier from around 11. No coatcheck but there is places to hang your coat.

Friendly, inclusive, and queer as hell. This delightful bar is the perfect dive for people who want a safe and queer friendly space that isn't classified as a stereotypical "gay bar". Accessibility for disabled folks is a priority and the owners are committed to always learning and bettering themselves. 10/10 would recommend.

I booked the venue for a queer event, and I have to commend the team for being extremely helpful and cooperative. They are genuinely passionate about having a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and its shows in their support for queer organisations. The venue itself is also a really fun space, had gender neutral toilets, a quiet space and is also built keeping accessibility in mind. The venue ensured that our event went ahead smoothly and that we had a great time.

Unfortunately, it was very quiet on the night I went in, but it seemed okay. I think the most important part to note is that it's better than Mary's

My Lover Cindi is the queer accessible space South Australia has needed. It's a swanky little bar, slinging drinks of all persuasions, beats and tunes for everyone. Here you know it is a safe space, always, with it being of highest priority to the owners and team. I would HIGHLY and do HIGHLY recommend My Lover Cindi's for date night, first date, LGBTQIA+ meets, Fringe after parties, Feast Festival home base and pre and post Pride Parade parties. Serving lewks, toasties and non-alcoholic bevs on the menu just add that extra love we love. 11/10.

I kissed so many girls here Editing to add more detail: cindis is great, it's noticeably free of those non-queers that visit to look at us like zoo animals and I feel so incredibly at home ❀️

Went on the Traffic Light Party. It's very average and the musics nor the drinks were as good as I expected. Great atmosphere and most importantly, clean toilet as far as I was there.

I have held 2 student events at My Lover Cindi and the space could not be more perfect. The owners have curated a safe and accessible venue for patrons, excellent for functions or events and on top of this, wonderful service!

I had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate my 25th birthday with the folks at My Lover Cindi! I am so utterly grateful for the patience and care Kate and Rach put into organising my special day with me. I highly recommend hiring this venue out for any of your celebrations, I had the best birthday ever with so much love and queerness!!! 🫢🏼🌈

I have not been there as o'seas most times, but drinks reasonable prices..a huge gay venue plus as venues have had a rip off prices reputation for decades, a safe place is great and read no violance in the venue..I did note little discussion of actually meeting people long term or dates..my interests..but guess relationships are formed. APPEARS A 5 STAR PLACE TO RELAX..CHEERS PAUL

My Lover Cindi was the perfect place to celebrate our first birthday! The team was lovely and made organising an event for some 70+ people seem like a breeze. In addition to this, the DJ was awesome and played a great range of music. Overall, a wonderful, safe, and inclusive place.

The best inclusive queer space in Adelaide. Friendly staff and a genuine LGBTIQA+ venue that knows its community. Plenty of alcoholic and non alcohol drink options. Fully accessible venue (including the stage!)
